Until mid-March.
In addition to the "fuzzy" feeling in the head, there is a loosening sensation, accompanied by cracking or popping sounds, especially in the back of the head. Additionally, the top of the head is gradually loosening. Also, the upper part of the forehead is becoming looser.
* A "fuzzy" feeling in the head as a precursor.
* Emphasis on the back of the head. Specifically, the lower part of the back of the head, with the upper part as a secondary area.
* The top of the head is gradually loosening.
* The upper part of the forehead is becoming increasingly loose.
It's not just a loosening sensation; I also feel energy flowing through the energy channels (nadis in yoga). For example, when I focus on the energy channels that run horizontally across the upper part of the forehead, I feel the forehead loosen in proportion to the energy that flows through them. I think there is a close relationship between the loosening of the body and the flow of energy.
3/21
In daily life, I feel the back of the head loosening and becoming like finely crushed ice, like the tip of a small, icy glacier (not cold, but a description of firmness).
3/22
The deeper part of the forehead is gradually loosening. The area from the forehead to the top of the head is loosening, especially in the front.
3/25
I feel that the energy channels (nadis in yoga) from the neck and lower back of the head, through the center of the head, to the area around the forehead are becoming slightly thicker and stronger than before.
3/26
I am beginning to notice a sattvic state of mind.
3/27
As the aura gathers around the forehead, the center of the head, and the back of the head, it begins to penetrate deeper. At the same time, I feel a precursor to loosening, as if it is starting again.
3/28
I strengthened the energy channels (nadis) that connect the forehead horizontally. This makes the aura in the deeper part of the forehead stronger. I continue to add aura to the back of the head and the top of the head to loosen them.
3/29
The energy channel (nadi) that runs strongly and thickly from the center of the head to the nasal bridge. Initially, I was focusing on the area between the eyebrows, the nasal bridge, and the back of the head during meditation, consciously adding aura (energy) to strengthen them. Then, I began to focus on strengthening the channel from the center of the head to the nasal bridge, adding aura (energy) to it. Suddenly, the upper teeth shifted slightly downwards, and at the same time, the area around the back of the nose, the surrounding area, and the mouth also loosened. This movement caused the mouth and upper teeth to move further downwards, creating a slight gap above them. This gap is precisely the channel that runs from the center of the head to the nasal bridge and between the eyebrows, allowing a larger amount of energy (aura) to flow through it.
It is difficult to express this in words, but the key is that movement occurred in the mouth and jaw, causing them to move slightly downwards, creating a gap above the mouth and jaw, which made it easier for energy to flow through. This allows energy to flow not only from the center of the head to the forehead but also to integrate with the neck area connected to it. The energy channel (nadi) from the spine to the neck, the center of the head, and the forehead is connected as one. Furthermore, this has allowed a stronger aura to penetrate the center of the head, which was previously difficult to loosen, making the center of the head more prone to loosening.
* The back of the mouth and nose loosened.
* Strengthening of the energy channels (nadis) from the spine to the neck, the center of the head, and the forehead.
* A larger amount of energy began to flow through the center of the head. The center of the head still has some firmness, which is a key area for future improvement.
I expect this to accelerate the progress of future meditation.
3/29, same day
Furthermore, a thin, tangled thread-like sensation rotated slightly and quickly from the inside of the right eye, strengthening the energy channel from the right eye to the right temple. I feel that the area from the right eye to the right temple is slightly more swollen than before. It is not clear in the photo.
3/29, same day
On the same day, I continued meditating to strengthen the channel in the center of the head, and suddenly I felt nauseous and slightly nauseous. Although I am not certain, I felt a slight inflammation or a gradual internal bleeding in the area around the center of the head, so I stopped meditating and rested. It seems that this area is still stiff, and sudden movements may cause inflammation. I will rest for a while. After resting for about 3-4 hours, I recovered.
Furthermore, when I observed the area during meditation, I felt that the energy channel (nadi) that runs from the neck to the center of the head and to the area between the eyebrows was becoming thicker. Especially in the neck area, the amount of energy flowing seems to be increasing along with a crackling sensation as the channel widens.
Observing further, it seems that the center of the head is still somewhat stiff, even though it loosened to some extent today. There seems to be more work to be done in the center of the head, perhaps one or more stages. However, the area that was previously pressed and tightly adhered to the upper part of the mouth and jaw has been loosened, so movement has appeared in the center of the head, and as a result, blood flow and energy flow have become easier in the center of the head.
It seems that the energy that has been rising from the neck along the spine reaches the center of the head, and because there is still a slight blockage in the center of the head, 80% of the energy passes through the front of the face, and the remaining 20% passes through the upper part of the center of the head, and most of that passes towards the nasal root and forehead. This has basically been the case so far, but I think that the mouth and jaw were more tightly pressed against the center of the head, which blocked the energy more than it does now. Even if it is not complete, the fact that this tightness has been released has created a premise for the energy to flow firmly into the center of the head.
Since the beginning of this month, the area behind the nasal root has become looser, but even at that point, some energy was flowing, but the fact that it started to flow a little has triggered other areas to start flowing as well. I think that once energy starts to flow in one place, it is only a matter of time before it spreads to other areas.
...Same day, evening: The center of the head begins to loosen by another 0.5 levels.
3/30
During morning meditation, there is no pain in the center of the head.
During the day, eating spicy food caused a feeling of inflammation or irritation in the upper part of the back of the mouth (near the center of the head). It is possible that the area is still inflamed and reacting to the spicy food, or it could simply be a cold or allergies.
In the afternoon, there is a feeling of spreading in the back of the head during daily activities.
During meditation, I relaxed the upper part of the back of the head and the frontal lobe.
From evening to night, there is occasional mild pain in the frontal lobe. It is not a problem if I remain calm.
3/31
I repeatedly loosen the tightness from the center of the back of the head towards the upper direction. I concentrate my awareness on trying to move the areas where the fascia is adhered and difficult to move, and meditate or go about my daily life.
3/31 Night
After meditation, when I tried to lie down to sleep, I suddenly felt a spreading sensation in my heart, and along with an increase in aura, energy flowed into the throat chakra (Vishuddha), and I felt a sensation of the throat opening, along with a crackling sensation. Furthermore, energy flowed into the center of the head, and after feeling the aura for a while, I felt that the aura of the entire body was increasing, and I felt an increase in aura, especially in the joints of the body. For example, I felt a similar sensation as if wristbands were on both arms, and similar things on both ankles, both knees, both elbows, and the waist.
- The mouth and jaw loosen, and the energy/route (nadi) spreads from the throat chakra (Vishuddha) through the center of the head to the forehead.
- The lower half of the back of the head is relatively loose, but the upper half still has some tightness, but it is gradually loosening.
- Along with the sensation of the heart increasing, the aura flowing into the throat chakra (Vishuddha) and the center of the head increases, and the area around the center of the head loosens further (but there is still a tight part in the center).
- The aura of the entire body becomes stronger, and the sensation of aura in each joint of the body becomes stronger than before.
These areas generally correspond to the chakras in yoga, and while some of them are not major, well-known chakras, they are areas where aura is concentrated, so it is not wrong to call them chakras, and I feel that the aura is increasing in each of them.
The aura has begun to naturally fill the lower half of the head, and the main challenge seems to be the remaining tightness in the upper half of the head (including the center of the head) and the lack of fullness of the aura.
