Distinguishing oneness from evil - Meditation notes, November 2021.

It should be a state of pure tranquility, but somehow, it doesn't quite reach that level of purity.

Basically, it should be a state of silence and tranquility, but recently, I've been experiencing a meditation that doesn't quite reach a state of purity.

It's like humidity. Even though the rainy season has ended and the weather should be clear and bright, I still feel like there's a lingering feeling of the rainy season, as if something hasn't completely cleared up yet.

This is similar to something written in the works of Shinsha Yui, who describes how the very desire to become empty can feel like a thin cloud, which is exactly how I feel right now. According to that book, it says:

"Because the wonderful state of 'seeing the clear and the muddy as one' has not been attained, one ends up writing about emptiness." (Omission) "It is Bonnou(Worldly Desires) that arises from 'emptiness' as a 'disease of emptiness.'" - "Faith and Zazen" (by Shinsha Yui).

The book goes on to say that when the last Bonnou(Worldly Desires) regarding "emptiness" is eliminated, one will reach the state of "form is emptiness, and Bonnou(Worldly Desires) is Bodhisattva," and achieve complete enlightenment.

I think that makes sense in theory, but in my case, I still feel like there's a thin cloud of the last Bonnou(Worldly Desires) lingering somewhere. Being aware of that is progress, but it's a subtle and strange feeling, like something is within reach but not quite attainable.

Such subtle nuances are something that should be self-realized and self-obtained, beyond words and explanations. - "Faith and Zazen" (by Shinsha Yui).

So, indeed, it's something that can't be understood by simply asking someone, and there's very little written about it in books; it's a situation where I can only rely on myself. Of course, relying on oneself is a human thing, but in terms of faith, it's a situation of relying on God, which is a kind of other-power faith.

Until recently, I felt like I was sometimes seeing patches of blue sky during the rainy season, feeling the brightness, and then going back to the rainy season. Recently, the rainy season has officially ended, but there's still a thin layer of clouds from the end of the rainy season.

To break through this further, I think it might be necessary to reach a state of other-power faith and self-other unity.

Should spiritual training be limited to one specific school of thought?

Initially, I think it's a good idea to choose based on intuition or somewhere convenient nearby.
Yoga, for example, requires regular attendance, so if it's not convenient, you won't be able to continue.

However, I think it's okay to try other things if you're interested.

Basically, it's the same (or should be) regardless of the school.

However, the expression methods are different for each school, and these subtle nuances are important because the meaning can vary depending on the person, even when using the same words. Therefore, in terms of understanding, it's better to attend the same school.

Once you have a certain level of understanding, you'll realize that different expressions mean the same thing, but if you don't, you might misunderstand that this place is different from that place simply because the expression methods are different, even though they are saying the same thing. Therefore, if your understanding is not yet complete, it's better to attend the same school.

However, whether you should stay with that school for life is up to each individual.

Some people may not be able to master that school even if they spend a lifetime, while others may repeat the process of grasping only the key points and then moving on to other schools.

However, in most cases, one school is quite sufficient. This is because, ultimately, these things are done by yourself, so if you have an environment where you can practice, that's enough. Therefore, there's not much need to be particular about the school.

If you wander around to various places before you have a good understanding, you'll just waste time. So, it's a good idea to try something at a convenient place.

Of course, when choosing, it's necessary to consider general common sense, such as whether there is a reliable instructor and whether the instructor is not strange.

Repeating the state of "munen musho" will lead to a continuous meditative state in daily life.

Initially, it is a temporary "experience." Gradually, the meditative state begins to merge with daily life.

When you meditate, a lot of random thoughts and distractions may come up at first, but this is an expression of your inherent energy, so don't suppress it, just observe it and let it flow. This is a basic principle of meditation: to accept and let go of distractions without resisting them.

As you continue to meditate, unexpectedly, the distractions may stop, your energy may increase slightly, your back may straighten a little, your head may lift a little, and compared to the moment before, the depth of the state of stillness may deepen slightly.

This is a matter of degree. Even in a certain state of stillness, some distractions may arise, and this is because they are expressions of inherent energy, so they come and go, like a natural phenomenon. Even so, if you have achieved a certain state of stillness, the depth of that stillness will vary depending on the amount of distractions.

When you are in a state of stillness, even if there are some distractions, a thin veil seems to be draped over your consciousness.

As mentioned above, when your energy suddenly increases and the state of stillness deepens, that thin veil becomes a little thinner. Even though the veil is already thin, there is still a veil, but this is a matter of degree, and you can feel that the thin veil has become even thinner.

It seems that there is a stage of further thinning even after the veil, which was originally quite thick and dark, has become thin enough to be called a state of stillness.

Originally, the state of stillness is a foundation for continuing the state of observation in Vipassana in daily life, but even so, there were limitations to maintaining that state in daily life. After continuing daily life for a certain period, you gradually return to your normal state, and you have repeated the process of meditating to return to the Vipassana state.

Even now, there are still places where meditation is necessary, but compared to before, the duration of Vipassana in daily life has increased, and the "effort" required to live in an observational state in daily life seems to have decreased considerably.

This is a matter of degree, and I think I may have written something similar before, but recently, even though the degree is different, I have been doing something similar to deepen the state of stillness.

Changes in the ratio of observation of thoughts and observation of actions in Summer Day.

Previously, in daily life, the balance between observing thoughts and observing actions tended to lean towards one side. When focusing on observing thoughts, the observation ratio was about 80% thoughts and 20% actions. Conversely, when focusing on observing actions, the ratio was about 20% thoughts and 80% actions. However, recently, I feel that I have become able to observe both thoughts and actions to some extent simultaneously.

This is about daily life, but this ratio also applies to sitting meditation. However, in sitting meditation, this issue is not often a problem, because the input from the five senses is generally reduced in a sitting meditation state. Even in open-eyed meditation, there is visual input, but even in closed-eyed meditation, the mental aspect is emphasized, and the proportion of observing the five senses inevitably decreases.

However, in everyday life, the five senses function normally, so in observing in that state, there are times when the focus is on the five senses and times when the focus is on the mind, and until now, the situation has been biased towards one side. Basically, the mind can only be aware of one thing at a time, so either observing the mind or observing the five senses has been dominant.

However, recently, this ratio has been changing.

Now, I can consciously change this ratio, and it is possible to achieve a ratio of 50% thoughts and 50% actions.
However, it is not exactly that ratio, and it varies depending on the time, but I feel that both observations have become continuous.

This seems to have a meaning beyond just a ratio, and I think it means that I have become able to observe myself (Vipassana) at a higher level than thoughts and actions.

The expression "same ratio" may have some misleading implications.

In yoga, there are layers of the body, such as the physical body (gross body, sthula sharira), the subtle body (sukshma sharira), the causal body (karana sharira), and Atman (or Purusha). When Samadhi is not yet very deep, it is possible to observe the five senses, but it is still difficult to observe the mind. As Samadhi deepens and approaches Atman Samadhi, it may become easier to observe the mind.

