The pubic bone or Muladhara (root chakra) is loose.
I have been having difficulty with the movement of my hip joints, but recently, the movement has finally started to improve. During my daily life, I suddenly hear a light "crack" sound near my pubic bone, and then I feel that my hip joints have become more flexible and have a wider range of motion than before.
To put it plainly, I believe that most people can naturally have this level of movement from the beginning, so I was simply stiff.
At first, I thought this was just a physical issue, but it seems that there have also been spiritual changes. I feel that the energy pathways (nadis, as in yoga) that connect to both of my legs have become more connected than before.
Previously, it felt like energy had difficulty flowing past the area near my groin, as if it were blocked. Now, energy seems to be flowing past my groin, and I feel that more energy is reaching my knees than before.
In yoga, this area is the Muladhara chakra (root chakra), and from the perspective of blockages (obstacles, granthis), there is the Brahma granthi located there. It is generally said that the Kundalini energy will not rise unless the Brahma granthi is broken. Based on my current experience, it seems that the blockage in the connection to my legs has been released, rather than a direct rise of the Kundalini energy.
In a way, I feel that the grounding force, which is often talked about in spiritual terms, has become stronger. While grounding is often associated with focusing only on the downward direction, it is actually related to all chakras. This is one aspect of it, and it seems that the energy flowing downwards has become stronger.
Since each chakra is connected to several nadis, there are many elements involved, but the improved connection to the lower body through the Muladhara chakra seems to have activated the Muladhara chakra more than before.
In yoga, the lowest Muladhara chakra and the upper Ajna chakra (third eye) are said to be "directly connected." In fact, with the increased energy in the lower body, I feel that the energy reaching not only the third eye but also the head is becoming more active.
I have been working on this issue for a while, and I feel that it has become easier to relax my head. Especially, energy is starting to flow to the entire area of my head, not just the center of my head, and I feel that I am gradually releasing the areas that are still stiff.

During meditation, I felt a cracking sensation between my eyebrows and on my forehead, and my eyes started to become larger.
It sometimes occurs during meditation, and it returns to normal after a few hours. In the beginning, it happened once a month, and it would only last for about 30 minutes before returning, but it would take a while to reopen. Recently, even without meditating in the morning, simply being aware of the area between my eyebrows causes the area to open, like a thin layer of ice cracking.
Even further back, it required several hours of meditation to allow energy to flow through the area between my eyebrows. It seems that energy is becoming easier to pass through with each stage.
- (More than a year ago) Several hours of meditation were needed to allow a small amount of energy to flow through the area between my eyebrows. The energy channel had not yet formed.
- (A few months ago) An energy channel (about the size of a fingertip) occasionally appeared between my eyebrows, and a relatively large amount of energy would begin to flow through it, but it would quickly close.
- (In the past few weeks) An energy channel has been forming around the area between my eyebrows, with a range about the size of my palm (although it is more noticeable in the center). As the range expands, it becomes less likely to close.
- (In the past few days) The energy channel has become deeper. Even without meditating in the morning, energy flows through, like a thin layer of ice cracking, and I feel like my eyes are opening.
I have only described the area around the area between my eyebrows here, but various other parts of my head have also been loosening during this period. The jaw, both cheeks, the back of the throat, the back of the neck, and the center of the head have all gone through similar stages of loosening.
And, the degree of loosening is related to how easily energy flows, and as it loosens, energy becomes easier to flow through.
This is not only a physical phenomenon, but also the energy in the areas close to the physical body is also becoming more active.
However, I suspect that this was originally the case for some people, and in my case, the oppressive environment of my childhood and the influence of communities that made me feel belittled may have inhibited the development of my head, and my head was not in a complete state. I think that it is gradually returning to its original state.
Currently, the area between my eyebrows has only just begun to open, and while the top of my head and the center of my head have also loosened somewhat, they are not yet fully relaxed.
Until now, even when the center of my head or the area between my eyebrows tried to expand, it was blocked by other areas, preventing it from fully stretching, resulting in a feeling of tightness, discomfort, or even physical ailments, such as bloodshot eyes. I think this was similar to what is known as Kundalini syndrome.
Kundalini syndrome is often mentioned in yoga, but now I think that if there is an energetic imbalance, it can lead to such a condition. Kundalini syndrome affects the whole body, but it seems particularly pronounced in the head. If there is a problem in the head, it is important not only to allow energy to flow through the head, but also to thoroughly relax the head in order to resolve the problem.
This type of headache is known in spiritual and psychic circles as a "growth headache," and it is also considered a precursor to the development of psychic abilities.
Yoga tends to avoid psychic abilities, so they don't talk about such things, but either way, the symptoms are similar.
These similar symptoms have been present for some time, but they have recently become more pronounced, and as energy increases, the loosening of the head and the changes in the eyes have also become more apparent.
Even compared to before, this is a significant change, but I don't think it is the end. I am still expecting more significant changes.

