The tension in the neck and shoulders is released, and the upper body enters a more neutral state of meditation.
This is a continuation of the previous discussion.
This morning, during meditation, I felt even more tension release from my shoulders. I think this is likely due to the energy block in the neck area being resolved.
When I bring the energy from the heavens down to my head, it first enters my head, but immediately I feel it flowing through my neck and filling the area around my heart chakra. Before the energy block in my neck was resolved, the energy would accumulate only in my head and then leak out a little below. But this morning, the energy flows smoothly through my neck. I repeatedly brought the energy from the heavens down to my head, and then filled the area around my heart chakra and other areas with energy, and meditated with my head filled with the energy from the heavens.
The Sahasrara chakra has become a channel for energy, but it still doesn't feel completely open. Even so, each time I try to bring the energy down, a little bit of energy enters. Perhaps this is just the right amount, as it's not always good to easily take in external energy.
Even though I call it "energy from the heavens," it's energy from around the Earth, so it's mixed with things like pollution, and it's not necessarily pure energy. Nevertheless, it feels much better than the energy from the Earth.
When I meditate in this state, I feel the tension release from my shoulders. My neck is at a natural angle, and my head is perched on top. When there was a block, my head tended to fall forward quite a bit.
It feels like my upper body has become more neutral.
Today, just like yesterday, I was consciously taking in energy from the heavens through my head throughout my daily life.
I don't know how much this is related, but today, the following things also happened:
- While I was in a recliner and my consciousness was hazy, I heard the voice of a woman I don't know, talking about something I have no connection to. It was just the voice. I immediately forgot what she was saying.
- During meditation, various parts of my body felt like they were charged with static electricity. It was in different places than before. For example, the soles of my feet when I was sitting cross-legged, or my arms. Also, there was a general feeling of warmth.
- I heard a sound like sparks or plasma crackling in my head. It lasted for about 1-2 seconds. There was no visual image. At that time, my consciousness was normal.
■Releasing tension with energy from the heavens
When I allow energy from the heavens to flow through my body, I feel my body gradually becoming softer.
The basic principle during meditation is to not physically tense up, even when focusing on the area between the eyebrows. However, it seems that I have been tensing up to some extent during meditation. In the past, I often opened my mouth wide or widened my eyes to release the tension. But during today's meditation, when I allowed the energy from the heavens to enter my head and flow down to my body, I felt my facial expression soften and my muscles relax.
Not only my face, but also various parts of my body, such as my hip joints, feel the tension releasing. It's not like I can suddenly do a full split, but I feel like the tension is releasing.
It feels like the energy from the heavens is entering the gaps in my body, which is made up of large masses of cells, like a lubricant. It's still just the beginning of the tension releasing, but if it continues to release more tension, that would be wonderful.

During meditation, I briefly saw the shadow of a mischievous imp.
This is a continuation from the previous day.
Today, I also performed a meditation where I channeled the energy from the heavens through the Sahasrara chakra in my head and filled my body with it, allowing light to pass through the gaps in the masses of tissue in my body to release tension.
At that time, while water flowed through my body and filled various areas, I was also performing a task similar to shining a spotlight on each area. Suddenly, I saw a cave-like space somewhere on my body, and the depths of the cave were in darkness. When I shone a spotlight on that area, I saw a silhouette of a black cloud, and it seemed to have glowing eyes. Its appearance resembled a small demon with wings. It might be similar to the posture of a cricket standing up. It might be crouching, but it's hard to tell because it's a silhouette and appears misty. I felt a momentary chill, but when I tried to see it more clearly by shining a spotlight on it, the figure disappeared. What happened? I can no longer find it, even if I search.
While this was happening, the slight tension in my chest began to loosen and soften. It seems that there was tension in a place I didn't even realize, and I felt that the tension in the slightly left side of my chest had eased. There might have been something blocking the area around my chest.
Was this some kind of guardian? It's a mystery. Although its appearance gave me a momentary shock, I didn't feel particularly scared.
It seems that the small demon has either disappeared or retreated. I no longer feel any presence at all.
■ The sensation of the body disappearing
As I enveloped my body with the energy of the heavens, I gradually began to feel as if my body was disappearing. It doesn't completely disappear, but it feels like my existence has become lighter.
As my body loosens, it feels like this.
■ Mother's telepathy? Rainbow-colored ripples?
Today, as usual, I was incorporating the energy of the heavens into my head from the Sahasrara chakra during my daily life.
At that time, I suddenly received a telepathic-like sensation from my mother calling my name. It was just her calling my name, but at that moment, the top third of my head glowed in a strange way, and her voice was real within that area. There was no image. While I was hearing her voice, the top third of my head was actively moving and glowing in a strange way that resembled rainbow-colored ripples. It wasn't a complete rainbow, but it looked like soft, wavy ripples with a rainbow hue. It lasted for about 5 to 10 seconds.
Although I have heard voices before, I have rarely experienced my mind becoming so active. I feel like I'm receiving something different from before. It has only happened once so far.