Therefore, even if it is "the same ratio" in terms of physical sensation, if both the five senses and the mind are at lower levels and can be observed (Vipassana), then both would feel like the same ratio in terms of the sensation of observation.

As this progresses, the ease of observation has changed dramatically, and the need for effort is gradually disappearing, and I feel that daily life and observation (Vipassana, Samadhi) are gradually merging.

Activate Ida and Pingala by being conscious of both cheeks.

During meditation, by consciously focusing on each cheek, you can activate the Ida and Pingala, which are major energy channels in yoga.

The Ida and Pingala run from below the chest, passing through both sides of the neck, through the cheeks, and then through the outer part of the eyes, extending to the top of the head.

There are various theories about the Ida and Pingala channels. Some schools believe that they rotate spirally within the body, while others believe that they simply run vertically and horizontally through the body.

Some books that describe the Ida and Pingala as rotating mention that it is difficult to be aware of the route of the Ida and Pingala within the body. However, this is not the case. It is clearly possible to be aware of the Ida and Pingala, so it seems that those who claim it is impossible may not have reached a certain level of understanding.

Although it may be difficult to be aware of the Ida and Pingala at first, they are clearly perceptible.

From undifferentiated spirituality to unification.

Initially, it starts with a simple, relatively primitive form of spirituality. Everything is interconnected and appears as one, and there is little sense of individuality or ownership. Things and ideas are simply shared in this world.

This may seem ideal, but it is actually just a primitive state, and this primitive spirituality still exists in societies such as those of indigenous peoples.

Not only indigenous peoples, but also societies like South Korea tend to have this characteristic, and are in a relatively undifferentiated spiritual stage. This means that while there appears to be individuality, it is often absent, and many people feel that everything is "themselves." Because of this state, South Koreans often claim that many things originating from Japan are "of Korean origin." This is seen as nonsensical by the Japanese, but to the South Koreans, there is simply a lack of separation, and they genuinely believe that they are the ones who achieved the results. They are not necessarily acting with malicious intent, but rather genuinely believe that it is their own. Of course, this is not the reality.

Societies with this tendency are not limited to South Korea; they are also found in Okinawa and among the Ainu people. In such places, it is still possible to communicate with the spirits of ancestors, but this is based on an undifferentiated spiritual foundation that allows for the acceptance of ancestral spirits and the temporary fusion of one's body and soul with other souls to achieve spiritual experiences.

Due to this relatively unified tendency, in a recent video I saw, a South Korean person was inexplicably participating in an Ainu indigenous ritual while wearing a Korean flag. This is because people in South Korea who are in this stage tend to think of themselves as "themselves," regardless of whether they are Ainu or not. The Ainu people also have a similar tendency, so they may accept such inexplicable things.

From this undifferentiated state, societies like Japan, which are relatively advanced, transition to a state of separation. This separation is not a regression, but is also considered a stage of spirituality. In the spiritual world, this separation is often viewed negatively, but it is through learning this separation that one can progress to the next stage.

This can be explained as the Kali Yuga in yoga and the Vedas, the spiral growth of the Flower of Life, or interpretations from Theosophy.

Some criticize this as a biased view that elevates Western societies, but I experienced out-of-body experiences and saw my own growth in the past and future, and I believe that experiencing separation, even temporarily, is very important spiritually. Therefore, while this may be linked to the idea of Western superiority, I believe it is accurate as a spiritual progression.

From now on, societies around the world, including Japan, will transition to a spiritual stage of unity after experiencing separation.

This is different from the original undifferentiated spirituality, as it involves a certain degree of individuality while also knowing that everything is one.

Of course, there are individual differences, and some people may remain in the initial undifferentiated stage, while others may remain in the state of separation. Until the entire society cycles through separation and undifferentiation again, it will be difficult to move to the next stage. Therefore, it is important to experience individuality during the Kali Yuga, a time when it is easier to experience separation.

The term "individuality" may be misleading, but it can also be understood as logical thinking. Individuality and logical thinking are often paired together. While logical thinking also functions in unity, it is easier to engage in logical thinking when there is individuality. Since the era of unity is approaching, where it will be more difficult to experience separation, those who have not yet experienced it should try to experience both logical thinking and individuality in this current era to make it easier to live in the future.

"Everyone is together," or spiritual concepts like that.

That is certainly true at a very high level, and it is the stage described in Yoga and Vedanta as Atman, Brahman, or Purusha. However, this does not mean that in everyday life, we must share everything with others or talk about "everyone being the same."

This is something that can be understood through proper study. What is said in Vedanta, for example, is that "regardless of who you are, the fundamental Atman or Brahman, or the being called Ishvara, is the same." For example, whether it is an animal, a human, soil, a stone, water, or air, everything is Atman.

Soil is soil, not a stone.
Similarly, water is water, not air.
Humans are humans, not animals, and not stones.

While everything is Atman when you look at the fundamental nature, this is not related to the "everyone is one" kind of superficial spirituality. Superficial spirituality talks about "everyone is one," "oneness, fun, fun, let's dance together." However, whether you are dancing or not, everyone is the same Atman, and it is not affected by "conditions" such as "because you are dancing" or "because you are not dancing." This is the nature of Atman.

This is something that can only be understood, and it is not something that can be understood emotionally.

Emotional spirituality talks about "oneness" in the flower garden, but whether you are in a flower garden or not, whether you live a life unrelated to spirituality, or whether you are a person like an animal, everything is one and Atman. This is beyond such conditions.

The superficial spirituality that is often practiced by people who do not understand it is essentially based on "not wanting to be hurt." They impose various restrictions on those around them as conditions to prevent themselves from being hurt. It is a kind of agreement where they say, "I will not hurt you, so please do not hurt me."

However, in reality, since everything is Atman, the more you impose such conditions, the more sensitive you become. As a symptom, this can lead to "easily getting angry." One of the types of people who claim to be spiritual but quickly get angry is caused by this.

If you look at the religious figures in the world, they are often not on good terms with each other. At that level, they are engaging in emotional spirituality, which hinders each other and prevents them from moving forward.

From primitive spirituality to unification.

There seem to be at least three types of "oneness" spirituality in the world.

1. The spirituality of indigenous peoples.
2. The spirituality of religious people.
3. A tool used to reduce backlash when quietly infiltrating other countries (espionage).

Firstly, a relatively primitive form of "oneness" spirituality exists within the lives of primitive indigenous peoples. In primitive societies, the concept of "ownership" is absent, so the concept of "oneness" is so obvious that it is taken for granted. "Oneness" is absolutely correct in that society.