The nasolabial folds and the area behind them, as well as the overall mouth opening, have improved.
Recently, I have been focusing on releasing tension by channeling energy through my forehead during meditation. As a result, energy has started to flow more strongly not only through my forehead but also through the center of my head.
Unexpectedly, and particularly at moments when I wasn't actively meditating, I suddenly felt a strange sensation, like a "pop" or a "crack" originating from the back of my upper lip and spreading towards my throat. It felt as if my mouth was dislocating, or that the movement around my mouth had improved, or that a "lock" in the back of my nose had been released. This resulted in an improvement in the energetic flow around my mouth. This was not just an energetic change, but also a physical improvement in movement.
In this instance, the sensation was primarily from the back of my nose to the area around my mouth. Previously, when I experienced something similar, I felt that the movement of the upper and lower parts of my mouth, as well as the area further back, felt "somewhat stiff" and didn't fully extend. Therefore, I believe this is roughly the second stage.
As a preceding stage, I also experienced a similar sensation in the area near my cheeks, where it felt like something was releasing, leading to improved movement. Including that, it would be the third stage.
Furthermore, if we consider the times when I felt a similar "pop" in the area around my jaw, it would be the fourth stage. And if we include other minor stages, there have been countless similar occurrences.
Comparing the before and after, here are the differences:
- Forehead
Before: A noticeable sensation of being pulled downwards.
After: The downward pull is alleviated in terms of the direction towards the inside of the face, making it easier to relax.
Unchanged: The stiffness of the nose has improved somewhat, but there are still issues to address regarding the nose.
- Center of the Head
Before: The energy pathways extending from the neck and back of the head to the forehead felt constricted.
After: I feel that almost all blockages have disappeared just before the forehead, right after the center of the head.
Unchanged: There is not much change from the forehead to the center of the head, and there are still issues to address.
- Forehead
Before: Stiffness remains.
After: The stiffness has been somewhat alleviated.
Unchanged: It is still patchy.
- Top of the Head
Before: About half of the stiffness remains.
After: The stiffness in the downward direction has been further alleviated, leaving about one-third of the stiffness remaining.
Unchanged: The area towards the forehead and the back.
- Bridge of the Nose
Before: Feels constricted.
After: The relaxation is progressing towards the center of the head, and energy flows more noticeably. It becomes much easier to release the stiff areas.
In summary, the changes have primarily occurred from the center of the head to the area around the mouth, and these changes are mainly in the direction of relaxation and increased energetic flow.
While energy is flowing more easily through the bridge of the nose and forehead, I still feel that there are blockages in the forehead area. This will be a focus for future work. Considering the stages, the next step might be to release blockages in the forehead or the top of the head, or perhaps the back of the head. I will continue to meditate with a focus on these areas.

Just opening your eyes wide can relax the area around your eyes and your forehead.
Recently, the area around my mouth began to loosen and sag downwards. Then, the area around my eyes, forehead, and even the top of my head became much more prone to loosening.
Of course, meditation has a significant effect, but even just opening my eyes wide causes the surrounding areas to crack and loosen with a "cracking" sound.
This reminded me of practices like "Trataka," a meditation that involves gazing, or the meditation practiced in the Caodong sect that involves opening the eyes, or the meditation practiced in Tibet that involves looking up at the sky. It made me think that the act of opening the eyes is connected to awakening.
I think that if you do such practices or meditations too quickly, it might be too intense. However, I believe that when the time is right, opening your eyes like this might be effective.
If possible, choose a meditation that is appropriate for the time. However, if you can't choose, and you don't know which one is best, I think it's best to practice a meditation method that is taught near you or one that you know and that resonates with you.