This is something I recognized during meditation, and my body didn't actually glow.
■ Loosening the body
Following the previous time, I am gradually incorporating the energy of the heavens into various parts of my body to loosen them. This seems to take a little more time. Or, perhaps it should be something that I continue regularly.

Steiner's explanation of "Guardians of the Threshold."
Steiner states the following:
When ascending towards higher worlds, we experience a significant encounter with the "Guardians of the Threshold." The Guardians of the Threshold are not one, but actually two: the "Guardian of the Threshold, the Lesser" and the "Guardian of the Threshold, the Greater." ("How to Know Higher Worlds" by Rudolf Steiner)
He describes the "Guardian of the Threshold, the Lesser" that one encounters first as follows:
A terrifying, ghost-like being stands before the student. ("How to Know Higher Worlds" by Rudolf Steiner)
This may be the very frightening little demon that I saw in meditation the other day. The explanation in the book continues as follows:
No matter how terrifying its appearance, it is the result of the student's past lives, and a characteristic of the student themselves that has become independent and lives outside of the student. (Omitted) It is for the first time that the student feels that they have created a spiritual being, and this in itself is a meaningful experience for the student. At this time, the student must endure seeing a terrifying appearance without any fear. ("How to Know Higher Worlds" by Rudolf Steiner)
And all activities performed in this state affect not only the individual but also the family, the nation, and the race. Therefore, he also states that when this state is reached, one should work for the mission of the nation and the race. And the following warning is written:
You must not pass beyond my realm until you understand that you must illuminate the darkness before you with your own light. (Omitted) The lamps of the guides that you have relied on until now will not exist in the future. ("How to Know Higher Worlds" by Rudolf Steiner)
When I first read this, I thought it was just a metaphorical expression and skimmed over it, but when I reread it, I found that it has something in common with the little demon I saw the other day, and it is interesting.
In my case, when I saw this, it disappeared immediately, so I'm not sure if I passed it or not. Does the fact that it disappeared immediately mean that it is okay to pass? I wonder.
I am observing this for now.

Mindfulness in Western companies versus the emphasis on quick thinking in Japanese companies.
Mindfulness-based companies in the West include Google, and they maximize work efficiency in the following ways:
Therefore, at Google, work becomes a "very enjoyable" experience.
On the other hand, in many Japanese companies, it will likely be the following:
There are also companies that are not like this, and some may be more extreme, but based on my knowledge, it is something like this.
In Japanese companies, mindfulness is, in a sense, "the enemy." Therefore, actions that hinder mindfulness, such as noise or loud voices, are completely tolerated.
It is sad that Japanese companies are not very mindful.
■Creativity and Mindfulness
The way to logically analyze arguments brought from elsewhere and the way to create something new are fundamentally different.
The latter may sometimes be disputed. "No, what appears to be new is actually just a combination of old things." Indeed, this is essentially true. However, when two things "combine," there is a sense of artistry involved in the way they are combined, and the root of that artistry is mindfulness. When trying to create something through logic, you have to choose the optimal combination from thousands of possibilities. However, by having the answer "come out" from "within" through mindfulness, it can transcend logic and achieve "creation."
There are many misunderstandings here. If even the way of combining things when creating a new product is already an application of something that already exists in the world, then that is not "creation" in the sense I am talking about, but simply a combination of logic. This may also be the case when looking back, where the combination seems to be an application of something else. However, what I mean by creation is not that; it means something that "emerges" from "within" without having to study or know it beforehand.
In many cases, even the combination itself has been systematized, and the know-how for invention has also been systematized. If the "way of combining" already exists in the world, then new products or services created using that know-how may appear new at first glance, but in reality, they are not creations, but simply combinations that change the appearance. Well, in general, it is still called creation, and it may be sufficient for business.
Mindfulness-based "creation" is more experiential and intuitive. The results may be similar, but something completely new may be created. The breadth of that creative potential is the advantage of mindfulness-based creation.
Google is trying to create something new through mindfulness at that level. If it is simply creating something that looks new through combination, then other companies can do that as well. Perhaps that is the difference between first-class and second-class companies.
The top companies in that field meditate and understand mindfulness, while the third-rate companies do not meditate and do not understand mindfulness. The second-rate companies may be those who vaguely understand it.
In any case, mindfulness will not be understood in Japan for a while, and they will not even try to do it. The darkness of Japanese companies is too deep. It will probably be quite different after one more generation.
In Japan, it seems that ideas are not something that comes to you on your own, but something that is taken from others. I wrote a little about the relationship between ideas and aura in meetings before. Originally, in a meeting where people of the same level gather, neither you nor the other person can come up with ideas. In Japan, it seems that it is common practice to "soften" the other person's aura at drinking parties and extract ideas. If this situation continues, the situation in Japan will not change easily.
- - Eliminate distractions and create a trance state.
- Receive input "as is" (without being caught up in distractions).