Similarly, even if it is not indigenous people, in countries with immature national spirituality like South Korea, people may not understand the difference between themselves and others, and a similar spirituality may be rooted. This may not always manifest as spirituality, but these spiritualities may be expressed in the form of customs and interactions with neighboring countries. For example, South Koreans may claim that something of Japanese origin is of Korean origin and obtain patents, or they may simply register it as a Korean-made trademark and try to do business. This is because their spirituality is still immature, and they cannot distinguish between themselves and others. They are born in a state of "oneness," and everything done by others is recognized as "their own." They may think, "This is my idea," just by reading something, or they may sincerely think, "I thought of this" after studying something. The spiritual culture of a society like South Korea can be understood very well by comparing it to that of indigenous peoples. In other words, there is a "oneness" at the root of society. This is not necessarily a good thing. If they simply live according to their own rules, like indigenous peoples, it is fine. However, in modern societies with frequent interactions with others and other countries, it is annoying for those around them to claim that "everything is invented by Korea." I consider South Korea and indigenous peoples to be in the same category.

A certain number of spiritual people sympathize with the claim of "let's return to the primitive state" and believe in the spirituality of indigenous peoples. However, in reality, this is a delayed form of spirituality.

Spirituality grows by repeatedly experiencing unity and separation, and by experiencing unity at a higher level, in a spiral-like manner. They experience unity with relatively primitive spirituality, and then learn separation. Then, they learn unity at a higher level.

In the current era, which is also called the Kali Yuga, the age of separation, indigenous peoples have maintained a spirit of unity. However, this is a very regrettable situation because they have not properly learned according to the times, even though they have the opportunity to experience separation in the Kali Yuga.

From now on, the era of unity will come. However, there will be a deep gap between those who have only lived with a simple "oneness" and those who have experienced separation and then experienced unity again. The depth of understanding of things will be vastly different between those who live with a simple "oneness" and those who have experienced separation and then achieved unity. The difference in awareness is that great, and it is possible that those who live with a simple "oneness" will completely misunderstand and misinterpret those who have achieved unity. It may become difficult for them to understand each other.

So, are the vast majority of materialistic people in the world now in the stage of separation? No, actually, most of these materialistic people are in a state of separation that is one or two steps behind what I am talking about. Even though they are in the stage of separation, there are several stages of separation, so from a broad perspective, both are stages of spirituality. However, those who only see material things are closer to animals, while those who understand spirituality to some extent and are trying to move towards a higher level of unity are completely different. They seem similar, but they are completely different.

People who use "Oneness" as a justification for invading other countries.

As a side note to the story about primitive spirituality, I feel that in modern times, this kind of primitive spirituality is being used as a tool for invasion by other countries.

People are often carefree, cheerfully saying "Oneness, oneness, let's dance and have fun," but in reality, such ideas of oneness can be something that invaders spread to make people feel at ease and want to offer them various things.

In a previous article, I wrote that there are several origins of oneness. The oneness of indigenous peoples is not something that is promoted, and even religious figures are doing it on a small scale. This kind of spirituality is complete within oneself and is an internal matter, so the fact that it is being promoted so grandly these days, claiming to be oneness or spirituality, suggests that there is something behind it.

However, it is also true that oneness and spirituality would not have spread without such intentions and funding. Even though foreign espionage was the initial reason, it was probably unexpected for those who initially carried out the espionage that oneness and spirituality would spread so widely.

It feels like it is quite difficult to control now, but even when I hear the word "spirituality," I sometimes feel that something is suspicious because there is such foreign espionage behind it. The people who are moved by it are quite pure, but there are people who are working behind the scenes to manipulate and incite them. People are quite naive, so they end up being swayed by such things. There were also rumors that a famous religious organization was established with the involvement of British intelligence, and that rumor is not entirely wrong.

However, it is still grateful that they created a foundation for spreading ideas to some extent.

To determine what "evil" is.

The intelligence agencies have been using primitive spiritual concepts to ideologically invade and undermine other countries. Of course, the countries doing this would never openly admit it, so each individual has to make their own judgment. If someone believes that such things don't exist, then they should judge accordingly.

In reality, there's a simpler criterion for judging whether such manipulation exists or not. It's about judging whether the other party is "bad."

Some spiritual people claim that "evil" is also part of "oneness," but that's only true at an extremely high level, like the level of Atman or Brahman. From that perspective, even punishing evil is part of oneness, and even if evil is not punished and spreads, that too is oneness. Since both are oneness, it's better to punish evil. However, people who are overly attached to flawed spiritual ideas restrict their own actions by saying, "punishing evil" is a simple concept that they cannot understand, and they even defend evil.

If one truly understands spirituality, they understand that everything is impermanent and ultimately there is no good or evil, but only a dreamlike illusion of this world. Therefore, one should strive to live a virtuous and righteous life in this world. As a result, evil will naturally be punished.

People who are obsessed with spirituality without understanding such simple things do not understand what "evil" is. If one lives without understanding "evil," they will eventually have everything taken away and be abandoned by evil.

For a country, this could mean losing its territory and becoming a wandering people. There is a risk of this happening with just a little lack of understanding.

So, what is "evil"? If one does not understand this and, with a naive idea like "if I sympathize with the other party, the other party will sympathize with me," they give in to evil in various ways, then evil will never give it back once it has obtained it. For example, once a piece of land is obtained, it will never be returned, and it may not even try to assimilate into Japanese culture, and may even think that the Japanese are an obstacle and should go somewhere else in the world.

Some people say, "What a terrible thing to say," but isn't it too optimistic to think that Japan is safe when such things have happened in Mongolia, Hong Kong, Tibet, and Poland?

Most Japanese people are ignorant and do not know what "evil" is.

"Evil" is not just someone who uses violence. That's a misunderstanding.

"Evil" is someone who appears to be friendly on the surface, but who, when the time comes, yells and gets angry, and who, for their own rights, tries to bring the other person down to the bottom, crush them completely, and take everything away.

Japanese people do not understand what "evil" is.
Even if something looks bright and respectable, evil exists.

On the other hand, there are also people who are truly respectable and are not evil.
It is difficult to distinguish between them when one's vision is clouded.

Japan is being invaded, especially in the political sphere, by groups like the Osaka Ishin no Kai and the former Democratic Party, but I believe that this is because the citizens do not understand what "evil" is.

This situation will end when the citizens understand "evil" to a certain extent.
If we simply eliminate such evil with "divine punishment" without each citizen becoming wise and eliminating evil, the same thing will happen again.

Perhaps the current situation, where foreign agents are running rampant, is a necessary evil for that understanding.

However, if things continue as they are, we may end up with a terrible and incomprehensible situation like the foreign elections in Tokyo's Musashino City, and the process of selling out the country will accelerate rapidly. Therefore, some measures are necessary.

However, as a whole, I think that allowing the current situation to continue and waiting for the citizens' awareness to awaken is the only way to reduce the number of traitors.

If a country is taken over by traitors, the worst-case scenario is that more and more people will become a stateless people like the Jews and move to South America.

Do you think that's impossible? If so, you are naive.
If we do not try to protect the freedom we enjoy now, it is not strange if that happens.

Distinguishing oneness from evil.

