Through mindfulness meditation, the frontal lobe and jaw area blockages were released, and my articulation improved.

Recently, I have been experiencing a sensation of something like bones clicking inside my head, and especially over the past three days, the frequency of this sensation has increased significantly. When I start a mindfulness meditation, this sensation of loosening occurs quite quickly, and it happens repeatedly for 3 seconds, 5 seconds, or at most 10 to 20 seconds. The sensation itself is either a "piki piki" sound or a "jori" feeling, and individually, it's not much different from what I've experienced recently, but the frequency is drastically different.

The location of the sensation is also changing. Previously, it was mostly in the back of my head, around my jaw, or lower in my head. While it loosens in the upper part of my head, sometimes a portion of the crown chakra (sahasrara) opens, and I feel satisfied with that. I have focused my awareness on the sahasrara, the back of the head, or the upper back of the head to loosen it, trying various locations.

However, over the past three days, there has been a "piki piki" sound in the frontal lobe area every 3 to 5 seconds, and sometimes a "baki" sound, which loosens the area. Suddenly, my body moved on its own, stretching my neck, but generally, the frontal lobe area loosens.

Then, suddenly, although it was only a slight sensation, there was a feeling of being "sucked in" for about 3 seconds in the middle of the frontal lobe, followed by a slight sensation of "gaga gaga," and then it loosened again. After that, the area between my eyebrows suddenly relaxed even further, and I felt a "pulse" in the middle of my forehead. It was as if blood flow had not been reaching that area before, and suddenly I started to feel the pulse of blood flow in that spot. Of course, compared to the pulsations I've felt in other areas before, it was relatively small.

I have experienced this kind of sudden "pulsation" occurring when there is an energetic blockage in a specific area that is then resolved, and the sensation in that area returns. For example, it has happened in the back of the head or the back of the neck. I interpret this as the first step, indicating that the area (finally) starts to move. This doesn't necessarily mean that something will immediately happen, but it feels like an area that was like an engine that wasn't running has finally started (although stability will come later). Even if there is a pulsation, it doesn't end there, as I have experienced this before. However, it is a sign of a certain kind of progress.

Even after continuing meditation, the area around the frontal lobe continues to loosen and make a "piki piki" sound, and there are still many areas that are stiff around the sahasrara, so "boki" sounds still occur frequently.

This is not the end, but "pulsation" seems to accelerate growth in that area. In the frontal lobe, I think I have passed a peak.

The other day, the frontal lobe reached a certain point, and then the center of the head and the area around the top of the head gradually loosened with a "mishimishi" sound. Sometimes I feel a "pachi" or "piki" sensation, and each time, it loosens a little bit. Gradually, that area is changing, and it seems to be more often in the center of the head again.

The area around the center of the head loosens a little, and then various parts of the head start to "stretch," and by stretching, something else becomes "tense," and then that tense area makes a "mishimishi" sound again. I think this is a repeated process. And, probably, like with the frontal lobe, when that area loosens to a certain extent, a pulsation occurs. The pulsation is initially felt strongly, but as it starts moving, it feels like a normal pulse. The difference is that it can be felt in areas where the pulse movement was not felt before.

After the pulsation in the frontal lobe, the frontal lobe no longer makes as much of a "mishimishi" sound. After that, the focus shifted to other areas, and I was loosening the area around the center of the head with a "mishimishi" sound, and also loosening the top of the head with a "piki" sensation and a "jori" sensation, while meditating. I was gradually loosening the area around the center of the head, and then the area around it.

Suddenly, from the neck to the mouth, especially around the jaw, there was a sudden, collapsing, faint, small vibration and a subtle sensation, and the area around the jaw loosened. It seems that the jaw has become much easier to move. (April 5th)

The area just above the jaw still has some hard spots and makes a "mishimishi" sound, but the area around the jaw seems to be quite sufficiently loosened. The jaw, although not usually emphasized, seems to have a chakra that is considered important by some yogis. I had forgotten about it, but I think it was mentioned in some old book. Since both sides of the jaw have loosened, there seems to be no imbalance in the current state of the jaw.

I haven't been consciously aware of the jaw itself, but I understand that the ida and pingala, the energy channels that run vertically on the left and right sides of the body (nadis in yoga), pass through the area relatively close to the skin on both sides of the jaw. Although this is not explicitly written in books, I can feel that the ida and pingala channels pass through this area vertically by being aware of both cheeks, and that when the ida and pingala are flowing properly, you can feel the energy flow in that area. I don't think this time was necessarily caused by the ida and pingala, but I think they are the foundation.

This time, it feels like my mouth has become easier to move, and the energy is flowing to the center of my head.

In this state, I am again loosening the center of my head, and then, when it loosens a little, it "stretches" a little, and that causes a "crackling" sound again. If it's the same as other areas, I think that by repeating this process many times, the center of the head will eventually become sufficiently loose.

There is the pineal gland in the center of the head, which is considered an important organ in yoga and spirituality, and I think that area is also being stimulated.