- Process only necessary information (without being caught up in distractions) at high speed (logical thinking).
- Create and provide output "as is" (without being caught up in distractions).
- Accepting a "state of not thinking" (mindfulness). Good at switching between on and off.
- Evaluated based on results rather than actions.
Therefore, at Google, work becomes a "very enjoyable" experience.
On the other hand, in many Japanese companies, it will likely be the following:
- - Picking out only the necessary things from a stream of irrelevant thoughts. For example, extracting necessary information while engaging in casual conversation at a bar.
- Inputs (what you see and hear) contain irrelevant thoughts. Preconceived notions and personal biases can distort the input data.
- Irrelevant thoughts interfere with logical thinking, making it take longer to construct a coherent argument. In some cases, irrelevant thoughts can even twist the logic.
- Irrelevant thoughts are included in the output. Preconceived notions and personal biases are included. The output data is distorted.
- A "state of not thinking" (mindfulness) is judged as "not working" or "being lazy," and the evaluation is lowered. It is difficult to switch between being "on" and "off." If you are not constantly moving, your evaluation is lowered.
- Even if it is unnecessary mental activity, continuing to move is evaluated. The evaluation is based on the action itself, not the result. It is an effort-based evaluation system, not a results-oriented system.
- I cannot practice mindfulness, and I do not understand what it is. If I stop my thoughts and conversations, endless irrelevant thoughts will emerge, so I dislike stopping my thoughts. Therefore, I dislike people who can practice mindfulness. I mistakenly believe that people who can continuously produce thoughts are more intelligent.
- As a result, Japanese companies are increasingly distancing themselves from mindfulness.
- Therefore, the operational efficiency of Japanese companies will not improve.
There are also companies that are not like this, and some may be more extreme, but based on my knowledge, it is something like this.
In Japanese companies, mindfulness is, in a sense, "the enemy." Therefore, actions that hinder mindfulness, such as noise or loud voices, are completely tolerated.

The way to logically analyze arguments brought from elsewhere and the way to create something new are fundamentally different.
- - Applying logic to arguments brought from elsewhere may seem to indicate "knowledge," "intelligence," and "quick thinking," but that's all it is. Eventually, it may be replaced by AI. This is the kind of intelligence that is valued in Japanese companies. The more you use your brain and mouth to their fullest extent, constantly spinning and churning thoughts, the more you are considered "intelligent."
- To create something new, it is necessary to "stop" first. That is mindfulness. You need to stop thinking and "wait" for the moment when something "emerges" from within yourself. It is during that time that a period of "doing nothing" is necessary.
The latter may sometimes be disputed. "No, what appears to be new is actually just a combination of old things." Indeed, this is essentially true. However, when two things "combine," there is a sense of artistry involved in the way they are combined, and the root of that artistry is mindfulness. The difference between telepathy, aura fusion, and thought reception.
Recently, I wrote about aura exchange. When you exchange auras, information contained within the aura is transmitted. On the other hand, there is also telepathic communication. I have written a little about telepathy before.
■In the case of aura exchange (fusion)
Sometimes, I intentionally extend my etheric strands (aura strands) to exchange information. Other times, information is transmitted when my aura mixes with someone else's. Sometimes, this happens unconsciously, and other times, I become aware when someone intentionally makes contact with me.
The simplest case is when two auras, one floating and one belonging to a person, come into contact. In this case, the contact occurs slightly outside the body, around 50cm to 1m from the body, and information is transmitted from there.
During meditation today, I experienced a reaction, like energy, just above my head, about 50cm away. Thoughts or feelings emerged like a chemical reaction, and information came through. That feeling was probably something floating in the air, something that came from somewhere, so it was just random thoughts. Well, today I received that kind of random aura noise.
■In the case of telepathy
On the other hand, during meditation today, I also received a direct thought in the back of my neck. This feels different. It's like a thought suddenly appearing.
In the case of aura exchange (fusion) mentioned above, there is a buzzing sensation like a chemical reaction, but that sensation lasts only for a moment. After that, the state stabilizes, and information is transmitted immediately. In contrast, in this case of telepathy, it's like a voice suddenly appearing in an empty space. It's similar to a speaker that wasn't making any sound suddenly vibrating and producing a voice. Perhaps that receiver is located in the back of my neck.
The Vishuddha chakra, located in the throat, is said to govern not only the voice but also the ears, and has the function of sending and receiving telepathy. However, in this case, the thought was received slightly away from the throat, but the aura overlaps with the body, so there might be some error. Or, perhaps there is something there after all. In any case, I received a thought in the back of my neck, which was different from what I feel on the outside of the body.
The back of the neck is not inside the body, but in terms of the aura, it is not the outer edge of the aura, so it can be said to be inside the aura. It didn't feel like information was being transmitted from the outer edge of the aura.
I've always felt a bad feeling or a warning from an unseen presence in the area of my Adam's apple, so I've always thought that there was something there, and that it might be the Vishuddha chakra. However, during meditation today, I received something that felt like telepathy, not in my Adam's apple, but in the back of my neck. Is there a difference?