There are situations in real society where things that seem completely different are often confused, and this is tolerated because it is considered "oneness," even though it is wrong. This is because evil is difficult to identify at first glance, and without social experience, evil can appear as if it is part of the "oneness." This is because the existence of evil often tries to hide its own evil by claiming to be part of a larger "oneness."

However, the crucial point is that evil initially adopts a gentle attitude, but as its ultimate goals are achieved, it becomes increasingly aggressive. People like Toshio bridge and Hirofumi Yoshimura, former governors of Osaka, have shown their true colors, no longer needing to hide their pro-China stance, and they seem to be planning to sell Osaka to China.

The fact that people in Osaka tolerate this is often attributed to economic or demographic factors, but at its core, it is because they cannot distinguish between "oneness" and evil.

This inability to distinguish between "oneness" and evil is a sign of naivete. Things like "obligations" and "humanity," which are common in Japan, do not exist in this foreign culture. They take whatever they can from people after lulling them with gentle words, and people only become angry after they have lost everything. However, once China obtains something, it is never returned, and it takes war to reclaim it.

People in Osaka should have ousted the Ishin party in the elections, but because they cannot distinguish between "oneness" and evil, they are being stripped of everything, and they are allowing it to happen. This is because naivete leads people to believe everything.

Evil sometimes lashes out and tries to impose its own selfish demands, so it is important to recognize this and vote them out.

I believe that this is a lesson that all Japanese people must learn. If a hero appears and eliminates them, the Japanese people will not learn. Therefore, evil appears gentle on the surface, just like how the Emperor in Star Wars was accepted with applause, leading society towards evil as naive people are captivated by evil's speeches.

It is often said that "oneness" means accepting everything, but true spirituality involves recognizing and cutting off evil. The commonly understood concept of spirituality is quite different from its true nature.

True spirituality means that everything is "oneness," so whether or not you accept others, or what you do, it is all part of "oneness." Therefore, whether or not you accept other people's opinions is not inherently related to the true "oneness," as commonly believed.

Even if someone is superficially trying to accept others, but is actually trying to take everything from them, that is still part of "oneness." However, this does not mean that you should accept them because of "oneness," as commonly believed. In reality, because of "oneness," all choices are open, and your actions are open to all choices. Therefore, not accepting is also "oneness," and of course, accepting is also "oneness." However, people who truly understand spirituality rarely accept such evil people, and instead, they tend to cut them off.

In reality, the word "oneness" is often misunderstood, and it is often used by evil to hide its true intentions. Therefore, in real society, especially in politics, about one-third of the people who talk about "oneness" are likely to be scammers. The remaining people are either those who do not fully understand it but are simply imitating it, or a very small minority, less than 10%, who are truly talking about "oneness." However, when people make prominent claims, it often means that they are spending money behind the scenes for advertising. Therefore, if you hear about "oneness" in a prominent way, you should suspect that there is a hidden purpose, especially an evil one.

I was born in Japan and am Japanese, but from the perspective of my soul's history, I am more of a "guest" from the universe. Therefore, while I live in Japan, I often think, "What a farce," or "Why are the Japanese people allowing evil to thrive?" I believe that a certain percentage of Japanese people need to awaken.

However, if things continue as they are, Japan will become a vassal state of China. Therefore, a large number of people, not just a few, need to awaken, otherwise, the paradise that is Japan may be lost forever.

Japanese people understand concepts like "sharing," "compassion," and "humanity," but foreigners don't. They only take and will never assimilate into Japanese society.

Indeed, there are cases where a few people assimilate into Japan, but that's just a small percentage. If a large number of Chinese people, comparable to the population of Japanese people, come to Japan, it will be enough to create "Chinatowns" everywhere, and assimilation will not happen.

If Japanese people don't wake up now, as soon as laws or ordinances are enacted, a large number of Chinese people will come to Japan in accordance with those laws and begin to take over Japan.

Alternatively, if that's not possible, the Chinese People's Liberation Army might come to Japan under the pretext of protecting Chinese assets or something, and lenient Japanese people might tolerate it.

In any case, the current situation is dangerous, and if Japanese people think that Chinese people are the same as them, they will be stripped of everything.

Evil, when its true purpose is about to be discovered, first denies it by saying "it's not like that," and then tries to deceive people with rhetoric or by bringing up "oneness." But when even that fails, they start attacking, shouting, extorting, and attacking individuals to eliminate dissenting opinions. Regarding the Musashino City Mayor's discussion on the right of foreigners to participate in politics, he is currently trying to deceive people by saying "it's not like that" because he has been criticized by those around him. However, it is only a matter of time before intimidation begins when he can no longer refute it with logic.

The people who are currently coming to Japan as "pioneers" are relatively assimilating, or perhaps gentle people are being sent first. However, the people who are trying to immigrate to Japan as the "main force" have characteristics that are very different from Japanese people, and if that happens, Japanese society will be on the verge of collapse.

The same goes for those who call themselves "liberals." People don't understand the difference between liberalism and evil. They are trying to cover up their own evil by talking about "oneness" or "liberalism." In today's society, it seems that it is better to be suspicious of people who try to convince others through speeches.

As a spiritual way of life, it is important to grasp things as they are, without being biased, and not to be swayed by speeches, but to maintain the essence and understand what the other person is through their actions and words, and to be willing to cut off evil if necessary. This is a way of life that is truly rooted in "oneness."

Noh play "Atsumori":
Human life is fifty years, compared to the passing of heaven, it is like a dream.
Once you have experienced life, should there be something that does not perish?

This state of mind is rooted in "oneness," and because of "oneness," everything is permissible. Therefore, it is the natural desire of people to live a life of justice by cutting off evil.

And the embodiment of that ideal is the "sword," and one of the Three Sacred Treasures of the Imperial Family is the sword, which is necessary to uphold this kind of justice and cut off evil. People who think that everything will be solved by "oneness" are one step further and can understand this by advancing to a "oneness" based on integrated unity.

If you pick up negative thoughts, use your sword of consciousness to cut a circle around your body.

If you happen to pick up strange entities or negative thoughts in the outside world, visualizing a sword-like image and rotating it around your body can sever the etheric cords, instantly relieving tension.

Also, if there is tension or muscle pain in various parts of the body, you can imagine using your hand to pull something out from those areas. If something is attached to that area, it will be detached, and the tension or muscle pain in that area will suddenly disappear.

Of course, this depends on the cause. If it's simply muscle soreness from overuse, nothing will change. However, if the cause is something like an unknown spirit or a strange cloud of thoughts, removing it from yourself can relieve tension or dramatically improve muscle pain.

Western medicine has not proven these things, but in reality, they are very effective.

When you tell people who only see physical things about this, they often laugh and say, "That's not possible." However, for people who are like machines living in the three-dimensional physical world, the unseen world does not exist, so there is no need to worry about what people who only see matter say.