Pass energy through the back of the nostrils to activate and relax.
The energy initially flows mainly to the left and right, near the underside of the nose and the upper teeth. After a certain amount of flow, I feel that the energy path extends to the lower part of the body, especially around the abdomen, the manipura, and the dantian.
Yoga often mentions that the nose is connected to the chakras below the manipura and swadhisthana. From a chakra perspective, this can be interpreted in that way, but simply, it feels like the energy path extends to the abdomen, and that area is being activated.
Then, the area around the nose relaxes, and this relaxation deepens to the area around the eyes and the forehead. The area from the nose to the eyes and forehead relaxes significantly.
Since the area around the mouth relaxed downwards recently, the degree of relaxation around the forehead and eyes has accelerated.
This is several times more effective than when the area near the nostrils relaxed a while ago. Even with the nostrils, the flow of energy (prana in yoga) improved, and I felt that energy strongly flowed to the abdomen, the manipura, and the dantian. However, when the adhesion in the depths of the nose or slightly below the skin under the nose begins to peel off, and energy starts to flow into that area, I feel that an amount of energy that is incomparable to when the nostrils relaxed begins to flow. Even with the nostrils, it was a very fulfilling energy, but this is a much stronger change in energy.
Even so, it still doesn't feel like it's fully opened, and I feel that it's a transitional period.
If that's the case, I can sense a premonition of the immense effect when a chakra is properly opened.
It reminds me of the story of Kobo Daishi, where light entered his being (although it's not quite that far yet, I feel that atmosphere).
When this state is reached, perception changes. Everything that enters my vision appears more clearly than before, the body's movements become more distinct, and perception is heightened. Even so, I feel that this is just the beginning. Even in this transitional period, it's amazing. I'm really looking forward to how much it will be when it's properly opened.

The effect of the Kecharimudra has increased, and prana has begun to flow across the front of the face.
Recently, energy (prana in yoga) began to flow in a way that the area below the nose seemed to lift, which activated the energy in the lower body and the dantian. As a result, I feel that the effect of Kechari Mudra, when the tongue is pressed against the upper teeth, has doubled.
Previously, the upward flow along the central axis was blocked, and it felt easier for energy to rise when the tongue was slightly shifted to the left and right, along the ida and pingala channels in yoga, rather than directly in the center.
However, when the energy starts to flow as if the inside of the area below the nose is peeling away, the energy flows through the center even when the tongue is placed in the center during Kechari Mudra.
This allows the energy to flow directly to the front of the face, and I feel that various areas on the front of the face, which were previously incomplete, are gradually being activated and "peeling away."
In particular, the area between the eyebrows connects to the upward flow line on the front of the face, and the area between the eyebrows also overlaps with the line from the center of the face to the front. Furthermore, I feel that lines extending from the area between the eyebrows to the left and right are connecting to the area around the temples.
This means that the vertical, horizontal, and front-back lines are converging at the area between the eyebrows.
Currently, I still feel that there is a blockage in the area between the eyebrows, but I feel that these blockages are gradually being resolved.
Furthermore, I feel changes in the entire forehead, especially in the upper part of the forehead, which is a particular area of concern, and in the upper corners of the forehead on both sides.
While the main change is on the front of the face, other areas, such as the lower and upper parts of the back of the head, are also occasionally changing as if they are being "split" open, which makes me feel that the entire head is being activated, although the front of the face is the primary area.

Even so, what is the cause of the sudden malfunction?
Basically, the prana in the front of the face has been improving, but sometimes, it suddenly becomes unwell again, and I've identified the cause.
- (Because of the concentration on the front of the face), the energy channels (nadis in yoga) in the center of the head or near the back of the head become blocked. When these channels are blocked, the area between the eyebrows and the front of the face also becomes blocked.
- The balance of the aura is disrupted (recently, it has been leaning towards the left).
- The areas on the opposite side (of the head), such as the feet, are stiff and not functioning properly.
While the head is the main symptom, the cause is not only in the head itself, but also in the opposite areas.
The direct cause is in the head, especially the back of the head or the center, but there are also causes in the feet that correspond to it. By addressing these causes, the energy in the head can be activated, and the overall energy and aura of the body can be balanced. It's difficult to explain this in words, but I think that recently, focusing on the area around the nostrils and under the nose has helped to loosen that area, but the effects have shifted to other areas. Therefore, while focusing on one area may be necessary at times, it's also important to balance the overall condition. To achieve this, meditation focusing on each area may be helpful, or regular yoga exercises (asanas) are essential. Flexibility is indispensable. However, I often end up procrastinating.
At the same time as adjusting the areas further away, I also loosen the front of the face, the area between the eyebrows, and the inside of the nostrils and under the nose.
At the same time, I loosen the stiff areas around the forehead, the upper forehead, and the top of the head. This is a comprehensive adjustment. Then, the area between the eyebrows that was blocked begins to open, and energy flows through. The condition improves significantly. Furthermore, the balance of the aura is adjusted. Specifically, I intend to move my aura and actually move it, and by doing so, the aura that was not flowing to the right side suddenly flows, and the sensation returns.
In summary:
- Blockage in the central axis of the head → Opens and resolves.
- Blockage in the ascending route in the back of the head → Opens and resolves.
- Relieves stiffness in the feet (especially the right foot).
- Adjusts the lower back → Resolves.
- Blockage in the front of the face, between the eyebrows, nostrils, and under the nose → Opens and resolves.
- Adjusts the balance of the aura (moves from the left to the right).
I think that these kinds of issues are often misunderstood, and in the past, I may have been misled by various spiritual falsehoods and thought they were caused by something else. For example, I may have thought it was the work of spirits, a lack of understanding, or lies spread by cults and spiritual teachers. If you get caught in such a cult, you may become a victim and be forced to attend expensive seminars.
In this case, I think that I may have picked up a strange aura on the street, which caused the problem on the right side. However, this is just a strange aura, and it could be considered a spirit, but it's a strange, black aura without a clear will, and I think that may have been the root cause. However, such things can cause sudden problems. Since this is an energy-related problem, it requires an energy-based solution. However, cults and poorly informed spiritual teachers will try to persuade you to attend their expensive seminars using various arguments. Therefore, it's better not to talk about health problems with such people. Some people blindly repeat phrases like "think too much, stop thinking," which are often far from the root cause. However, spiritual teachers and cults are 100% confident in what they say, and you may be made to feel that you are the problem, or even experience self-denial. This is how cults undermine your confidence, and once you are caught in their trap, you may be forced to attend expensive seminars. Therefore, it is very important to know how to deal with such problems, and if it is an energy-related problem, it should be addressed with energy-based methods. Attending expensive seminars offered by cults is usually not a solution. Cults are thieves of results, so they will claim that any improvement is due to their efforts, but do not be misled by such things, and if it is an energy-related problem, it should be addressed with energy.

