Environmental problems should be prioritized less than spiritual growth.
It is true that despite the efforts of some, the global population continues to increase, and as more people escape poverty, they tend to consume more resources, making it difficult to solve environmental problems.
If this continues, in about 300 years, crops will no longer grow on Earth, fish in the oceans will be depleted, and the global population will decrease to about one-tenth of its current level.
This is a predicted outcome, and those who can see the future have confirmed this through timelines. These timelines exist, but other timelines are also possible.
About half a century ago, benevolent aliens contacted leaders of major countries, including the United States.
They proposed providing clean technology if Earth would stop its wars and live in peace and equality, distributing wealth fairly.
However, the leaders at the time did not want to relinquish their power, and instead of helping the common people, they wanted to enslave them. They rejected the proposal and instead tried to contact other aliens or attacked spaceships to obtain technology.
Since technology is the cause of environmental problems, it is necessary to solve them with technology. It is said that many of Earth's technologies were created not by Earthlings, but by superior souls from space, or were inspired by space. Therefore, it is reasonable to rely on help from space to solve environmental problems.
This is a fairly well-known rumor, and a significant portion of it is true.
Currently, many attempts to address environmental problems involve exaggerating the issue to instill a sense of environmental superiority or guilt, which is completely different from fostering environmental awareness through spiritual growth. Trying to belittle others by saying that Earth will become uninhabitable, or feeling superior by comparing one's own environmentally friendly lifestyle to others, is not only unessential but will ultimately lead to conflict and the destruction of the environment.
Spiritual growth leads to environmental awareness and a satisfaction with a relatively simple lifestyle. This is a clean and simple way of life.
While some say that aliens will help, they are not messiahs (laughs). They are simply offering assistance, and we must be able to stand on our own feet.
The technology for environmental solutions will also revolutionize energy supply, which will solve environmental problems and lead to equality for humanity. At least, that is the foundation that will be established.
Many people believe that if humanity relies on oil, the civilization will collapse when oil runs out. However, that is not necessarily true.
Some people worry that relying on aliens will undermine human self-reliance and self-esteem. However, that is not necessarily the case. The improvement of human life through the research of Nobel Prize-winning scholars has nothing to do with self-reliance or self-esteem. It is the same thing.
When trying to solve environmental problems on Earth, it always leads to discussions about the economy, inequality, vested interests, and politics, which will not lead to a solution.
Instead of trying to solve the current environmental problems, it would be faster to rely on help from space by eliminating wars and reducing poverty to a certain extent.
If wars and poverty are not resolved, the Earth's environment will deteriorate in a few hundred years, as described above. The reality is cruel, and if we continue to fight, we will enter that timeline.
What we must be careful of is not losing our self-reliance and self-esteem. We must not have a desire to rely on a messiah from space. Instead, a new opportunity, similar to a Nobel Prize, will be created for those who are far away. However, this depends on whether we can eliminate war from this Earth. To achieve that, it is faster to focus on spiritual growth and solutions than on environmental problems.
The biggest cause of environmental destruction is energy. It cannot be solved by diet or organic farming, and it will not be solved by simply talking about a circular society. Even if someone advocates for environmentalism while practicing organic farming, if they are always using gasoline-powered cars, the problem will never be solved. Unfortunately, if we continue on the current timeline, crops will no longer grow on Earth in a few hundred years. At that time, we may simply think that such things are possible.
The cause of environmental destruction is the energy industry, and the solution to the energy problem is technology. Since aliens are said to provide assistance if we eliminate war, we can create a paradise on Earth by seeking help. Since technology caused environmental destruction, it can only be fixed by technology.
There is a movement to abandon technology and return to nature. However, most of these people still use cars and rely on logistics. As places with abundant nature continue to decrease, they will eventually be forcibly taken away by powerful people. Native Americans, who were powerless, were easily massacred.
From a spiritual perspective, even if we advocate for natural farming and the environment, it is powerless against the environmental destruction caused by technology.
I want to improve the environment from a spiritual perspective, but improving the environment requires technology.
Even if some people spiritually improve, if there are many people who destroy the environment, the people of the universe will not help us. However, there is already a condition presented, that if we eliminate war and alleviate poverty (to some extent), they will provide assistance. Therefore, if the current ruling class does not change their way of thinking, the Earth will become a difficult place to live.
It seems that the Earth's ruling class is not currently intending to accept the proposal from the universe, and may be trying to drastically reduce the population through epidemics and wars. If they make that choice, some servants of the archangels will painstakingly capture those souls after death and place them into the bodies of babies in impoverished families in slums in the next life. Isn't that self-inflicted misfortune?
When we talk about the ruling class, we often think of humans, but it is impossible to do such large things without some kind of powerful spiritual being attached to them. Whether you call them dragons, gods, demons, fallen angels, or angels, they are necessary for even large-scale population reductions. Massacres may actually be a judgment from God to the people of the world. There is also the case of Sodom and Gomorrah. We cannot simply label the ruling class as evil. However, to become an executor of such massacres, one must have a certain degree of evil in their heart. Even if God is behind it, the executors will become tainted by evil.

Is a guardian spirit one's own spirit?
I read a spiritual text that said, "Perhaps guardian spirits are from one's past life or future life." Indeed, there are cases where this is true. The so-called "guardian spirit" can be confusing, but in this context, it can be either one's own spirit or another spirit.
On the other hand, as is generally said, there are also cases where an individual spirit acts as a guardian spirit. In fact, someone is always there to protect.
Therefore, it is basic matter that a spirit that is not one's own, but rather another person, acts as a guardian spirit, regardless of whether one is aware of it or not.
Separately, there are times when one's own spirit, transcending time and space, communicates with oneself, sending inspiration, images, or concepts.
Both of these can occur.
Therefore, it is more accurate to say that one's own spirit is contacting one across time and space, rather than saying that the guardian spirit is from one's past or future life.
When a plan is made at the time of birth, inspiration may be given during the course of that plan, or inspiration may be given from the future life to correct the past. Since the future and the past are essentially the same, even if one realizes something in the future, the timeline can change. However, it seems that most interventions are related to the future.
Most people do not have the perspective that the past can be changed, and they would not do it. In reality, there is not much difference, but basically, it is as follows: a plan is made before birth, and during that process, the person intervenes in life and gives inspiration, and that experience is recognized as a guardian spirit, but in reality, it is a message from one's own spirit from before one was born. In reality, it transcends time and space, so there is no past or future for the spirit, but basically, it is like this.
Separately, there is also a normal guardian spirit that watches over one, and inspiration from the guardian spirit is the same.
Therefore, while it is one's freedom to think that the guardian spirit is from one's past life or future life, saying such things will only cause confusion. I prefer to simply say "one's own spirit" and "guardian spirit" because it is simpler and better.