This kind of story is quite accurate when compared to the analogy in Hunter x Hunter, which is like "being naked in extreme cold but not realizing it." Even if someone who only understands physical things says, "You're naked? That's not possible," it doesn't matter what they say because the person who doesn't realize it is not aware. Therefore, people who don't realize this will continue to have their energy drained by external entities, leading to a loss of energy and becoming like corpses, or they will become energy vampires who steal energy from others. It is better to avoid associating with people who only understand physical things.

Invisible entities exist everywhere, and there are many such entities floating around, especially in cities. You will be less affected if your energy and vibration are high, but sometimes, when your energy suddenly drops, strange entities will take advantage of the opportunity and attach themselves. Therefore, while it is easy to become careless because you are less affected when your energy and vibration are high, it is not that you have developed resistance, but that strange entities and clouds of thoughts still exist. Therefore, it is a good idea to periodically check if anything strange has attached to you, even if you think you are fine.

Recently, I suddenly had pain in my left side, and I thought it might be muscle pain, so I tried massaging and stretching with yoga, but the tension didn't go away. I thought that maybe something was stuck in my left side, so I visualized using my hand to pluck something and pull it out, and suddenly the tension in my side disappeared.

Recently, I have been feeling less affected by these entities because my energy has been high, so I have been careless.

Also, I felt like my whole body was covered in a cloud and being pulled down, so I visualized a sword-like image rotating around my body, especially from the lower body to the feet, and suddenly the feeling of being pulled down was reduced, my shoulders felt lighter, and the tension was significantly relieved. I think that spirits and evil spirits often have a strong feeling of pulling from the bottom, but if you cut the cable or the hand that is holding you, they will easily let go. Since spirits originally have only a flimsy aura, it is not a problem to cut them.

In such cases, once an entity attaches itself, it is not enough to simply cut the cable or remove the entity; it is necessary to stabilize the aura through meditation. However, if you only meditate, it will take a long time to recover, so it is better to first perform a "surgical" procedure of cutting the etheric cable or removing the entity as the first step.

If you don't know or can't recognize this, you will continue to have your energy drained by spirits and evil spirits for your entire life. Even if a person is a materialist, this is the reality. Therefore, for spirits and evil spirits, materialists and people who only understand physical things are nothing more than easy prey, and they will continue to parasitize them without dealing with them.

However, if you have a certain level of spiritual understanding, you will understand that it is pointless to associate with such unproductive entities. Just as the body gets dirty every day, and you need to take a bath or shower every day, spirits and entities will inevitably attach to you to some extent when you live, so it is necessary to periodically detach anything that has attached to you.

Conforming pressure in a wrong spiritual context.

Surprisingly, there are many people like this, and they possess a duality: they exert pressure on others to conform, while simultaneously wanting to live freely themselves.

When you interact with such people, a strange situation arises where they talk about spiritual things while still exerting pressure on others to conform.

Essentially, no matter what you do, it is all part of the oneness. Whether it's a person who seems "animalistic" or a person who seems "angelic," both are part of the oneness. It's not that "animalistic" people are not part of the oneness, while "angelic" people are.

Oneness is something that you discover within yourself, not something you seek from others.

Once you discover oneness within yourself, you will no longer exert pressure on others to conform, and you will recognize others as part of the oneness, even if they seem "animalistic." Therefore, there is no need to exert pressure on others to conform.

So, is it better to be with people who seem "animalistic"? I'm not saying that. There is a law of vibrational harmony, and people tend to gather with those who have similar vibrations. People who seem "animalistic" and those who are truly living in oneness tend to have different social circles, and in reality, they "become invisible" to each other.

They become unable to recognize people with very different vibrations.

As your vibration increases and you begin to live in oneness, you will become increasingly disconnected from people who seem "animalistic," simply because you will have no interaction with them. Therefore, you will also become less susceptible to pressure to conform.

The Japanese archipelago is being eroded by the resentment and curses of disasters.

During meditation, I saw that most of the Japanese archipelago, especially the Japan Sea side of Honshu to northern Kyushu, was enveloped in something like negative energy.

It was similar to the "Malice" in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, a black, muddy, bubble-like haze covering the Japanese archipelago.

In some places, this negative energy bulged out, like bubbles rising from a muddy sea, repeatedly expanding and bursting, causing the negative energy bubbles to emerge from the Japanese archipelago.

However, it seems that this negative energy is not coming from the Japanese archipelago itself, but rather is being imposed from the outside. The negative energy from the Korean Peninsula and the Chinese mainland seems to be particularly strong.

In Zelda, Malice is emitted by Ganondorf and is consuming the kingdom. In a similar way, the Japanese archipelago is being consumed by negative energy emanating from the Korean Peninsula and the Chinese mainland.

Therefore, the Japanese archipelago is originally pure, but it is currently covered by negative energy from the outside.

However, there is a force that protects Japan, and it is "prayer."

Each Japanese person emits prayers, and in addition to that, the prayers of people with strong spiritual power, such as the Emperor, protect the Japanese archipelago.

This means that while negative energy is covering Japan, it is gradually being dispelled. However, the negative energy is still quite thick.

Currently, it is difficult to predict what will happen next. It seems that the situation is at a standstill.

However, it seems that this thick cloud of negative energy is dulling the judgment of the Japanese people, especially in politics, making it difficult to choose politicians wisely in elections. As a result, politicians who are anti-Japan or traitors are often elected.

In this world, the law of vibration governs everything. If the vibrations are very different, people will "become invisible" to each other. Therefore, if the Japanese archipelago maintains a high vibration, it will become invisible to people on the Korean Peninsula and in China. However, because there are similar vibrational aspects, they resonate, and the Korean Peninsula and China receive negative energy (in visible or invisible forms), leading to an invasion. Occasionally, evil entities intrude, and they are "cut off" and eliminated.

By covering the Japanese archipelago with Malice, they are gradually aligning the vibrations, lowering the vibration of the Japanese archipelago, making it easier for people from the Korean Peninsula and China to identify it, and making it possible to migrate.

This is simply an invasion, but it is accompanied by lowering the vibration of the Japanese archipelago.

By covering the Japanese archipelago with negative energy, they are aligning the vibrations, and once the vibrations are aligned, the invasion can be carried out easily and naturally.

As a countermeasure, Japan needs to cut off the negative energy. To cut off the negative energy, a "sword" is needed, and in addition, "prayer" is needed as a source of energy. The "sword" is a concrete force to repel the negative energy, and "prayer" is a connection to the source. In addition, to avoid being affected by the negative energy, it is important to maintain one's own purity, which is symbolized by a "mirror." Just as a mirror reflects the colors around it but is itself not clouded, the heart should reflect the surroundings but not be clouded. This is essential to avoid receiving negative energy.

In the case of the Japanese archipelago, the entire land is covered in negative energy, so it is necessary for people with strong power to cut it off first.

It seems that the power of prayer is effective. At this point, it is unclear whether it is an individual or the land god that governs the Japanese archipelago, but the collective consciousness of the people living in the Japanese archipelago, including spiritually superior people like the current Emperor, is dispelling the negative energy through prayer.