It felt like a slight popping sensation, similar to when there's a pressure difference in the left ear.
This is not necessarily related to meditation, but it may be due to changes in air pressure such as low pressure. Nevertheless, I will record it.
Previously, there was a difference between the left and right eyes, with the left eye slightly more closed. There was also a feeling that the skin near the left eye was being pulled. However, since the blockage in the left ear was resolved, the degree of opening of the left eye seems to have improved slightly. Basically, it is a change in the left eye, but I also feel that the central part of the head has become easier to open.
Because of this, I feel that the area behind the eyebrows has become slightly easier to move forward. There was a feeling of being blocked when moving forward, but now I feel that it has become easier to move forward. As the eyes become easier to open, the area behind the eyebrows and the central part of both eyes seem to be able to move forward from the inside, or expand.
A while ago, when the center of the head moved downward, there was still tension on the left and right sides, and it felt like it was being blocked. Now, not only downward but also in the left and right directions, there is a feeling of expansion. The left side has loosened significantly, while the right side has loosened to some extent, but there is still a feeling that it is not enough. Nevertheless, both the left and right sides feel like they have loosened.
Although there is still tension and tightness in the upward direction, I feel that as the downward and left-right directions are resolved, the upward direction will gradually loosen simply by opening my eyes or living my daily life.

The pubic bone or the area near the iliac crest felt loose, as if the cartilage was stretching.
In the morning, just before waking up, there was a sudden movement in that area, and along with that sensation, energy moved up and down.
I thought that this might have loosened my lower back somewhat, but when I got up and checked, it doesn't seem to be reflected physically yet, so I'm observing. At least, it seems that some of the blockages in the area have been slightly released.
The flow around the Muladhara (root chakra) has been improving in several stages for some time now, and I think that this flow may have further loosened things and made it easier for energy to pass through.

Meditate to release the stiffness from the area above the forehead to the top of the head.
The basic practice involves focusing on the area between the eyebrows, and by pulling the skin from the nostrils to below the nose, as if peeling it off, energy (prana in yoga) is channeled throughout the body, filling the abdomen, specifically the manipura and swadhisthana chakras. However, once the central part of the forehead becomes somewhat relaxed, the next challenge is the forehead itself. The area below the center of the forehead is somewhat connected to the nostrils, so it relaxes to a certain extent, but to relax the area from the center of the forehead upwards, you need to focus your awareness there, synchronize it with your breath, and apply pressure from the inside to stretch it. This creates pressure and a feeling of tension, but by repeating this process, you experience a sensation as if the cartilage is stretching, along with a feeling of the skin and the area where the skin adheres to the skull separating and expanding, allowing energy to flow and making you feel relieved. As a result, relaxation deepens. Initially, you create tension to stretch, and then you are led to relaxation.
Of course, the kechari mudra is used at this time.
This type of technique can be performed throughout the body even if you don't feel much stretching, but in meditation, you forcefully perform this, focusing on specific areas and forcibly pulling and releasing them.
So, while the area around the eyebrows and the area from the nostrils to below the nose were the focus areas before, now that those areas have been somewhat resolved, the focus has shifted to the area from the forehead to the top of the head. However, the areas on the front of the face are fundamental, so it is necessary to re-examine them. Furthermore, if you focus too much on the front of the face, the center of the head or the back of the head may become congested, so adjustments are also necessary. With these basics in mind, the focus has shifted to the front of the face, the forehead, and the top of the head. Even with all of this, there may still be imbalances, and if you focus too much on one area, you may inadvertently apply excessive force to the important areas of the center of the head or the upper and lower routes of the back of the head, causing congestion.
While keeping these basics in mind, the current focus is on the area from the forehead to the top.