In Buddhism, is "emptiness" the same as Zokuchen's "shinai" state?
The word "emptiness" is popular in spiritual and Buddhist contexts, but it is a broad term that is difficult to grasp. However, I was flipping through a book on Dzogchen and found a corresponding explanation, which clarified things.
"Emptiness" corresponds to the state of stillness (śamatha).
In all Buddhist traditions, there are two stages of practice: stillness (śamatha) and insight (vipassanā). (Omitted) Śamatha corresponds to emptiness, and insight corresponds to luminosity. "The Teachings of Dzogchen (by Namkhai Norbu)."
The book is about Dzogchen, but it seems to have a deep understanding of Buddhism as well.
In Buddhism, it is described in terms of the correspondence between stillness and insight. However, the Dzogchen's three divisions seem more clear.
In the exoteric teachings of Buddhism, insight is considered to arise automatically after the practice of stillness. In contrast, in the esoteric teachings, insight is considered a certain stage of enlightenment in the practice of transformation. "The Teachings of Dzogchen (by Namkhai Norbu)."
This correspondence is also interesting. In either case, the state of stillness is followed by the attainment of insight (the state of tekchug). Insight is the Tibetan word, and in Sanskrit, it corresponds to vipassanā (observation). If that is the case, the following correspondence can be made:
- Buddhist emptiness → "śamatha" (concentration). In Tibetan (Dzogchen), it is "zhi-gnas." The Dzogchen state of stillness.
- Buddhist luminosity → "vipassanā" (observation). In Tibetan (Dzogchen), it is insight (lhag-mthong). The Dzogchen state of tekchug or the state of tukgal. The state of awakening.
Although it is not a complete correspondence, it can be seen that the concepts correspond in the above way.
The Buddhist concept of "emptiness" has been described in various ways by various people, and it has always felt mysterious and difficult to grasp. However, when aligned with the Dzogchen levels, it has become clear. Similarly, the meaning of "luminosity" has also become clear.
In Japanese, "luminosity" gives the impression of enlightenment. However, if luminosity corresponds to vipassanā, then luminosity itself is not enlightenment. However, it is still an important step towards enlightenment. In Japanese, when we say "we have attained luminosity," it gives the impression of enlightenment. However, if luminosity corresponds to vipassanā (observation), then there is still more to go.

Schools of thought that deny the practice of Samatha meditation.
In Samatha meditation, one initially reaches the state of "Shamatha," which corresponds to the Sinit state in Zen Buddhism. Beyond that lies the Tekchu state and the Tuggal state. In Buddhism and Yoga, one typically progresses through the Sinit state before reaching the Tekchu or Tuggal state.
However, there are schools of thought that vehemently deny Samatha meditation. Some individuals stubbornly, and sometimes hysterically or condescendingly, reject Samatha meditation, even criticizing the concept of a state of tranquility as described in texts like the Yoga Sutras. This rejection is sometimes based on the possibility of directly reaching the Tekchu or Tuggal state without going through the Sinit state. However, this is generally difficult, and it is usually safer to progress through the Sinit state.
The Tekchu and ultimate Tuggal states are associated with Vipassana, and this is particularly emphasized by Vipassana and Vedanta schools. Their main argument is something like, "Can one be considered human if one stops the mind (in the Sinit state)?" This argument has a certain logic.
Some people in Buddhist and Yoga traditions misunderstand the Sinit state as the ultimate state, so the argument is a valid counterpoint to that misconception. However, both perspectives represent only one aspect of the truth. Those who misunderstand the Sinit state should strive to progress to the Tekchu and Tuggal states, while those who follow Vipassana or Vedanta should learn about the misunderstandings some have regarding Buddhism and Yoga.
Even in Buddhism and Yoga, the Sinit state is not considered the ultimate enlightenment. The misconception that the Sinit state, or Shamatha (tranquility), is the ultimate enlightenment is a common misunderstanding. Some people seem to point this out from the outside, claiming that it is "not enlightenment."
While people often argue about these different perspectives, it is often unnecessary, as most people struggle to even reach the Sinit state. The same applies to the Tekchu state, which is associated with Vipassana.
Therefore, it may be a waste of time to debate the merits of different schools of thought. It would be better to focus on one's own practice.
This is because, ultimately, understanding comes when one reaches the Sinit or Tekchu state.
Some people are born with a certain level of aptitude, and for them, the Sinit state may come naturally. Such individuals might reject the Sinit state and focus solely on the Vipassana of the Tekchu state. However, for most people, progressing through the Sinit state is the norm.
Many people struggle to even achieve the Sinit state, so rejecting it might only confuse practitioners. It is understandable to reject the Sinit state to emphasize that it is not the ultimate enlightenment, but completely rejecting it is different. Rejecting the Sinit state would leave only a state of instability and lack of focus.
Some people, who are naturally good at achieving the Sinit state and maintaining focus, mistakenly reject this natural ability, causing confusion for others. Conversely, some people blindly follow their teachings and reject Shamatha (tranquility). The former is a misunderstanding, while the latter is more problematic.
Even beginners in spirituality may sometimes receive genuine teachings, which may lead them directly to advanced Vedanta or the Tekchu and Tuggal states. In such cases, the teachings may describe the process in a way that seems to reject Samatha meditation. However, this is not a rejection of Samatha meditation as a stepping stone, but simply a description of the process. Spiritual beginners may not fully understand this nuance and may end up rejecting Samatha meditation altogether.
Some schools of thought traditionally reject Samatha meditation. This is likely because the founder or a previous master explained it in that way. The founder or master probably understood the underlying principles, but as the teachings are passed down through a traditional organization, they can become distorted.
The Sinit state is a foundation, so when explaining what comes next, the language used may seem to reject the Sinit state. However, whether or not to reject the Sinit state as a stage is a separate issue.
People who have a certain level of understanding from birth may reach the state of vipassanā, which is called the "vipassanā state," without going through the "śīnā" state, and if they do, they may deny the "śīnā" state. However, even if they say that, I think it will only confuse beginners of meditation.
Even in this area, things are already complicated and difficult to understand. There are a certain number of people who deny samatha (concentration) meditation, and if there are explanations that deny concentration, beginners may end up in a confusing situation.
Furthermore, when you look at the teachings of vipassanā schools that deny concentration, they are actually doing samatha (concentration) meditation themselves. It's incomprehensible that they are denying concentration meditation when the reality is concentration meditation. Well, it's not everything, but there were such places.
Personally, I think that as a learner, it is necessary to understand only what you can understand by comparing it to your own feelings, and to put aside the things that seem strange.
Basically, such an attitude is necessary in spirituality and religion. When people talk about religion, they often think of blindly believing in something, but whether or not you believe is up to you. I think that believing to some extent can lead to faster growth, but whether or not you believe is left to your free will, and you can think about whether the things you believe in are correct. Meditation is something that happens within the mind, so if you don't face your own inner self properly, you may end up being trapped by strange schools of thought.
This depends on the person, so you can do whatever you want. This world is a free world, and whether you become better or worse is entirely up to you, and it can go either way.