When I tried to align myself with this collective consciousness and offer prayers, the prayers were very effective. It was a feeling that I could no longer distinguish between myself and the collective consciousness, but I could still consider myself an individual and help dispel the negative energy from the Japanese archipelago as part of the collective consciousness.

It seems that one of the reasons why it is easy to lose focus and have clouds appear in one's consciousness in daily life, even when reaching a certain state through meditation, is the thick negative energy that covers the Japanese archipelago.

If that's the case, it might be good to go to areas in Hokkaido, especially the Pacific coast, where the clouds of resentment are thinner, or even the Pacific coast of the Tohoku region, which is relatively not as affected. Also, areas in the central to southern parts of the Kii Peninsula, Shikoku, and Kyushu are also not as affected, so visiting such places might be beneficial for meditation.

However, even so, we must do something about the thick clouds of resentment that cover the Japanese archipelago, otherwise they may become even thicker. Therefore, prayer is particularly important now.

When I say prayer, there's no need to think of it as something difficult. Essentially, it's purification. By thinking of the target and wishing that the negative thoughts be removed, purification will automatically occur. This is the same as meditation for oneself. As that awareness expands, the Japanese archipelago may appear in one's consciousness, and the purification of the Japanese archipelago can be performed in the same way.

Evil entities are sent to Mars and isolated for hundreds of millions of years.

<This is just the image I received, and I don't know if it's true.>

It seems that Mars will be used as a prison in the future. And for billions of years, they will live in a desolate place on Mars, starting over from "plants." Even though they are plants, they will be reborn as beings with a faint consciousness, not exactly reincarnation, but more like possessing plants. They will live a life fighting each other for territory, like Bamboo leaves or "Susuki" leaves. However, since they are plants, they can't do much, but initially, they can only exist with such a limited consciousness, and they will have to satisfy their ego as plants.

This is what came to me during meditation, so I don't know if it's true.

Even though it's said to be billions of years, the flow of time in the afterlife is fast, and once you become a consciousness, you can theoretically transcend time and space, so it might seem like a very short time.

During that time, they will simply drift in the desolate wilderness of Mars, with no one to satisfy their ego, and spend an endless amount of time with only their consciousness. Mars is vast, and there is almost nothing in the spiritual realm of Mars, so they will rarely encounter other consciousnesses who have been sent to Mars, and they will spend an endless amount of time in a world of nothingness.

In reality, after death, it is possible for consciousness to move from Mars to Earth, or even to a more distant star system, but evil beings have clouded consciousness, so their consciousness cannot reach that far. Therefore, they may not even know where they are and remain trapped on Mars, unable to go anywhere.

Despite being practically confined to nothing, they are confined, and there is no physical body on Mars for reincarnation, so they will live on Mars as a consciousness, feeling restless for billions of years.

This came to me after seeing the news about "Matsuda Reiko," the mayor of Musashino City, and it's not exactly clairvoyance, but I was vaguely observing her from afar during meditation, wondering "Who is this person?" The first thing I realized was that she is an evil being, but then I suddenly received the information that, in the spiritual realm, evil beings are isolated after death, and specifically, special spiritual police take them to Mars, where their souls are released.

This hasn't happened before, but the reality is that Earth is on the verge of destruction, or Japan is about to be invaded and destroyed, so it has been decided to isolate evil beings.

In reality, even if humans are destroyed, they are incorporated into the reincarnation cycle of being reborn on Earth, but those who do not fit into the Earth's life cycle are forcibly moved to the Mars reincarnation cycle.

Whether this isolation can prevent the destruction of Earth or Japan is another matter. Even if Earth or Japan are destroyed in the current timeline, it is not the end, but consciousness will move to another timeline, and the same soul will repeat the reincarnation cycle. However, in the astral world of the afterlife, time and space are transcended, so it is possible to move to another timeline. However, even in that case, the consciousness (soul) that has been moved to Mars will be confined to the Mars reincarnation cycle.

Therefore, even if Earth or Japan are destroyed and the timeline moves, the evil souls that have been moved to Mars will not return to Earth, and the souls isolated on Mars will live on Mars, and Mars will be used as a prison in the future, and it seems that it is already starting to be used in that way. Mars is a desolate wilderness with nothing, but it doesn't matter for consciousness, and it can continue to exist. However, there is almost no consciousness in the spiritual realm of Mars, so evil beings will live in a world with nothing and no one else. In a sense, it is freedom, but they will spend an endless amount of time with no other consciousness, aimlessly. As time goes on, their consciousness will fade, and they will become indifferent.

This is done to prevent the destruction of Earth, because if they are not isolated, some evil beings will hold positions of power and continue to destroy society with evil intentions. The decisions about what happens on Earth are left to the people of Earth, so nothing will happen immediately, but it is a serious crime to hold a position like mayor and enact a foreign resident voting ordinance that would sell the city to foreigners, so they will be isolated after death.

Actually, in this universe, spiritual freedom is guaranteed, and everyone can do anything they want. Therefore, what one does is subject to responsibility, and those who commit extremely selfish and evil acts are sent to Mars for a prison sentence of hundreds of millions of years, and then they are reborn as plants.

If evil beings think that "life in this world ends with death and returns to nothing," they are free to think so, and if they think that what happens after death is irrelevant, they are free to do whatever they want. In reality, even if they are isolated on Mars, they may not even realize what has happened to them, so they can only live in that state, passively. Therefore, there are many cases where even if they are sent to Mars, they do not even realize that they have been moved. In reality, whether or not they realize it is not important; it is simply a matter of forcibly moving them.

In this world, the freedom of will is respected, and it is generally not possible to freely control the souls of others against their will. However, if someone in a position of power uses evil intentions to confuse and terrify people, and to exploit them, that is a grave sin, so such evil beings are subject to deliberation and are sent to Mars to be almost completely reset.

In reality, the afterlife transcends time and space, so even the life of a plant hundreds of millions of years later can be vaguely seen. As mentioned above, their consciousness is in a state like that of a "blade of grass," they cannot speak, they no longer remember their human lives, and they are reborn as primitive beings. In this life on Earth, they may be able to live without being harmed, but that is like the last light of a firework that shines brightly before it goes out. The seemingly brilliant life ends with the isolation of that evil soul.

Not only this mayor, but also unscrupulous people of continental descent, especially powerful politicians and politicians who betray their country, are being watched, and almost without exception, their souls are being sent to Mars.

However, this is something I saw during meditation, so I don't know if it is true.

Whether or not this will save the Earth is questionable, and it is somewhat like adding fuel to the fire. Nevertheless, in order to make things a little better in another timeline, the process of sending people to Mars is being carried out gradually, starting with the most visible and influential people.

Some people may be lucky enough to avoid being sent to Mars even if they do evil things, while others may be sent to Mars simply because they happened to be noticed, even if they are not that bad. In any case, the number of targets has become too large to be dealt with, so people are being sent to Mars without much hesitation if they are noticed.