When I received telepathic information, there was a buzzing sound, like radio noise, just before and after. The volume was on, and there was a sense of having the volume turned up. Only during the time when I was hearing a meaningful voice in Japanese did it sound like a voice. The volume wasn't zero before or after, but there was a volume, like the noise of a radio that is being tuned. When the tuning was correct, the volume decreased to almost zero at the same time as the voice started, and when the voice ended, the tuning went out of tune, and the noise remained, like a radio. The noise is a metaphor; it's not a loud noise, but rather a meaningless, "zzzz" sound.
I didn't notice whether the high-frequency sounds of the nadis become telepathy. Some spiritual and yoga practices say that the nadis will eventually be heard as meaningful voices, but in this case, it happened suddenly, so I couldn't notice that change.
■Telepathy using alien technology
When I was a child, I had telepathic communication with aliens in a spaceship. I think that was probably not an ability, but rather a technology used by the aliens. They probably had a machine that allowed anyone to have telepathy. In that case, the feeling was like a sound coming from above my head, diagonally above, about 50cm away, like an internal voice coming from above. This is different from telepathy that is performed with one's own ability. It feels like they are sending thoughts in a directional way. That's why I think I hear telepathy from above, and I think that anyone within a radius of about 1m can eavesdrop on that telepathy, so it's a telepathy technology with limitations. It's more like a directional speaker that uses thoughts than telepathy.
As for alien technology, since it can no longer be verified, let's just put it aside for now. I think the fusion of auras is probably something like that. What I want to investigate further is the telepathy I feel around the back of my neck. If telepathy is through the exchange of auras, it would be very difficult to exchange information every time, and the transmission of information would be one-way. Besides, I wouldn't want to exchange auras very often. I think it would be healthier if telepathy could be achieved simply through sensations or vibrations, rather than exchanging auras.
I sometimes feel it not only around the back of my neck but also around the back of my head, so I wonder what that is. I will also observe the differences in these sensations.

Healing is an increase in energy.
If expressed in feminine terms, it is healing; if expressed in masculine terms, it is masculinity. That is the increase of energy.
If you approach a woman with high energy, you will feel healing, and if you approach a man with high energy, you will feel masculinity.
If you eliminate the perspectives of masculinity and femininity, both are an increase in energy.
Therefore, when a woman approaches a man with high energy, she feels healing, receives energy, and becomes more feminine.
Conversely, when a man approaches a woman with high energy, a womanly woman, he becomes more masculine by receiving energy.
This is just an example to make it easier to understand, and I am talking about men and women, but there are also LGBT patterns.
In my case, before I started yoga, I was in a state of low energy, and I was living with various conflicts and problems, and my energy channels (what yoga calls nadis) were blocked, so I was in a state of energy depletion. Before I started yoga, I would recharge my energy by traveling, but since I started yoga, the energy blockages in various parts of my body have gradually been released, and energy has started to flow.
As a result, I started to have some energy, but what fundamentally changed was the awakening of kundalini.
Initially, my lower body became hot, and the energy increased. This alone significantly increased the energy. This is the period when the manipura chakra is dominant in yoga terms.
Next, my chest tightened, and the quality of the energy changed. In yoga terms, the anahata chakra became dominant.
After that, energy began to flow to the area around my head.
Up to this point, I was using energy from the lower part of the body, so-called earth energy.
However, after energy flowed to my head, I was able to use a small amount of heavenly energy.
Although I have not had a full awakening like earth energy, I have gradually been able to bring heavenly energy down into my body and fill it with energy, and the quality of energy in my body is changing.
Various things are said about "love" and "peace," but recently, I feel that most problems are solved when energy increases.
In the physical world, the cause of conflicts in the world is the struggle for energy resources such as oil.
In the spiritual world, there is a struggle to take or be taken energy from others, but the structure of the world and the structure of humans are the same, I think. Ultimately, it is an energy problem, I think.
There are also people who steal energy from others, so-called energy vampires, but there are also people in the world who are stealing energy from others.
Ideally, if we reach a state where energy is abundant everywhere and there is no need to steal it, the conflicts in the world and the struggles of humans will almost be resolved, I think.

Kundalini should be raised to the head and then returned to the heart.
I have forgotten the title of the book, so I would like to record it if I find it later. However, there seems to be a school of thought where, after raising Kundalini to the head, it is brought back down to the heart. Although I believe that this type of practice should only be done under the guidance of a guru, I interpret it as follows:
Firstly, as I mentioned before, Kundalini is "earth energy," so it is suitable for the Anahata chakra, but it may be unstable when raised above the head. Perhaps this is why Kundalini is considered dangerous. It seems difficult to identify the cause of this instability without increased sensitivity to energy.
Therefore, to raise the earth energy of Kundalini to the head, it is better to first adapt it to the body through the Manipura chakra, then raise the vibration at the Anahata chakra, and finally bring it to the head. However, as I have mentioned before, it seems more smooth and clear to bring the energy from the heavens down to the head instead.