Body tremors and pranayama (breathing techniques).
In the Shiva Samhita, there are descriptions of "signs" that are reached through pranayama.
・Sweating
・Trembling
・Jumping like a frog
・Walking on air
・Decreased sleep time
・Decreased excretion
・Freedom from illness and worry
(From "Zoku Yoga Konpon Kyo-ten" by Tsuruichi Saho)
Among these, "sweating" and "trembling" are likely recognized as important "signs" for yoga teachers to gauge the progress of their students' pranayama. Perhaps these two are particularly well-known.
The "jumping like a frog" probably refers to something similar to the Darduri Siddhi. Whether the "walking on air" is a metaphor or literal is a bit unclear. In my case, my sleep time decreased after the Kundalini awakening, and the same can be said for other aspects compared to before.
When you do pranayama, energy (prana in yoga) moves throughout the body, which can cause sweating or trembling due to energy blockages.
In particular, trembling often occurs during breath retention ("kumbhaka") when there are energetic blockages in the body. Therefore, kumbhaka is effective in removing energetic blockages.
"Jumping like a frog" is probably similar to trembling, in my opinion. I think that when the blockage is particularly hard, it might feel like an electric shock and cause jumping.
In my case, I occasionally experience a "jumping" sensation, but usually, even with energetic blockages, I mostly just tremble.
I used to sweat a lot in the beginning, but I don't sweat much anymore.
Some schools of thought say that sweat should not be washed away because it indicates accumulated energy. This is probably based on the descriptions in the Shiva Samhita.
Personally, I take a quick shower immediately after sweating because I dislike being unhygienic.

Recently, during a small project I'm involved in, we had a brief discussion about something, and the other person seemed to be stressed due to the current situation with the coronavirus, and they had a somewhat hysterical reaction at that time. Afterwards, they continued to send me negative thoughts over the weekend.
For me, it was already a closed matter, but it seems they were dwelling on it. It's annoying for a man to be so troublesome... Although, I feel a bit sympathetic given the circumstances of being confined due to the coronavirus.
People who don't meditate are probably weak in situations like this.
However, I have to maintain my own composure.
I wondered if anything was stuck to me, so I tried to find it during meditation, but I couldn't find anything.
It seems that only negative thoughts are being sent to me.
I recently watched some videos about Taoism, and I remembered that, so I tried to imitate it and visualized drawing a pentagram above my head during meditation. Suddenly, the negative thoughts stopped.
I was surprised!
I didn't expect it to work this well. I visualized drawing the pentagram while giving the instruction, "Please reflect these negative thoughts back to the sender," and it seems that the spell worked exactly as intended.
I didn't learn this from anyone in particular; I just tried it out, and it worked so well. I thought that if a simple technique like this works so effectively, then a more established technique would be even more powerful and scary.
Well, since I'm receiving the negative thoughts that I sent out myself, it's self-inflicted. It's not something I should worry about. They might come back to me later in the project and be troublesome... It's annoying for a man to be so troublesome.

Is the Ten Cows Diagram a secret manual for astral projection and merging with a group soul?
There are several variations of the Ten Bulls diagram, and I was wondering why some of them have phrases like "separation" and "reunion."
However, this morning, during my shower and meditation, I had an inspiration, and it seems that this is a description of a secret method to induce out-of-body experiences, merge with the group soul, and then have the individual soul separate and return to the body. That's the image I had.
If that's the case, many things become clear.
I originally thought that the Ten Bulls diagram explained the process of spiritual growth, but reading it in the way I described above makes it clearer.
First, you meditate to unify your consciousness and stabilize it by drawing your aura into your body.
Next, you learn to consciously move your soul and astral body (aura).
Then, you induce the astral body to separate from the body.
Next, you head towards the group soul. Basically, you go upwards, and when you see the group soul, you choose whether or not to merge with it.
If you choose to merge, you enter it. In that case, the core of the soul remains, but the aura merges with the group soul, and your consciousness merges with the group soul, while the wisdom of the group soul also flows into you. At the same time, the collective consciousness of the group soul exists, and your individual soul consciousness also exists.
After that, if you choose to separate, the core soul and the surrounding aura separate from the group soul.
Finally, you return to the body. This is the stage that is described as "merging" or "reunion."
Thinking about it this way, the difficult Ten Bulls diagram becomes much clearer.
In reality, even the group soul itself has different levels of consciousness, so the effect obtained by this method is that by connecting with the collective consciousness of the group soul, you can gain a wide range of perspectives.
I think this might be the same perspective as the Upanishads. This is just a personal hypothesis.
As often said in the Upanishads, "Brahman is omniscient and omnipotent." This is certainly true as a concept, but for humans, it is equivalent to the group soul, and merging with Brahman is actually possible only within the realm of the group soul.
From my perspective, the group soul I belong to seems almost omniscient and omnipotent, but there are still many things I don't know or understand, and that's why a fragment of my soul came to Earth.
Looking at the nature of the universe, it is not small enough to be simply categorized as "Brahman"; the vastness of the universe is truly infinite. What appears to be "merging with the universe" through meditation may actually be merging with the group soul. It seems that going to the next dimension would be very difficult for human consciousness.
This is not meant to belittle human potential, but rather, the fragment of my soul was born with a purpose from the group soul, and that individual spirit is a great being with free will and the ability to create. It is free to merge with the group soul again, or to live as an individual soul. However, I think the consciousness of the spirit can only perceive so much. At least, as far as human consciousness can perceive, there seems to be a limit. Nevertheless, I think it is quite sufficient.
These are just hypotheses, but thinking about it this way makes things much clearer. I will continue to observe this in the future.