Before this, about 3 years ago, the Vishuddha chakra in my throat opened, and I became much more talkative. However, this time, it's not the Vishuddha chakra itself, but rather a block in the lower jaw that seems to have been released.

I sit in meditation and, without consciously doing so, the center of my head makes fine "crackling," "cracking," and "popping" sounds, and it loosens little by little, often in sync with my breathing. I've repeated this process many, many times, and I can't even count how many times I've heard the "crackling" sound, but if my breathing is once every 10 seconds, that's 5 or 6 times per minute, and hundreds of times per hour. Previously, it wasn't this frequent, but especially in the last month, the frequency has suddenly increased, and especially in the last week, it has been "crackling" with every breath.

Previously, when it loosened once, a lot of tension would be released, and I would be quite satisfied and end the meditation. However, recently, it has become almost commonplace, and the "crackling" sound happens almost once per breath. Even when there's a "crack" and the tension is released, that's just one cycle, and when I meditate again, it "crackles" again, so I think I need to repeatedly release layers and layers of tension.

I remembered that in a book by Dr. Honzan, he described meditation as "like peeling the skin of a radish." This process of repeatedly going through the same process to deepen meditation can indeed be described in that way. It seems that, like peeling the skin of something, it is necessary to gradually release the tension in the head, especially from the periphery.

The area around the center of the head has many layers, and even if you think it has loosened, it is only a part of it. Because of that, other areas become tense, so you need to repeatedly focus on those tense areas and loosen them.

Even so, the peripheral areas are becoming relatively relaxed now. The other day, the area around my jaw loosened, and just before that, the area around my frontal lobe also loosened. Now, when I meditate, I especially feel a strong pulse in the frontal lobe area. There are various theories about the location of the Ajna chakra (third eye), but at least the part that appears on the surface of the skin is undoubtedly between the eyebrows. So, I think the area around my frontal lobe has at least loosened.

▪️Understanding the Ajna chakra based on the memories of Group Soul.

Tracing my Group Soul memories, there was a life where I assisted a fortune teller in the suburbs of Paris. In that life, while my partner outwardly opened a fortune-telling business, in reality, a part of my Group Soul would receive inspiration or have an out-of-body experience the night before and communicate it to my partner, who would then conduct fortune-telling counseling the next day. One day, among the spiritual people of that era, there was a rumor that "the space between the eyebrows is the third eye." My partner heard this from friends and said, "Everyone was saying this, but what do you think?" My Group Soul's part responded with a confused expression, "I'm not sure. I think it's more towards the back of the head. I don't know about the space between the eyebrows. There are various people, so maybe some people have something in the space between their eyebrows? I don't know much about the space between the eyebrows, but I don't think it's something to deny." When my partner asked, "What should I say then?" I replied, "Just say it as it is. I don't know about the space between the eyebrows, but I think it's more towards the back of the head." Later, my partner came to me, looking unusually happy, and said, "Everyone is now saying that the third eye is not in the space between the eyebrows, but in the back of the head." Therefore, while the space between the eyebrows is indeed one channel for energy and vision, I think the back of the head, especially the area inside the head, is the true location of the third eye.

Tracing other lives of my Group Soul, there was a life where I lived in a noble's mansion in England and was a witch. I had a disciple, and in the final stage of the disciple's training, I seem to have forcefully sent energy throughout the entire head to quickly and powerfully open the third eye, enabling clairvoyance. I remember that it initially forced the Kundalini to awaken. The disciple seemed to be quite satisfied with that, but I think I used harsh words to prevent them from being satisfied with that level, and the disciple continued their training with teary eyes. The aura seemed to rise through Manipura, Anahata, and then to Ajna, rapidly advancing the process to enable clairvoyance. The disciple's Ajna seemed to be difficult to open, and they kept coming back for training, repeatedly receiving energy in their head, as if saying, "Not yet, not yet."

Based on the memories traced from the soul group connection, if energy is sent to the head to awaken the third eye (Ajna chakra), clear and conscious spiritual vision through inspiration becomes possible. Furthermore, if the process progresses further, it seems possible to achieve not only inspiration but also astral projection. I think the entrance to that is the awakening of the third eye (Ajna chakra).

However, there are many times when, even if one thinks so, it turns out to be different. So, I'm not particularly worried or expecting anything. I think it will happen if it's meant to be.

In terms of stages, in my case, I am still at a very early stage, and even the pineal gland in the center of my head is not functioning properly and is in an underdeveloped state. While other aspects of my soul group connection have quite high abilities, I am like a child. I feel completely inferior. Nevertheless, we share some memories and experiences, so I have some understanding.

▪️The block in the lower jaw has been released, and my pronunciation has improved.

I have had poor pronunciation since I was young, and I used to speak with a mumbled sound, which gave a bad impression. Since the other day, when my lower jaw loosened as if collapsing during a meditative state, there have been significant changes, although it has only been a few days.