If the Sahasrara chakra is not open, the energy from the heavens cannot be used, so you will have to use the earth energy of Kundalini. Perhaps that is where the danger lies. It is dangerous to raise the earth energy to the head and to use the earth energy in the head. Furthermore, it is dangerous to open the route to the Sahasrara chakra with the earth energy, so it should be done slowly and carefully.
Once the route to the Sahasrara chakra is opened with the earth energy, you can access the energy from the heavens. Then, it is better to stop raising the earth energy and use the energy from the heavens to fill the upper body, explore the energy channels (nadis in yoga), and so on, according to my interpretation.
Therefore, in terms of Kundalini, it seems that there is a nuance of first raising it to the head and then bringing it back down to the Anahata chakra.
Bringing the earth energy of Kundalini to the head and then bringing it back down to the Anahata chakra when the route to the Sahasrara chakra is not open and the energy from the heavens cannot be used seems reasonable because it may become unstable if the earth energy is stored in the head for a long time. Furthermore, after the route to the Sahasrara chakra is opened, it seems that the energy from the heavens is used to fill the upper body from above. The former is exactly as instructed, but the latter can also be interpreted as bringing the energy back down from the head to the Anahata (chest), which is similar to the former, although the time axis is different. In my interpretation, the latter is not "bringing it back," but rather "preventing it from being raised to the head." However, some schools of practice use deliberately ambiguous expressions, so it is possible to say that it can also be interpreted as bringing the energy back down from the head to the Anahata (chest).
- When the earth energy of Kundalini can be used, but the energy from the heavens cannot yet be used: In each meditation, raise the earth energy of Kundalini to the head and bring it back down to the chest (Anahata) or lower body (Manipura, or Muladhara) within the same meditation.
- When both the earth energy of Kundalini and the energy from the heavens can be used: Raise the earth energy of Kundalini to the chest (Anahata) (some schools seem to raise it to the middle of Manipura and Anahata). Fill the head with the energy from the heavens through the Sahasrara chakra and then bring a part of it down to the Anahata chakra, allowing the energy to permeate the entire body. Rather than dropping a mass of energy, after filling the head, the energy flows down from above, permeating every part of the body.
Therefore, I personally think that it may not be necessary to let the Kundalini energy escape from the Sahasrara chakra (the top of the head) in some schools. This is because I believe that using the energy from the heavens is better than using the earth energy of Kundalini. It seems more stable to raise the earth energy to the Anahata (chest) and use the energy from the heavens for the upper body.
Furthermore, Kundalini can also be interpreted as a colloquial term, which is an expression that metaphorically represents the energy flowing through the energy channels (sushumna in yoga) when the energy channels in the spine are opened. Since there are energies that come from the earth and energies that come from the heavens, there is no obligation to use only the earth energy. Therefore, if the energy from the heavens seems more suitable, it is simply a matter of using it.

Once the moorband is completed, the semen will no longer leak.
There is a saying in yoga, but in my opinion, if you stop the energy flow in a way that seems like it should work, the flow becomes bad, and the condition of the lower body actually worsens. It is said that yoga practices like this are dangerous if not done under the guidance of a guru, and perhaps I am not doing it correctly. Therefore, I do not perform Mula Bandha, but keep the energy flowing downwards in a semi-released state.
Mula Bandha is one of the three bandhas in yoga, and it is an energy lock performed around the Muladhara chakra (in men, the perineum; in women, the depths of the vagina, the entrance to the uterus), which has the effect of drawing energy upwards.
Some schools interpret this effect as preventing the leakage of semen or energy. I have forgotten where the original text of this is, so I cannot find it immediately.
Perhaps, if you follow a guru of that school, there is a system within that school that works well. However, in my experience, the area around the Muladhara seems to be connected to the earth's energy, and if you do not keep it in a state where energy can be exchanged constantly, it feels like the bad energy accumulated in the body cannot be released.
To some extent, if you do not take energy from the earth's energy, the body's energy will be depleted, so it should not be completely closed. Conversely, if you release it too much, the earth's energy will increase and become heavy, so opening it too much is not good, and it seems that it is better to release it just enough so that the bad energy in the body can be released.
This probably depends on the quality of the energy. Before starting yoga, the quality of my energy was "light" and "prone to dissipation" (which may be a misrepresentation). In that state, I think it was difficult for the energy to be retained in the body. On the other hand, since starting yoga, the quality of my energy has gradually changed to something like "dense" and "viscous gas" (which may be a misrepresentation). Therefore, even when connected to the earth's energy through the Muladhara, there is not much energy leakage.
I think that there may be times when Mula Bandha should be used to fix and enhance energy, and times when it should not, depending on the quality of the energy.