Ma Ying-jeou and Muravanda.
The term "Ma Yin Zhang" refers to a state where the genitals revert to a childlike condition. However, when Kundalini energy begins to flow and the Manipura chakra becomes dominant, sexual desire decreases to one-tenth of its original level. When the Anahata chakra becomes dominant, it further decreases to one-tenth. During those times, I also experienced a state that seemed similar to Ma Yin Zhang, so I thought that state was Ma Yin Zhang. Recently, it has become even more like a child's state, and it has become even more pronounced.
At the same time, the sensation in the lower part of my legs has become transparent, and my consciousness is shifting from below the waist to above, focusing on the chest and head. The warmth is dominant in the Anahata chakra.
The lower body is becoming increasingly transparent and energetically minimal. This, along with the Ma Yin Zhang state, is similar to the Mula Bandha in yoga.
Mula Bandha is one of the three main bandhas, which are techniques for controlling energy. For men, it involves contracting the perineum, and for women, it involves contracting a slightly more internal area to prevent energy leakage.
It is said that when Mula Bandha is perfected, the leakage of semen stops. I have tried to achieve Mula Bandha many times in the past, but I have never been able to achieve it.
However, now, as the Ma Yin Zhang state progresses, I feel that this state might actually be Mula Bandha.
In yoga, Mula Bandha is a technique that is consciously performed. However, even without consciously performing it, if you live a life that is somewhat like a slow-motion Vipassana meditation, you can recognize, at least occasionally, that energy is not leaking from the lower body.
If this is the true meaning of Mula Bandha, then it can be said that when Mula Bandha is perfected, one enters the Ma Yin Zhang state, or that the Ma Yin Zhang state is equivalent to Mula Bandha.
For now, this is just a feeling.
I will try to verify this with books and other resources in the future.

People who defy and become enraged at God's judgment.
There is no good or evil in God, only choices and actions. The idea that God only does good is an illusion, and God can do anything. The current God expects people to have spiritual freedom and growth, so when humans become arrogant and disregard others or the environment, disasters and man-made disasters occur as a message to "stop." Most major disasters are caused by spiritual beings, and these spiritual beings are sometimes called God.
Truly higher beings are not interested in the human world, so humans are left alone.
Gods who intervene in the human world are closer to humans, and they are souls that have grown closer to God in the process of human growth. For example, a famous person is Konosuke Matsushita. People who do great things become closer to God, and some were originally close to God.
After humans die, they become closer to God and continue to grow, and they become known as God. Such beings, which are half-human and half-god, intervene in the human world. This intervention is not about good or evil, but about realizing the intentions of those souls.
In most cases, humans cannot understand the intentions behind disasters, so they either become humble or try to further dominate nature. This is how people are divided.
There is no right or wrong, and people choose what they like.
If you call this disaster the judgment of God, then it is, but if you think it is just a natural disaster, then you will live with that awareness. For each person, that is the truth, and each person has a God who wants to realize that intention. There is a God's intention, either directly or indirectly, and each person is assigned to a particular God.
The history since the Middle Ages has been a repetition of people becoming angry at God because they believe in the judgment of God.
First, there are people who humbly accept God's intention and convey it to others. However, the people who hear this are often not very humble, and when people who are not very humble convey God's intention to others, the people who hear it become angry. This is a repeated cycle.
God appears in this world in a pure form, but also in a murky form.
When you see God in others, you may see their bad qualities, but you should only focus on the part of God. You should discard the human part. Otherwise, you will be stuck in a loop of anger.

In Vedanta, "knowledge" is metaphorically contrasted with "action."
In Vedanta, it seems that "knowledge" is considered important, while "action" is not necessary. I wrote a little about this the other day.
The "knowledge" that people in Vedanta talk about is best translated as "wisdom" or "insight."
People in Vedanta say that "knowledge" is not just knowing something, but having deep knowledge that can be applied. This is true, but generally, the word "knowledge" is treated lightly and simply means knowing something. Personally, I think it would be better to translate it as "wisdom," but they seem to be choosing the word "knowledge," which is often treated lightly.
Therefore, when people in Vedanta say "knowledge," it is best to understand it as "wisdom."
If you told someone in Vedanta this directly, they would just say "knowledge," so there's no need to explain this to them (laughs). Just understand it in your own mind as "wisdom."
That's fine. That's enough. If you tell the general public that "knowledge" is important, they will just think "what is this?"
Here, the word "knowledge" refers to the following points:
- Knowledge about the soul or spirit does not involve physical actions. However, it does involve aura-like actions or activities of the soul or spirit.
- Perceiving the truth and not being misled by illusions.
Well, people in Vedanta use detailed terminology and say various things, but things are simple.
There is a claim in Vedanta that "if you understand, you can be liberated without action." However, the people who say this are diligently practicing. They just say that their actions are "not actions," so it's better not to argue too much with them.
They are simply very sensitive to the word "action," so it's best to leave them alone. There are various spiritual schools of thought, and some, like this one, avoid "action" at all costs and sometimes become hysterical. Well, it might just be that person.
In its original meaning, I think it's just that it's "something beyond physical action." However, misinterpreting this and limiting physical actions seems pointless, especially since you have a body. If you don't want to use it, don't; if you want to use it, use it as much as you want. What's the point of limiting actions with a doctrine? Unless you're doing it to restrict yourself for spiritual practice.
They talk about things like the Trinity, but the soul or spirit and the body are connected. So, instead of neglecting the body, it's better to use all of them, each in the way that is needed at the time.
For now, I will understand that the claim of Vedanta is that they are temporarily restricting actions for the purpose of practice. Indeed, there is a need to spend time quietly and calm the mind. However, Vedanta claims that this is the "knowledge" to enlightenment, which is confusing, but perhaps they are just saying that to the general public. Such a method might have the effect of silencing beginners and making them sit quietly.
This earthly world is a free place for spirits to be active, so it's your freedom to restrict it as you please. It's up to you whether you want to restrict your actions for practice.

There are many people who believe that invisible beings are, in every case, gods.
I am simply a consciousness. Most of the time, I am in a physical form. I am not much different from a living human being. There is generally no need to treat me as special or say "I was told by God."
Just like in reality, if a wonderful person or a consciousness with a divine aura tells you something, you may be impressed or inspired. It is good to treat people and spirits as equals in that sense, but there is no need to treat invisible beings as gods every time.
Some guardian spirits have undergone considerable training. They may have practiced Shugendo or been monks for a long time, and as a result, they may impart wonderful teachings or radiate a divine aura, which may seem like a god to humans. Whether or not to call them gods is up to each individual.
Since everything is a matter of degree, especially in Japan, people often worship figures who have been deified as gods. In such cases, it is a matter of personal freedom to consider them gods. I think you can do whatever you like.
However, sometimes there are people who claim to be "told by God" and try to impose their beliefs on others. The statements of such people imply that "the listener should be grateful," and while there may be some valid points, it is important to listen with a grain of salt. Some people may be conveying the intentions of a guardian spirit as if they were a monotheistic god, and I wonder about that aspect.
Perhaps, if you don't understand the basic principle that even gods are just one type of consciousness, you may end up adopting a monotheistic view.
Many people believe that if something is said to be "told by God," they must believe it 100% or obey it 100%, even though it is simply the will or opinion of a highly developed consciousness. In reality, interacting with such a consciousness is not much different from interacting with a human being.
People tend to place too much importance on the word "god." There are all kinds of invisible beings, some are divine, while others are like foxes or raccoons that deceive people. There is no need to consider all invisible beings as gods. Even if an opinion seems wonderful and divine, it is just one type of consciousness, so you should interact with it as you would with a person.
Therefore, in general, when interacting with people, there is no need to worship them or blindly follow everything they say. It is entirely up to the listener's free will to choose what to do.
However, it is not always easy to do that when you are actually facing a divine being. That is just the way it is. It is like life experience.