In some cases, evil beings are protected by their evil companions in the spiritual world, but evil beings tend to be individual and isolated, so they have many weaknesses, and it is relatively easy to catch them individually and send them to Mars. However, there are so many of them that it is difficult to grasp them all, so the process of sending them to Mars is not keeping up.

Therefore, it is better not to do evil things in the first place, but there may be cases where people who happen to do evil things are immediately sent to Mars if they are noticed by the monitors, so it is better to be careful. This seems to be operating quite subjectively. It is already beyond the stage where one can objectively create a list, so they are simply cleaning up and sending people to Mars from wherever they are noticed, and even so, there are still so many evil beings that they are eroding the Earth.

In reality, from a spiritual perspective, even evil beings and their source are one and the same, which is the concept of oneness. However, this is something that is said in a span of hundreds of millions of years or longer. Regardless of the oneness of the source, evil beings are isolated and returned to their source in a span of decades, centuries, or hundreds of millions of years, which is a common practice in the spiritual world.

Even so, the possibility of this Earth and Japan being destroyed is still high in this timeline, so we cannot be careless.

In reality, from the perspective of the regional consciousness of the Japanese archipelago, it feels like praying to raise the disasters that cover the Japanese archipelago, and then hitting them with a bow or sword to gradually eliminate them, or like picking off ticks that parasitize animals and removing them with your fingers. Sending someone like Reiko Matsumoto to Mars is exactly like the feeling of picking up a tick and throwing it away. Similarly, swindlers like Toru Hashimoto of Osaka are also strong candidates for being sent to Mars.

During meditation, simply picking off and detaching ticks from the Japanese archipelago clears my mind and deepens the silence. However, it feels unkind to crush what I've grasped, and I dislike the idea of dirty things spreading on my hands, so I think it would be just right to throw them away on Mars.

In reality, there were even more evil entities in past timelines, and this one is relatively better, but there are still many cunning little villains, and people like Reiko Matsushita and Toru Hashimoto are ultimately just of the level of petty villains.

Furthermore, the Earth hasn't become chaotic and exploded thanks to Japan, so trying to exploit Japan and slowly invade is a complete lack of gratitude, isn't it? If Japan didn't exist, the Earth would have ended long ago.

When energy rises to the crown of the head, one attains the awakening of silence.

Energy rising, stillness, and awakening are two sides of the same coin. When consciousness becomes clear, it means that energy has risen to the crown of the head, and that is simultaneously a state of awakening. There are various stages of awakening, but in the stage of stillness, awakening occurs through the energy rising to the crown of the head.

The word "awakening" itself can be used even if energy has only risen to the area around the navel (manipura), or even to the heart (anahata). However, for awakening accompanied by stillness, it is necessary for energy to reach the head.

In reality, even if energy reaches the head, it is not enlightenment, but rather the second of the three stages: the astral dimension, the karana dimension, and the Purusha dimension. The karana dimension corresponds to the awakening that occurs through energy reaching the crown of the head.

The astral dimension is connected to emotions, and even in the manipura or swadhisthana chakras, it is connected to the emotional aspects of love and attachment. In the anahata chakra, it becomes a more universal love. However, these are primarily emotional aspects. When it comes to the Vishuddha and Ajna chakras, it reaches the realm of stillness, logic, intellect, or the root of reason. The Vishuddha chakra is the boundary, and the astral upper realm corresponds to the Ajna chakra, which is the karana dimension.

Even in the karana dimension, it is not enlightenment, but it does reach a certain level of awakening. In the state of stillness, things can be thought about clearly, there is insight, and intuition works well.

The state that is often called "the zone" in the world is often a temporary state of reaching the karana dimension. The "zone" is usually not a continuous state, but it is possible to live with a relatively constant state of awakening and to experience the "zone" as something normal.

This awakening in the karana dimension can also be called "samadhi," and there are various stages of samadhi. It starts from the stage of occasionally experiencing the "zone" through temporary samadhi, and eventually, samadhi becomes the norm, and daily life and samadhi are integrated.

Specifically, through practices such as seated meditation, energy is channeled through the Ida and Pingala nadis to reach the crown of the head.

Sometimes, the flow of energy can become blocked during daily life. In such cases, meditation can be used to focus on the areas where energy is not flowing, especially near the head. If the condition is worse, it may be necessary to focus on raising energy from the area around the chest. This is influenced by the lifestyle and daily habits, and in each case, energy is channeled through the areas where it is not flowing, and eventually, energy is raised to the crown of the head, leading to the state of stillness.

In reality, this is not the ultimate goal, but only the samadhi of the karana dimension. However, it is a fairly effective state, and further progress is necessary.

Aura vision is a sensation of seeing with the eyes, but it feels like you are not actually looking.

The aura is perceived as a sensation that feels like you are seeing something, but also like you are not seeing it. When trying to see it with the naked eye, the aura seems to enter your vision, but it also feels like you are not seeing it, even though it seems like you are.

When asked if the aura is "seen" with the eyes, the feeling is that it is seen with something other than the eyes, rather than with the eyes themselves, so it is not clear.

It feels like it is not seen with the naked eye, but it also feels like it is seen intuitively. This includes the feeling that it might not be seen with the naked eye, but it might actually be seen clearly with the naked eye.

One classical method for seeing auras is to dim the lights and look at the outlines of other people.

This involves seeing the ethereal or pranic part of the aura, which is closest to the physical body. A faint, membrane-like substance appears along the outlines of the body.

In reality, this is something that anyone can see with a little practice, and it is so common that many people may not even realize it is an aura. Many people may have been seeing auras all along, but they are simply ignoring them.

This is a common aura for those who can see it, but in reality, many people are not even aware of its existence.

The energy thickness and strength of the aura determine its nature, separate from the physical body. Even if two people look the same physically, one may have a well-balanced aura, while the other may have an aura that is mostly outside the physical body.

People with weak auras have only a thin layer of aura near their body and skin. In reality, most people living on Earth are in this state. Even though Japanese people tend to have stronger auras, most people still have relatively weak auras.

Men tend to have weaker auras, while women tend to have stronger auras. However, women who work at night tend to have weaker auras, as they live by depleting their energy.

On the other hand, housewives tend to maintain their auras well because they do not consume much energy. However, if they have their energy drained by their husbands, they will consume energy to some extent.

People who are considered saints or who have undergone some kind of training have strong auras, and a white aura layer floats around their physical outline, appearing like a halo.

In reality, many people intuitively sense this, even without specifically talking about auras. Those who cannot sense auras may be considered dull.

While the general public may talk about auras not existing and only the physical body existing, it is quite common for Japanese people to be able to sense auras. Foreigners or dull people may say that auras do not exist and that there is only matter, but such people are simply dull, and it is better to be honest with what you feel rather than thinking about whether or not auras exist.