Regarding Mula Bandha, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika states the following:
(3-61) [Mula Bandha] Pressing the perineum with the heels, contracting the common passage, and drawing the Apana energy upwards is called Mula Bandha. "Yoga Fundamental Sutra (written by Tsuruji Sabota)"
There are other bandhas as well, but they are all for energy control.
I have been ignoring bandhas until now, but from the perspective of energy control, I now think that the logic is quite reasonable.

Raise the Kundalini energy, mixed with the energy of the heavens, to the head.
This is a continuation of the previous discussion. In the previous discussion, we talked about how it would be good to distinguish between the earth energy of Kundalini, which is from the lower body to the chest, and the celestial energy, which is in the upper body. On the other hand, as I mentioned before, I often performed meditation by filling the entire body with celestial energy to release tension.
Today, I suddenly realized that the earth energy of Kundalini was mixed with the celestial energy, and it felt quite different. So, I tried to raise this mixed energy to the head, and I was able to raise it without any discomfort.
The order is as follows:
- Fill the entire body with celestial energy to release tension. Mix the celestial energy with the earth energy of Kundalini.
- Then, raise the Kundalini, which is in a mixed state of celestial and earth energy, to the head.
When I did this, I felt that my head was very full, and there was almost no discomfort like the discomfort I felt when I raised the earth energy of Kundalini before.
Celestial energy is light, so even if you fill the upper body with it, it doesn't feel very active. However, this mixed energy is very powerful and also has the quality of the light celestial energy, so it feels very well suited to my body.
There is almost no feeling of dizziness, discomfort, or unpleasantness, unlike before. Before, if I wasn't careful, I would sometimes feel tension after meditation, or my eyes would feel tense, or my consciousness would become uncoordinated, which felt like a kind of "Zen sickness." However, that didn't happen today.
■ What happens when you use energy blocked by Mula Bandha?
As I mentioned before, Mula Bandha has the effect of stopping energy in the Muladhara chakra. I tried mixing celestial energy and the earth energy of Kundalini while performing Mula Bandha. ... The result was that it didn't work. Either Mula Bandha is not being performed correctly, or perhaps it's better not to do it.
What I wanted to try was to lower the celestial energy while performing Mula Bandha to fill the energy in the lower body, and then raise it to the head while maintaining the Mula Bandha. However, in reality, when I tried to lower the celestial energy, the energy in the lower body was already there, so the energy in the lower body seemed to leak a little into the ground through the Muladhara chakra because there was no space for the celestial energy to enter. When I tried to raise the Kundalini, which is a mixture of celestial and earth energy, while performing Mula Bandha, it didn't go up properly. I think this is probably because if I didn't perform Mula Bandha, there would be an energetic void in the lower body when raising the energy, and the earth energy would enter through the Muladhara chakra. However, if I perform Mula Bandha, the earth energy cannot enter, so it becomes difficult for the energy to move. If the Sushumna, which is the energy channel, is like a pipe or a syringe, then performing Mula Bandha is like closing one end of the pipe. It seems more natural for the energy to move if both ends are open so that the pressure can be adjusted, rather than just increasing or decreasing the pressure by moving one end. This is what I felt when I experimented with it.

Heart-focused meditation.
Recently, I've been experiencing a buzzing or tingling sensation, like static electricity, around my heart.
On the other hand, unlike before, focusing on my forehead doesn't produce much change. While I feel a physical concentration in my forehead, there's hardly any of that buzzing sensation. Now, the buzzing is mainly centered around my heart. Occasionally, I also feel a buzzing sensation like static electricity in my perineum, at the Muladhara chakra.
When I meditate while feeling the buzzing in my heart, I can sense the so-called energy channels, or "sushumna," that run along my spine.
In particular, I feel pressure around my throat. It's not the itchy feeling I used to experience, but simply pressure. It feels like my throat is swelling, so I suspect that energy is filling the Vishuddha chakra area.
In this state, when I rotate the energy in my lower body and then bring it up to my head, the energy seems to dissipate quickly in my head, presumably for the reasons I mentioned before. Similarly, when I try to bring energy from the heavens down to my chest, it dissipates around my heart and is quickly absorbed.
So, now it feels like the earthly energy and the heavenly energy are moving separately, one on each side of my heart, and my heart is integrating them.
I'm performing the following steps, integrating them smoothly:
- Bringing heavenly energy from the Sahasrara chakra down to fill the upper body.
- Allowing the heavenly energy to permeate the lower body and every part of the body, making the energy more flexible.
- Bringing the kundalini energy, which has become flexible and mixed with the heavenly energy, up to the head.
- Having the heart (Anahata) serve as the integrator of earthly and heavenly energy.
By doing this for a while, the energy has become more abundant, and the quality of the energy has become more uniform. Gradually, I've been able to feel fulfilled without having to bring down heavenly energy. When I meditate in that state, the energy rises from my lower body to my head as I inhale, and goes down from my head to my lower body as I exhale, making me feel completely filled. And unlike before, there's no discomfort in my head, and I don't feel unwell.
■Is this the Small Circulation or the Soham Meditation?