Meditation is like turning a gear or a motor.
Initially, it requires rotational force, but once it starts spinning, it continues to rotate with a light force.
Alternatively, it might be similar to pulling a long rubber band or a jump rope tightly. Even a light pull on a long rubber band will cause it to sway, but when a certain amount of tension is applied, it will vibrate finely. Initially, pulling force is required, but once a certain amount of tension is applied, it doesn't require much force to maintain it.
Just as force is required to start the movement of a piece, in meditation, initially, there is a force called "concentration (samatha)."
As meditation progresses, the effort gradually becomes unnecessary, and eventually, one reaches a state of "observation (vipassanā)," but this is often a long journey. This varies from person to person. Some people may not reach it easily, while others may reach it in an instant, or some may be born knowing that state.
For meditation beginners, it starts with concentration (samatha), but some people, for reasons unknown, insist on "just observing." Such people claim that "thoughts will gradually disappear if you leave them alone," but this is true for intermediate or advanced practitioners, especially those who are struggling in the realm of observation (vipassanā). If beginners do that, their thoughts will increase, leading to confusion in their minds.
Just as you can't pull a rubber band without force and it will remain limp, and you can't make a piece move without force and it will quickly stop, meditation is the same. Initially, concentration (samatha) is necessary.
In the Bhagavad Gita, an Indian scripture, Krishna teaches meditation by saying something like "keep what is outside, outside." This is quite similar to "concentration (samatha)." When thoughts enter, they are not your own, so by concentrating, you keep them outside and prevent them from entering. The explanation uses the words "outside" and "inside," but if that is difficult to understand, you can simply understand it as stopping thoughts with concentration.
In any case, the story that "meditation is about letting thoughts flow away" is often misunderstood. This is indeed true, but the basic principle is to eliminate thoughts with effort, and letting them flow away is something that comes later.

Even gods and guardian spirits sometimes get jealous.
Gods vary greatly, and some are similar to guardian spirits.
For example, when I talked to a certain woman, it seemed that my guardian spirit, a former Shugendo practitioner, was jealous, and through inspiration, conveyed something that seemed like my flaws to that woman. As a result, the woman felt that flaw (or something minor), pointed it out, and tried to distance herself from me.
Well, actually, I didn't feel anything special about that woman. Also, the reason for her pointing it out was understandable, and I thought, "She understands the surface, but she can't see the deeper background."
Conversely, among my guardian spirits, or the spirits that are always with me, there are former wives and women I was close to in past lives. Sometimes, those spirits get jealous of the woman I'm talking to (laughs).
Well, it's not exactly jealousy, but they often send a strong inspiration, thoroughly analyzing the other person and saying, "This person is not good!"
When I feel like "something isn't going well," it's usually because of such interference.
There are guardian spirits who are truly protecting me based on instructions or requests from my Higher Self, and there are spirits who are simply with me because we were close. In a broad sense, both can be called guardian spirits, but the former truly pay attention to the past and future, and watch over my life, while the latter are simply with me, playing together, or worrying about me like family.
Of course, there are different levels among each guardian spirit, and even the latter can sometimes take on the role of the former.
It depends on what the instructions or requests from the Higher Self were. The former aims to achieve a set goal, while the latter simply wishes for happiness as friends or family. The latter may not be aware of the Higher Self's goals. It's like ordinary family members who are simply nearby and watching over me.
Therefore, the guardian spirit like the latter can sometimes be jealous, and sometimes, even someone closer to the former can be jealous.
Well, it seems that jealousy is something that cannot be separated from humans, no matter what (laughs).
I feel that as you get closer to higher gods, jealousy disappears. The existence of jealousy is a sign that you are still bound by human feelings.

There was a time when police from the spirit world would capture people who had committed suicide and imprison them.
It was happening in a place closer to the spirit world than the afterlife, around the medieval period. It existed until that time.
Now, even if someone commits suicide, they are simply left alone.
What is commonly called "heaven" or "hell" is not absolute, and it can be said that in the spirit world, which is close to the realm of spirits, people's thoughts create them.
People first believed that "there is a place called hell," and that belief created hell as a thought-form. The trigger for this was originally the teachings of hell in Christianity, but hell did not originally exist; it was created by people's imagination.
Therefore, before the medieval period, when the image of hell was strong, there was actually a world called hell in the afterlife, and now that world seems to be quite in ruins.
The creation of that world is not only due to people's thoughts, but also people who died after that actually participated in its maintenance. There were beings such as gatekeepers of hell or those who punished people in hell. These roles actually existed because people wanted to be those things, and it seems different from something that a certain god prepared.
For example, when a person commits suicide, a spirit police from the spirit world, holding a spear-like weapon, flies in with a "whoosh!" and captures the spirit of the person who committed suicide, and locks them in a prison for a while. At least, that was the case in the past.
Now, whether that system has collapsed, or whether it is simply an oversight, or whether there are too many suicides to handle, basically, those who commit suicide are left alone.

Relationships with people do not end with death.
Generally, it is thought that when one dies, they disappear and cease to exist. However, even after death, consciousness continues in a spiritual form, so relationships with people do not end with death.
After death, one will live happily in the afterlife with people they were close to, such as their spouse and close relatives. Relationships that go beyond conditions such as money do not end with death.
When one dies, they are freed from restrictions such as money, housing, and food. Therefore, if they were living together out of necessity due to these restrictions, they may separate after death, and the relationship may end. Especially after death, the relationships of people who lived based on money and gain will likely be lonely.
In human relationships, there are exceptions where relationships may continue if someone was manipulating others through coercion, manipulation, or codependency. However, such relationships should generally be severed and one should become independent. Trying to escape coercion, manipulation, and codependency through death is futile, and these things must be overcome while alive.
There are many people in the world who try to benefit themselves by manipulating others. It is best not to associate with such people.
Money and gain should be freely pursued as long as one adheres to the basic rule of not manipulating others. Generally, one should give money to those who need it, but as mentioned above, one should avoid associating with people who are trying to manipulate others.
Rarely, there may be cases where someone is tricked into giving money and is exploited, and they may continue to bother you even after death. In such cases, one may set a trap and lead them into a pit, causing their self-destruction, so that they will never approach again. There are many people in this world who manipulate others or live by exploiting others, so those who can see through people beyond time and space need to carefully choose who they associate with.
Even so, there may be misunderstandings and mistakes, and one may later realize that it was a failure. However, that is also a good lesson.
If someone is too persistent, for example, they may have their house and store washed away by a tsunami, leaving only one person alive. At first glance, it may seem like they were lucky to have survived, but they will end up living on welfare for decades, and will be forced to live a frugal life for decades. That may seem like a happy thing to me, but it must be very painful for someone who wants to live a luxurious life. In this way, people who are greedy and persistent have a path that leads them to their true direction.
This is a future event where my childhood classmates may be affected by a tsunami during the upcoming Nankai earthquake. However, as a result, they will become humble, and I think it will be a good lesson for them. It may be easier for those who are swallowed by the tsunami and die, as they will be released and become spiritual beings. However, by surviving with just their body, they will live a life that is like a secret training.
If one becomes arrogant and exploits others, they may fall into a trap that will instantly push them to the bottom. Therefore, it is better not to exploit others.