Through meditation, a sensation traveled from the back of my right eye, passing through the right side and reaching my right ear.
I feel that the energy channels, which in yoga are called nadis, have become thicker, and I feel that the channels connecting the third eye to each ear have become thicker.
A little while ago, there was a change on the left side, and I felt a channel connecting the left ear to the right eye directly. However, this time, the right side seems to have become thicker than the left side. The left side is relatively thinner compared to that, but it is still connected.
There are channels connecting the front of the face, both vertically and horizontally, and they intersect at the third eye. With this experience, I feel that the third eye has become thicker, more prominent, and more taut.
Some schools of thought say that the center of the head connects to the left and right, as well as up and down. However, based on this experience, it feels like the change is happening on the surface of the face, slightly beneath the skin, rather than in the center of the head. However, this may just be a difference in expression, and it could be the same thing.
In yoga, two petals extend from the left and right of the Ajna chakra, resembling the infinity symbol, and they also spread horizontally. This is probably a symbolic representation, and perhaps there is such a movement in a certain dimension. On the other hand, there are also channels that run horizontally from the ears. Perhaps, in the physical layers of the ether, there are horizontal cross-shaped channels, and in a slightly higher dimension, but still continuously connected layers, there is a movement similar to the infinity symbol represented by the Ajna chakra.

During meditation, the area between my nose and upper teeth (?).
The expression for what kind of place it is is a bit subtle, but it's in the area behind the skin on the underside of the nose, just above the upper teeth, but not in the center of the head, and it's behind the nose, below the eyes, but not close to the eyes. The upper teeth themselves haven't changed, but there was a feeling of something like cartilage attached to the upper teeth, or something connecting the upper teeth to the underside of the nose, that felt like it was stretching or bulging. As a result, the adhesion in the nose area separated by another level. Until now, I have often meditated and opened the energy channel (nadi in yoga) that passes through the nose, but with this, the degree of opening seems to have become more stable.
Until now, I have meditated to open the area from the nose to the space between the eyebrows, but it tends to close over time, so I meditate again, and overall, it has become easier to open. However, this is a more advanced state, not a sudden breakthrough, but it has become somewhat easier and more stable to open.
Similarly, in other areas, I have repeated the process of temporary opening, then a thin but relatively stable opening, and then partially opening it further, or opening unstable areas further. So, this is the same process, but one level further.
Although the words may sound similar, the amount of energy is clearly changing at each stage.

Meditation can cause the energy channels in various parts of the neck to become thicker.
When I meditate, the energy flowing through my neck increases, and I sometimes feel a sensation as if the bones in my neck are widening, and I also hear a "crack" sound. Today, I felt a "crack" and a release in my neck, specifically on the right side below the base of the skull, and in the center to the left. There was also a sensation of something bulging.
During meditation, I strongly sensed auras entering the area above my eyebrows, my right ear, and below my eyebrows.
If I were to say that they are linked, I would be correct, but it could also be said that they are not. However, when meditating and focusing on the space between the eyebrows, relaxing each area, suddenly, a strong aura appears as a "horizontal line" above the eyebrows, in the upper part of the forehead, and gradually, a feeling of relaxation in that area occurred.
Then, without any particular sensation, not only in that area, but also in the right ear, a feeling of expansion, slight numbness, and a trembling sensation occurred.
In that way, with the sensation of a horizontal line in the upper part of the forehead and the feeling of expansion in the right ear, furthermore, in the lower part of the forehead, just above the eyebrows and slightly above the eyes, a similar "horizontal line" appeared, and a feeling of relaxation occurred.
In all of these cases, it was a state where a "crack" appeared, which was the initial trigger for relaxation. The sensation is slightly different, with the forehead feeling like a horizontal line and the ear feeling like a crack in the aura, but in both cases, there is a feeling of something starting to split or a trigger for expansion occurring.