The ability to perceive auras is related to the depth of meditation. Even if you do not meditate, Japanese people tend to have a relatively high level of sensitivity, so they can sense the auras of others as an extension of reading the air. Whether or not a halo appears or the strength of the aura is visible depends on the individual, but basically, it seems that it is easy to see the auras of others as visual information when in a meditative state, reaching a state of samadhi and tranquility. Conversely, if consciousness is clouded, this sense of aura also dulls accordingly.

As mentioned above, most people have weak auras, so they do not usually pay much attention to them. However, when someone with a strong aura appears in your field of vision, you immediately recognize it.

Even among people who are involved in yoga or spiritual practices, there are not many people with strong auras. Nevertheless, they do exist, so this world is not completely hopeless.

Efforts to maintain the Vipassana state decrease.

This is a matter of degree, but recently, I feel that the amount of effort required to maintain the Vipassana state (observational state) has decreased.

Even without conscious effort, a basic, subtle Vipassana state is maintained, and with a little more attention, the Vipassana state deepens. However, even without much intention, a certain observational state continues.

For example, when climbing stairs or walking outside, the sensations perceived through sight and skin, etc., during the Vipassana state, are not much different from before. However, the effort required for that observation has decreased further, and a subtle observational state continues even without conscious intention.

In the future, I probably think it will gradually transition to a deeper observational state. However, the depth of that observation, which used to be maintained temporarily with effort, now requires less effort than before, and in some cases, a certain observational state continues even without effort.

So, it might be said that this is an "effortless observational state." However, since there is still room for deepening, it feels too early to call this stage "effortless." On the other hand, it is true that it is "effortless" in a sense, so it might be acceptable to express it as an "effortless observational state" and its depth.

When reading yoga books, they are often simply written as "effortless Samadhi." However, when actually experiencing it, it is not a monolithic thing. Currently, it is an effortless, subtle observational Samadhi. Based on this current state, it is possible to intentionally enter a deeper Samadhi and observe thoroughly. So, it may be an intermediate state where the depth of Samadhi changes depending on the amount of mental effort.

However, when I think about it intentionally, I suspect that the essence of Samadhi is not the "intention" and "depth of observation" themselves, but that by gradually moving away from the intention and depth of observation, paradoxically, the observational state continues without being related to the intention and depth of observation. It seems that because observation and the workings of the mind and senses become detached, it becomes possible to grasp everything thoroughly.

When the Vipassana state began, the visual field felt like slow motion. At first, I thought that itself was Vipassana, but it was not the movement of the senses themselves that was Vipassana, but the appearance of the observational movement behind it, which allowed me to grasp the movement of the senses thoroughly. In theory, that is correct. The senses themselves are connected to the physical body, prana, or astral dimension, and are not of the higher dimensions of Karana or Purusha, so even if it is called Vipassana or Samadhi, it is still functioning at the astral dimension.

Thinking about this, the fact that the Vipassana observational state continues effortlessly in daily life means that the observational function has become stronger. This suggests that at least the function of the Karana dimension or higher has emerged, not just the senses and emotions of the physical body or astral dimension.

In that state, even if I try to observe in slow motion as before, that intention and effort belong only to the physical body and astral dimension, and are not very related to the true observational function of the Karana dimension or higher.

However, these are closely connected, so observing the state of these functions may not be a waste in measuring the current state.

Maintain breathing even in a state of extreme tension.

In order to maintain energy and awareness, I believe it is important to maintain breathing, even in extreme states of tension.

This may seem obvious to those who practice martial arts, but for someone like me who has not practiced martial arts, it is actually quite difficult, and even though I have understood the theory, I have not been able to do it well.

I often experienced that when I became extremely tense, my breathing would stop or slow down, which would impair the flow of energy and gradually diminish awareness, sometimes leading to a state of confusion.

Even now, the basic theory and structure remain the same, and the fact that breathing and awareness are closely linked remains unchanged. However, recently, I have gradually become able to consciously maintain my breathing even in extreme states of tension.

That being said, in everyday life, such extreme states of tension rarely occur. Nevertheless, I feel that there have been changes in how I maintain my awareness in situations where such states occasionally occur, or when I intentionally put myself in such an environment.

Specifically, when I unexpectedly encounter a strange entity in the city, in the past, my breathing would become erratic, and my awareness would become hazy, resulting in a state that could be described as being possessed by a malevolent spirit or an unclean spirit that has not been appeased. However, now, by maintaining my breathing, I can maintain my awareness, and I can quickly become calm and use my awareness to cut through my surroundings or use my aura to pull out the entity that is possessing me.

This is not exactly training, but I feel that being in a state of tension in games also helps to maintain that state of awareness. In terms of how much awareness I can maintain compared to before when playing the same game, games seem to be somewhat helpful as training for awareness in reality. The same thing can probably be done with dramas, where being immersed in a drama or being in a state of extreme tension can either stop your breathing or maintain your awareness, and in that sense, dramas may also play a role in training to maintain awareness.

Cut evil entities with the sword of consciousness.

During meditation, a problem arises when my consciousness expands and connects with the awareness of land and regions, because there is a black, evil consciousness that covers those lands or regions. It is as if a chaotic, muddy disaster covers the region.

For example, when I try to connect my consciousness to the city, town, and village near me, Musashino City, during meditation, there is a black haze covering the land, which dulls the judgment of the residents, and an evil being like Mayor Matsushita Reiko dominates the land.

This disaster needs to be purified and repelled, and this can be done through meditation.

Surprisingly, one's consciousness can connect to the land, so first, use a sword of consciousness to cut through the black, hazy mud that covers the land, and it will be slightly cut off and separated, so you can just throw it away to Mars.

After that, continue meditating, and after a while, it becomes quite clean, and then the appearance of evil beings like Mayor Matsushita, which were previously hidden by the muddy haze, becomes visible, but they are covered in mud, so it is difficult to see them clearly. So, next, use the sword of consciousness to cut off the muddy, black mass that covers them. Then, their appearance becomes a little clearer, and by repeating the process of cutting off the mud with the sword, their appearance becomes visible.

In reality, if one is covered by this much black, muddy disaster, it becomes difficult to distinguish between one's original pure soul and the mud's resentment and disaster, so it feels as if one's existence has disappeared due to the disappearance of the mud, but in reality, it is just being cut off through meditation, so I don't know how much impact it has on the real world. So, that part is quite experimental, and I am interested in what changes will appear in Mayor Matsushita in the future.

Just as an aside, I noticed that the president of Nitori was praising China, so I tried cutting it off a little, and also, Prime Minister Kishida is promoting immigration policies and saying strange things, so I tried cutting it off a little, but these two people seem not to be as evil as Mayor Matsushita, but they have influence and power, so I want them to be careful, and I only did a little bit to correct misunderstandings.

I just did it today, so there are no changes yet, or what will happen. I will observe it in the future.

This kind of relationship with others is surprisingly related to meditation.