Mix the surrounding space with your exposed heart.
In Tibetan, "sewa" (mixing) is a particularly effective means of ending dualism in Zokchen. However, until now, I have had a feeling that I understand it, but I don't quite understand it.
Since the beginning of slow-motion Vipassana (observation), I have had a vague feeling that there is a sense of mixing with the surroundings, as if it is permeating everything around me. I thought that might be what "sewa" (mixing) is.
However, I knew that such a feeling might be occurring in the slow-motion Vipassana state, but I have not been able to grasp the feeling of consciously performing "sewa" (mixing).
"Lekpa" (bare awareness) is the essence of the mind that appears in the Vipassana state, and it is only with that that one can observe things as they are. I knew that it would be like that in the Vipassana state, but I have not been able to grasp the feeling of consciously performing "sewa" (mixing).
However, today, I suddenly realized that perhaps "sewa" (mixing) in this context is not mixing with visible objects, but mixing with the space that is universally spread throughout this world. I don't know if I realized it myself, or if a guardian spirit subtly suggested it to me.
In any case, since I realized it, I decided to try it.
Originally, when I read the word "sewa" (mixing), I tried mixing it with visible objects around me. However, I tried mixing it with the empty space, which is simply air, that exists around me.
Mixing with the space of air felt a little easier than mixing with visible objects.
I thought, "That's probably it..." and then I suddenly realized that there was something closer than that, which is my own body.
So, I changed the object of "sewa" (mixing) from the space of air to my own body.
As expected, it became even easier to do when it was my own body.
In theory, even though it is my own body, it is something that temporarily exists on this earth, so it is not the "true self." The true self, the Atman in Vedanta, or the essence of the self, roughly speaking, the soul, is something that even my own body is outside of, and my own body is an object to be observed.
This was a blind spot. It seems that it is good to use my own body and the empty space around me as a starting point for "sewa" (mixing).

Just continue meditating naturally.
Only in the state of Vipassana, after the Tekchu stage, can such things be said. It is well-received by the general public, but if you take seriously the words of someone who says such things, you will not grow.
Until recently, this idea didn't resonate with me, and I always felt that "I must do something." That was correct for the time, and if you think you must do something, then it was correct.
However, there are teachings that are generally considered "easy to understand." For example, in meditation, there is talk of simply sitting and continuing meditation naturally without having to think about anything difficult. This is easy to understand at first, but in reality, it doesn't always go so well.
I think that these "easy" teachings are beneficial for "beginners" and "those with some experience."
For beginners, it is easy and good, and gradually, you come to understand that this simple state is the essence.
At first, when I read something like "If you continue in Samadhi, you will be guided," I felt like "What is this?" But recently, I feel that meditation is deepening little by little every day, without having to do anything particularly difficult. Strictly speaking, it's not every day, but rather every few days or a week, and the difference becomes noticeable. However, as a metaphor, it is not wrong to say that it deepens every day.
Even with the story of "Sewa" (mixing) in Zokuchen, I thought "What does this mean?" when I read it, but when I actually tried it, I realized that "It was just a detailed explanation of the state of being naturally guided, without saying anything particularly special."
Therefore, as written in some books, perhaps after the Tekchu stage, meditation deepens naturally without any special effort.

The more you mix yourself with the surroundings, the more you disappear.
By "sewa" (mixing), you gradually lose yourself as you mix the surrounding space with your exposed mind (rikupa). This happens not only during meditation, but also in everyday life. I feel like I'm losing myself, and compared to before, it's reduced by about 30%. This is a subjective feeling, and it might be 50% less than before, but especially in the last six months, I feel like my existence has rapidly diminished and become transparent by about 30%.
Probably, it won't completely become zero, but at least I feel like "myself" is disappearing.
Currently, this feeling is limited to my body, but the surrounding objects still exist. I will continue to observe how this changes in the future.
If I were to express this, it would be "mixing myself with the surroundings," but there is a misunderstanding here. A more accurate expression would be "mixing my body, including myself, with the space around me, and the exposed mind (rikupa) that is observing it."
Metaphorically, it has been said in spiritual and New Age circles that "mixing yourself with the surroundings makes you disappear." However, if you take this literally, you might try to mix "your physical body" with "surrounding objects and people," which leads to a misunderstanding.
The person who originally said this should have been more careful with their expression. This seemingly "easy-to-understand" expression is actually a bit different. You can't mix "your physical body" with "surrounding objects and people"; at best, you can only bring them into close contact. It seems difficult to reach the true understanding of this.
Even if you advance to "mixing your mind with the bodies and minds of surrounding objects and people," you are still missing the understanding that even your own body is "outside." Without that understanding, nothing will happen, and you won't understand anything. Conversely, you might become more susceptible to the influence of other people's auras and become vulnerable.
There is a risk of such misunderstandings arising from reading this literally. However, as a starting point, it is important to begin with meditation, reach the state of "shinen" (mind-body unity), and then, only then, can you truly "sewa" (mix) yourself, including your body, with the surrounding space and your exposed mind (rikupa), which is what makes "yourself" disappear.
Trying to mix with the surroundings before that is not only useless but may even be harmful.