I've been trying what I thought was the Small Circulation or Soham meditation, but I'm starting to wonder if this is what it truly is.
In this state, I feel like bundles of energy are filling the so-called energy channels, or "sushumna," that run along my spine, creating a sense of fullness. Energy circulates up and down within those bundles of energy.
It may not be the Small Circulation, as it doesn't feel like energy is circulating around the surface of the body. The Small Circulation I tried before felt like a coin-sized mass of air moving around the surface of my body. Now, there's no such mass of air, but rather energy moving up and down along the sushumna throughout my entire body.
■Whole Body Circulation
According to "Secret Techniques! Introduction to Supernatural Immortal Arts" by Sōichirō Takafuji, after the Small Circulation, the classical next step is the Great Circulation, but there's an intermediate stage that the author calls the Whole Body Circulation.
"The energy gradually changes from a linear feeling to a thicker, rod-like feeling. (Omitted) The energy becomes thicker and gains pressure. (Omitted) After raising the energy to the head through the Small Circulation, the energy spontaneously flows to the ends of the arms and legs. (Omitted) The energy that fills the entire body becomes stronger and gains pressure." - "Secret Techniques! Introduction to Supernatural Immortal Arts" by Sōichirō Takafuji.
I understand this. My current state seems to have increasing energy pressure. Comparing it to what's written, it seems like I need to further fill the energy throughout my entire body, including my hands and feet. I seem to be overly focused on the sushumna along my spine, and the energy hasn't spread to the surrounding areas.
This means that the energy has reached the deeper parts of the body. (Omitted) Up to this point, the energy usually starts radiating from the body into the space around it. (Omitted) This space is connected to one's consciousness, and one can quickly catch the energy at its edge. (Omitted) When this stage is reached, the Whole Body Circulation is almost complete. All that remains is to be able to control this bio-energy space with one's consciousness. - "Secret Techniques! Introduction to Supernatural Immortal Arts" by Sōichirō Takafuji.
It seems like I'm not at that stage yet. Or, perhaps it's just a difference in expression, and what's described there is actually what I'm experiencing, such as sensing extraneous thoughts through contact with the aura. I'm not sure. For now, I'd like to continue meditating and focusing on channeling energy through the sushumna.

Meditation to absorb the energy of the earth.
Previously, I meditated by raising the earth's energy to the head while incorporating heavenly energy. However, even though it was called the earth's energy, I was using the Kundalini energy located in the lower body. This time, I tried incorporating the earth's energy from underground. I had been avoiding using underground energy until now. As I mentioned before, underground energy is a bit sticky and has a slightly rotten smell, like the smell of urine, and it's like a child's energy. When I incorporated it through the Muladhara chakra, my stomach showed a rejection reaction.
Today, I decided to try it again because I thought it might be different now that I was circulating heavenly energy to the lower body. The result was that it was largely as expected. When I incorporated the earth's energy from underground in this state, I didn't experience any major discomfort.
However, after a while, it seemed that the earth's energy in my body was becoming slightly dominant, and I started to feel dizzy, so I tried to incorporate heavenly energy to balance it out. However, once the earth's energy became dominant, it was difficult to make the heavenly energy dominant.
Through this experiment, I learned that I can use the earth's energy differently from before, but I also realized that there are things to be careful about.
Until now, I had been letting the earth's energy naturally flow in from the Muladhara chakra and allowing it to gradually adapt to my body. However, I now know that it is possible to consciously incorporate the earth's energy.
However, since the quality of that energy is different, caution is needed.
In my case, I feel wobbly if the upper body is not dominated by heavenly energy. I don't know how others feel.

From focused meditation to observational meditation.
■Meditation for Beginners
Focus. Focusing is the key at this stage of meditation. Focus on the area between your eyebrows, or elsewhere. At this stage, you don't need to think about complicated theories.
Try not to meditate for too long at this time. If you feel any discomfort, stop meditating immediately.
■A State Where You Are Slightly Familiar with Meditation, Before You Can Observe
There is a long period where only the mind exists, and you cannot observe. It is a state with many distractions.
This is the stage where the mind tries to deceive itself by saying "I am observing" using logic.
Even at this stage, don't meditate for too long.
Traditionally, it is said that meditation should be done with a guru (spiritual teacher), so be careful.
■When You Start to Be Able to Observe
Observation appears from a completely different perspective. You understand that you are not observing with your mind, and that the observer exists behind the mind, not as the mind itself.
■When You Start to Be Able to Observe, You Understand That Meditation Is Not Just About Focusing
Focusing is used as a trigger for meditation. However, after that, you don't focus. After focusing to unify consciousness and prevent it from wavering, you observe. This is the meditation at this stage.
In general, there are said to be two types of meditation: Samatha meditation (concentration meditation) and Vipassana meditation (observational meditation). However, this is a difference in expression due to different schools or stages. Some schools call the same thing Samatha meditation or Vipassana meditation. However, the essence is the same.