First, my lower jaw has become softer and more flexible. And when I speak, I now move my lower jaw more than before. As a result, even when I think I am just speaking normally, my lower jaw seems to be moving and being used more than before, and it feels like my jaw is getting tired during speaking, as if I had chewed food thoroughly and my jaw was tired. It feels a bit like a muscle ache. I currently understand that this is likely a temporary phenomenon caused by not using my lower jaw properly until now. When I check again, my lower jaw is basically relaxed, so there is no problem in that regard.

This can also be interpreted as a block in the lower jaw. I don't remember when it started, but it may have been from the beginning, or it may have been after I was hit hard in the jaw by a classmate who was doing karate (due to a minor argument) when I was in elementary school, causing my jaw to shake. Alternatively, it is possible that my jaw became stiff and I couldn't speak at all due to being intimidated by bullying and harassment in my teens. Or, it may have been caused by the fact that I was troubled by obesity and severe sleepiness, which I suspect was diabetes in childhood.

Probably, these complex factors caused the lower jaw to become stiff. At one point, I felt like I couldn't move my mouth properly, and it was difficult to speak. When I was young, if I had days where I didn't speak much at work, my throat would feel clogged. Even when I tried to speak at work, my throat would get clogged, and I couldn't get the words out. Fortunately, I was in a technical field, so as long as I could produce results, it wasn't a big problem. However, it would have been difficult to work in a regular customer service job.

I unconsciously thought, "I was born this way," but now that I think about it, maybe it wasn't. I don't remember the details very well. I think I was probably normal as a baby, but gradually, I stopped speaking due to the influence of my surroundings. There was a lot of moral harassment where I would be scolded for speaking, and I was often yelled at by older people in the neighborhood, classmates, and even my father, "Shut up!!!" I was in an environment where I would be scolded and even beaten for speaking. I started to think, "It's useless to speak," so I started to give vague answers and ignore things. As a result, my throat and jaw became stiff, and I couldn't speak much.

My throat was clogged, but it became possible to speak normally because the Vishuddha chakra was working. However, my pronunciation was not good. This time, the sudden movement of my lower jaw has made my pronunciation, which was previously bad, seem normal. I have always had poor pronunciation, so it has become normal.

Especially when I was young, my lower jaw was stiff, so when I went to work or a store, I would mumble and speak incoherently, and I think my impression was not good. This tendency existed until recently, but a few days ago, a change occurred in my lower jaw, and at least my lower jaw can now move. However, I am still not used to it, so a drawback is that my lower jaw gets tired easily.

This is not only an energetic change but also a physical change. At work, I can now speak more clearly, and I can feel a concrete change.

It appears that while the lower jaw has become movable, the area around the nose and the upper jaw are still mostly solidified, so it's hard to say it's perfect. Also, the area around the eyes is still solidified, and because of that, the expression around the eyes still seems to be close to being expressionless rather than being expressive. By the way, there's something called "face yoga," and if something like that can bring about such significant changes, perhaps meditation or face yoga might be beneficial. Basically, it's just that I've released the mental (astral) block through meditation, but I think a physical approach is also likely to be effective. Speaking of which, I had a head massage a while ago, and when the top of my head was pressed, I felt a "whooshing" sensation. So, I think it might have had some effect on the physical body as well.

And I also thought that maybe I was just imagining it, so I recorded my voice and played it back. I couldn't completely eliminate the feeling of mumbling, and my pronunciation still isn't good, but even so, I used to mumble a lot, so it feels like it's finally gotten better and become normal. I think that to improve pronunciation, not only energy-related release is needed, but also real physical practice and lessons are necessary. For now, I understand that the energy block has been released, and the lower jaw is now able to move.

When the block was released, I remembered a faint sensation and sound like "zugazugazuga," as if a heavy building or something that had been piled up suddenly collapsed. This isn't just something that happened to me; recently, it's common for energy imbalances to be resolved with sounds like "mishimishi" or "piki," but when it happens all at once, it seems to create a continuous sound like a collapse.

Through this, the energy that was blocked in the lower jaw, especially the ida and pingala, which pass through the left and right cheeks and reach the nose (as mentioned in yoga), has been activated, and I think more energy is flowing to the area around the nose and the center of the head. I am still in a state where the upper jaw is solidified and the center of the head is solidified, and I am continuing to meditate to loosen those areas as well. However, because energy has become easier to flow to the areas near those, I think that the foundation for releasing and loosening the block in the center of the head in the future has been created.

The reason for this change is largely due to the entry of Purusha. When I start meditating, the aura around my chest quickly rises to my head. The intention seems to be that Purusha feels that the current body is completely insufficient and has many underdeveloped parts to use this body properly, so it's trying to quickly and somewhat forcefully make changes to various parts to make it functional. Even though Purusha has entered, the body is still not keeping up, and Purusha's intention seems to be, "This body is not being used well, and various organs are dormant. First, I need to remodel this body." This seems to be part of that process.