Thinking about things like dimensional ascension or higher realms is a waste of time.
Indeed, there are higher dimensions, and worlds with a slightly more advanced consciousness than Earth. These worlds may be a parallel world or a planet in another star system. However, I don't think it makes much sense to try to move to such a place and live there.
Basically, souls that are connected (group souls) and close friends tend to live together, and they often move together. Sometimes they separate, but they often reconnect due to their connection. Therefore, when changing your place of residence, it is generally common to move together with the same friends, companions, and group souls.
Even if you move to a new world, your companions will continue to live happily as before.
Therefore, rather than thinking, "I'm ascending to a higher dimension!" or "I'm going to a higher world!", it's probably enough to just live happily with like-minded friends and people connected by group souls. When moving, it happens naturally through collective consciousness, so you don't have to consciously decide to go.
Furthermore, the expressions "ascending to a higher dimension" or "going to a higher world" often imply a sense of "separation." If you think you are going somewhere, you are not truly living in "this moment."
However, it is possible to go to a higher world alone. I did that a long time ago, but I didn't have any close friends to connect with, and more importantly, our consciousness was too different, and it didn't feel right. I realized that the place where I am now is the best place for me, and that I am reincarnated on this Earth, so I quickly returned to Earth.
Even on Earth, there are people with lower consciousness who are obviously annoying, competitive, driven by lust, or unable to control their appetite. However, when people from Earth are reincarnated in a peaceful world filled with higher consciousness, they probably feel alienated. I think I once talked to someone who had a similar experience, and they said something similar at that time.
When people from Earth are reincarnated in a higher world, they are often considered annoying (laughs).
Just as people with lower consciousness on Earth are considered annoying, even people who think they have improved their consciousness to some extent on Earth are inferior to the average level of the higher world. Therefore, they are often seen and treated as people with lower consciousness.
Most people on Earth have their energy center (chakra) primarily in the solar plexus (manipura), where "emotions" are dominant. Therefore, on some planets, the average energy center is above the heart chakra (anahata). If you go to such a place with a lower solar plexus consciousness, you may be considered annoying. On Earth, the solar plexus is slightly above the middle chakra, but the average varies from planet to planet. Therefore, you may suddenly find yourself in a lower position, which can be mentally challenging.
When reading the Buddha's teachings, there were passages that mentioned that someone who has reached a certain level of consciousness is reincarnated in a higher world and then returns. Perhaps this is what it refers to. I would like to verify this idea someday, but for now, the Buddha's teachings are just a hypothesis.
Therefore, I don't think it's a good idea to think too much about higher dimensions. Instead, I think it's better to live your current life happily.

Ascension, even without explicitly mentioning it, this world is already a grand parallel world.
It seems that the term "ascension" has become popular, but long before that, this world has already existed with countless parallel universes. It's likely just a marketing term, or perhaps someone who received a vision during meditation interpreted it that way (sometimes called a channeler).
However, it is true that many people in this area are shifting their consciousness to one of two parallel universes.
Even though it's called a "shift," the three-dimensional Earth remains the same in the current parallel universe.
Many people are faced with the choice of staying in the current parallel universe or moving to another. Most of them don't consciously choose, but rather it happens naturally, which can be described as "ascension."
However, this doesn't mean that the three-dimensional world disappears; it means that consciousness moves to a different parallel universe. This happens across time, so it's difficult to express it in terms of time, but it doesn't take long. It could be a few minutes, a few tens of minutes, or even longer, but not months.
There's a common misconception that "ascension" means that people with high consciousness go to another parallel universe, but in reality, consciousness is divided into three levels, while the physical dimension is divided into two.
■ Physical Dimension
- The current three-dimensional Earth
- A state where Earth has no humans, and nature is abundant with forests, wilderness, and oceans.
■ Levels of Consciousness
- People who have not reached Manipura. People whose desires are uncontrollable.
- People who have reached Manipura. People with relatively mature desires and some knowledge and awareness.
- People who have reached Anahata, Ajna, and beyond.
The classification is roughly as follows:
- People on the current three-dimensional Earth are at the Manipura level.
- People on Earth with abundant nature are at the Manipura level.
So, what about people who have reached Anahata or Ajna? They can choose either world and enjoy their lives.
People at the Manipura level who choose Earth with abundant nature are immersed in desires and live in a world of "separation." They believe they are superior beings, which are the "spiritual people who are deluded and troublesome." In reality, they may not be able to completely control their desires, but at this stage, they are at the intermediate point between lower and higher desires, so they mistakenly believe that they have completely suppressed and controlled their desires. This is the "separation" consciousness that people at the Manipura level have. Such people choose one of the parallel universes, which is Earth with abundant nature.
Therefore, relationships on Earth with abundant nature can be quite complicated. There are people everywhere who criticize others for not following spiritual rules, and there are many troublesome spiritualists who are not fully enlightened but compare themselves to others and complain or criticize others.
These people will need to grow and develop for thousands or even tens of thousands of years. They are starting their long journey on Earth with abundant nature. This is truly a "new beginning."
The pattern for Earth with abundant nature is to escape Earth and confine themselves to their own world.
On the other hand, people who have not yet reached Manipura may be happier staying on the current Earth. There are many interesting things and diversity on this Earth.
People who have reached Anahata or Ajna choose the Earth that suits their lives and consciousness, but many of them seem to stay on or choose to stay on the current Earth, because this Earth has more diversity and is more interesting.
If you get caught up in the "ascension" trend and become trapped in the consciousness of "separation," you will be trapped in another parallel universe of Earth and spend unchanging time for thousands or even tens of thousands of years.
Do you want to take a steady path with gradual progress, or do you want to experience many things in a diverse world full of change?
It's up to you to choose. Everyone has their own choices, and you can do whatever you like.
However, it is true that many people in this area are shifting their consciousness to one of two parallel universes.

There are people for whom spirituality has become a means to an end.
I don't know the exact probability, but I feel that there are people who use spirituality as a means to achieve a certain goal.
Spirituality is simply about revealing the nature of this world, and the nature of this world is just about understanding the origins of the world, especially understanding one's own origins.
When it comes to actions, you can do anything. The way you live is up to you.
Understanding the origins of this world, especially one's own position, and the truth of the past and future is spirituality, not achieving a certain goal.
Spirituality encompasses almost everything, so it could be said that achieving a goal is a very small part of it, but that's the extent of it. What you do is entirely up to you, so there's no need to bring up spirituality.
For women, praying for worldly benefits, or for men, wishing for business success, using spirituality in that way feels like they are limiting their own potential.
Because, if you truly understand spirituality, whatever you want will easily come true. Praying, relying on someone, or buying goods, those are fun in the sense of enjoying the "spirituality" game, but originally, you should be able to do whatever you want.
I don't deny that the "spirituality" game has emerged on this Earth, and that acting according to that game is interesting. However, there is a big difference between playing with toys while knowing it's a game, and being serious about it and getting immersed in spirituality.
The current trend of spirituality is interesting as a game, and you can even be grateful to the person who provided that game, but it's important to recognize that it is completely different from the true meaning of spirituality.
Ultimately, everything that happens on this Earth is a game, so it's best to just enjoy the "spirituality" game.

