About five days ago, I started to feel an aura energy passing through the area just above my eyes. By focusing my consciousness on the area above my eyes and forehead during meditation and daily life, the aura gradually expanded to the area around my forehead. Eventually, the aura energy reached the surface of my forehead, although it was only a slight amount.
The inside is still stiff, but the surface of my forehead has become somewhat relaxed, and as a result, the cracking sound has decreased significantly in the surface area of my forehead. While the inside of my forehead is still cracking, the entire forehead is now moving, and compared to about two months ago, it has become much more relaxed.
If this continues, it seems that the inside of my forehead will become more relaxed and the cracking sound will disappear.
There are two types of relaxation I am referring to here: one is physical, and the other is a comprehensive relaxation that includes the aura. I believe that the body must relax first, and then the aura can properly permeate it. Perhaps the aura alone can relax things, but in my case, it was a process of the body cracking and relaxing first, and then the aura permeated.
Now that I think about it, perhaps it would have been sufficient to simply focus my consciousness and allow the aura to pass through without using the body so much. However, in my case, I was simultaneously working on both the physical relaxation and the aura (energy).
The sensory changes are as follows:
- Until yesterday, the center of my forehead felt empty, and I only had consciousness and sensation in the surrounding areas (the entire head, above the eyes and forehead). I didn't have much sensation in the center of my forehead.
- After the aura passed through the surface of my forehead around 3 PM today, I started to feel a sensation in the center of my forehead.
In reality, today was Saturday, and I meditated for a few hours in the morning. At that time, the aura had already passed through the area around my forehead, but I still had very little sensation on the surface of the center of my forehead. Of course, the inside of my forehead was still stiff.
Then, at noon, I went out on my bicycle, and while I was riding on my usual route, I kept focusing on my forehead and trying to guide the aura to the center of my forehead. And on the way back, while I was taking a break, I suddenly felt a blockage in my forehead disappear, and the aura passed through the surface of my forehead. It was quite sudden, and once the aura passed, it reached not only the surface of my forehead but also a little bit of the inside, and the relaxation inside also progressed.
The inside still retains some stiffness, as mentioned above. This is like a situation where, in cooking, the water on top of the pot is slightly boiling, but the inside is still not cooked. It seems that more aura needs to be directed inwards to loosen it. However, at least, the surface of the forehead has become relaxed due to the passage of aura.
...During meditation that evening, I felt a difference between the left and right sides of my forehead. Although there was no difference in the skin, I felt that the left side, slightly inside the forehead, was weaker. I focused on the left side of my forehead and tried to let the aura flow through it, and as intended, the left side, slightly inside the forehead, was further strengthened, and the aura flowed into the left side of the inside of the forehead, like water being drawn into dry ground.
...The next morning. It was slightly looser, and the tension in my forehead seemed to have eased a little, and the feeling of cracking seemed to have decreased slightly. The aura seems to be flowing more easily inwards, but there are still some stiff areas. However, I feel that it is rapidly becoming looser.
Looking back on recent events, until recently, I was simply concentrating and waiting for changes. But recently, during meditation, I've been using imagery. I imagine placing my palms together, as if holding a volleyball from both sides, and then, with that image, I move my hands so that the aura I'm creating between my palms reaches the area around my eyebrows. Of course, I can't physically place my hands in that position, but with imagery, anything is possible. So, I imagine holding my hands like a ball, creating aura between them, and then letting that aura permeate my eyebrows.
Similar methods may exist as spiritual training techniques. For example, there may be similar techniques in Qigong or magic. I had an inspiration and tried it, and it had a positive effect. It seems that the aura is difficult to reach the area around the eyebrows or the center of the head, but a concentrated aura seems to permeate relatively easily, at least in my personal experience.