Inequality is something that is taken for granted.
It seems that in the world, the phrase "equality" often attracts strong criticism, but equality is a concept of social systems, while it is natural for people to be unequal.
First of all, parents are different, siblings are different, relatives are different, the place of birth is different, the surrounding environment is different, and the era is different. If you think that all of these are equal, that's when dissatisfaction arises.
I sometimes wonder if the idea of "equality" was introduced to create a competitive society and a rat race.
For example, the "equality" mentioned in the American Declaration of Independence refers to the equality of Christians. It is better not to take this literally and think that it means equality for everyone. Although it may seem unrelated to a competitive society, it often has an influence.
From a spiritual perspective, humans do not end with death. After death, they first return to the places of their friends and acquaintances, where they may live together happily. In some cases, they may merge with a group soul and then be reincarnated again. In that case, shouldn't the friends and acquaintances or the people connected to the group soul naturally help them? If you say that this is inequality, you will not be able to do anything.
There are various things said about reincarnation, and in some cases, it is said that after death, you return to God and choose from three lives. In my case, I tend to choose my own life, and for example, if I want to be reincarnated together with the spirits of my friends and former wife who are living happily, we will be born in the same town or as family members.
If we are born as family members, we will support each other, and even if we are in different families, if there is such a connection from a past life, we will strangely help each other.
When people who were good friends are reincarnated, it is rare for everyone who is living in the afterlife with them to be reincarnated; only some of them are reincarnated. Therefore, the people who remain in the afterlife support the people who are reincarnated. This appears as a mysterious guidance at important milestones in life.
From the outside, this may seem like someone is being favored or that it is unfair, but in reality, it is simply helping the lives of people who were good friends to be happy.
Life does not end with a single lifetime, so it is ideal to have relationships that continue into the next life.
Regarding people who say that others are unequal, if they are jealous, that is their own problem, and there is nothing we can do but leave them alone. We should not get involved.
If you are jealous of others and distance yourself from them, connections between people will not be formed, but if you cherish others, that will last not only in this life but also in the next life.
People who are kind to others for their own benefit will be approached by people who are also kind to others for their own benefit, while people who are selfless and serve others will be surrounded by selfless people. That is the basic principle.
However, in the case of the latter, there is a risk of being seen as a "sucker" by others, so it is not easy to do in this world.

Is the most important thing life, or something else?
It seems that people have been debating whether the most important thing in history is life or something else.
Since the human body houses a soul, if life is considered a three-dimensional object, then it may not be the most important thing. However, from the level of the soul, life is certainly the most important. Nevertheless, while life continues, there are other circumstances, so it is not necessarily always better to prolong three-dimensional life.
In order to be born as a human, a great amount of energy is required, so one should not easily abandon the physical body. That is a fundamental premise. Therefore, suicide is basically not acceptable. There may be good cases, but I do not know.
There are times when one is guided towards death, as a choice of a higher spirit or guardian spirit, even if it is not suicide. Whether to call it suicide or something else is a subtle matter.
For example, when it is necessary to make a significant change in the environment in order to complete the lessons of this life and move on to the next, if it is impossible to change the environment while alive, or if the higher spirit judges that the current environment is closed off and there is no possibility of future growth, death may be a way to cleanse oneself. This is not a story about becoming depressed and committing suicide, but rather, it is a decision made by the higher spirit, with reference to the opinion of the guardian spirit, looking far into the future, and considering that if one continues to live as is, it will have a negative impact on the next life.
Therefore, three-dimensional life is not the highest value, and it is temporary. However, it is not something that can be easily discarded.

Worries are, after all, just one of the games in life.
There are originally no worries in life, but everyone is just playing a game of worrying.
You can't become deeply involved unless you become blind, and you can't worry unless you become blind. Originally, it is refreshing, but the sense of immersion is something that can only be achieved by becoming blind.
In spirituality, it is said, "Stop being blind" or "Be refreshed." Indeed, that is the original state, but since everyone is currently playing a game of worrying together, it is not something to worry about too much.
Spiritual people say, "If this continues, the Earth will be ruined," or "Worries are negative thoughts," and try to incite people, but there is a sense of superiority and enjoyment in inciting people. This is because the consciousness of "separation" is working there.
People who are worried are enjoying being worried... This may be a misunderstanding, but the original spirit wants to observe the state of worry, and the physical consciousness in the three-dimensional world is trapped in the state of worry.
Indeed, if you stay in that state for a long time, you may not be able to return to the original state, so there is a spirituality that aims to restore the original state.
However, it is not about the consciousness of separation, but rather, it is a story about returning to a state of freedom and choice, where both states are correct.

Masters who continue to intervene in the world.
Some occult teachings say that such masters actually exist.
Freemasonry is unrelated to this, it is just an organization. However, some members have been involved with masters. The organization itself is unrelated to the masters, and instead has relationships with specific individuals.
Some of them are in the Himalayas, but many are blended into ordinary society. Some are like Indian swamis, but others are not, such as ordinary businessmen.
I don't know if there are any masters among hippies, but there are masters who dress similarly. The hippies are imitating the fashion, and just because you become a hippie doesn't mean you can become a master.
The people who are moving world politics are politicians on the surface, but for masters, it is easy to influence the thoughts of politicians and move politics.
However, the masters themselves do not know in detail which aspects to move, so they mainly have two methods and make choices.
One is to read the current situation from the soul of the observer.
The other is that a certain archangel makes a judgment and choice, and then entrusts the execution to the master.
The former is a spirit that reincarnated to monitor and understand the world, and belongs to the same group soul as the master.

The role of the mass media was to reveal the truth.
In the past, journalism had a sense of pride, but nowadays, there are many sensational articles. While there are serious reports that seek the truth, and sensational articles by prominent journalists, Japan has a different historical background compared to overseas.
The lack of ideological basis is causing problems, and as a result, the mass media has become a mere tool for sensationalism. Currently, it functions as a system and feels like it is moving beyond human intention. Initially, there may have been a purpose to incite the world, but now, that purpose itself seems to be gone, and only sensational articles are repeated.
Although there is no war in Japan, in the astral world of thoughts, people's frustrations and anger linger, and passing through that can cause one to be dominated by emotions. The mass media has become a function of spreading these harmful thoughts. Sensational articles can be ignored, but the people who are affected by them create unpleasant clouds of thoughts, which is troublesome.
In the past, journalists considered "fairness" not just as conveying facts, but as judging both sides based on individual ideologies. Currently, the definition of "fairness" is not clearly defined, so it may just be an excuse.
It is better to convey the truth or report from a perspective based on individual values, rather than sensationalism. If such a perspective is not present, journalism may be treated as an unnecessary thing. If the reaction to sensational articles decreases, it will naturally disappear, and if it increases, a master may intervene and launch a dismantling project.
It is important to constantly express perspectives and opinions, and efforts should be made to ensure that those voices reach the "eyes" that can hear them.