To meditate, you start with focusing. At this stage, focusing is not the purpose of meditation, but a means.
To reach observational meditation (Vipassana meditation), focusing is necessary as a means. That focusing meditation may be called Samatha meditation, or some schools may call it Vipassana meditation even when focusing. The name may vary depending on the school, but what you are doing is not so different. Ultimately, the purpose of meditation is "observation." Even in Samatha meditation (concentration meditation), it leads to observation. I have written a little about this before.
The essence is the same for both Samatha meditation and Vipassana meditation, but it seems that Vipassana meditation describes observation in more detail. For example, the following passage:
"The purpose of Vipassana is not to focus on the breath without being disturbed by anything." (omitted) "The purpose of Vipassana is to be aware continuously. Only through this awareness can you become enlightened." "Mindfulness: The Art of Presence (by Bante H. Gunaratana)."
It is the same with Samatha meditation, just with a different perspective. The purpose of Samatha meditation is not to focus on the area between your eyebrows, your heart, or your breath. The purpose of Samatha meditation is also to be aware continuously. It is just a different way of saying it. Sometimes, this leads to arguments, but I think it is just a difference in expression.
Therefore, generally, meditation starts with focusing, but meditation is originally about observation.
Generally, even focusing alone is called meditation, and observation is also called meditation. Therefore, when you say "meditation," the meaning varies depending on the context.
In meditation, you first focus to calm your mind and suppress distractions, and then observe your bodily sensations, etc. Or, if distractions arise during meditation, you focus to suppress the distractions, and then observe again to resume meditation.
At that time, you may focus on the area between your eyebrows, your heart, or your breath. The ease of doing this may vary depending on the school and the individual, so you should follow the instructions of your teacher, or if you have a choice of schools, choose one that suits you. If you don't have a teacher, you can try each one.
I have written this before, but I have written it again a little.

A creepy whispering voice that I heard when I was sleeping.
When I was falling asleep, my body felt charged, and it felt like electricity or an aura was radiating from my heart and spreading throughout my body, moving and shimmering.
Today, I went on a long trip, so maybe I'm tired... I thought, and tried to go to sleep. But when I closed my eyes in that state, my consciousness gradually felt like it was being pulled "backwards," and my gaze also felt like it was going backwards, like the reverse of "warp" in "Star Trek" or "Star Wars" (moving backwards).
Then, suddenly, I felt a strange sensation of increasing speed and compression of consciousness, and I think my aura or astral body might have slightly detached from my physical body. It felt like a part of my astral body had shifted slightly above my head, diagonally upwards.
It felt like a kind of incomplete astral projection. It wasn't a very pleasant feeling, so probably less than 30 seconds later, I consciously brought my senses back and returned to normal. But during those few seconds, I felt a little creepy.
What was particularly creepy was that I heard a voice, clearly from another consciousness, murmuring like a mantra, right above and to the right of my head. It gave me a chill. The content was endlessly and continuously repeating "Arigatou gozaimasu, arigatou gozaimasu, arigatou gozaimasu, arigatou gozaimasu..." with such an even tone, which is unusual for a repeated phrase, and it felt like a creepy, emotionless mantra. What is this...?
It was like a horror movie (laughs).

According to C.W. Leadbeater of the Theosophical Society, even if one does not achieve complete awakening, spontaneous clairvoyance can occur.
Even if one does not achieve complete awakening, people sometimes glimpse the astral realm. Especially strong vibrations can activate the chakras even if the "serpent fire" is not active at all. Also, when the "serpent fire" begins to activate somewhat, sporadic clairvoyance may occur for a while. (Omitted) By gradually delving deeper, not only is the surface of this fire stimulated, but the very core of the fire begins to function fully. "Chakras" (by C.W. Leadbeater).
I also have a similar experience. Sometimes, I have seen a very clear and visual glimpse of one aspect of a person's life on the surface of their aura. It lasted for about 10 seconds. During that time, it disappeared for a moment, but for about 10 seconds, I could see a part of that person's life.
I think it was probably during the second time of Kundalini awakening, when Manipura was just becoming dominant. I haven't experienced anything like that since then, so I think it was probably a temporary activation of the Ajna chakra or something that triggered the clairvoyant ability. I thought, "This is a spontaneous clairvoyance." It was probably about a year ago.
I have always had a kind of intuition, and I have always had clairvoyance in the form of imagination, but this time, it felt like a physical display appeared, and I could see it very clearly with my naked eyes.
I always thought that when you can clairvoyantly see things, it would be like imagination, dreams, or that kind of intuitive thing, so I was surprised that it appeared so clearly with my naked eyes this time. I thought, "There are times when it can be seen like this."
Perhaps, that person was a little emotionally unstable, so their aura was radiating and it was easy to read, or it is possible that the person's guardian spirit deliberately made it easier to see.
In any case, I was surprised that I could see it so clearly.
However, I now think that it was probably a clairvoyance at a level close to the physical body, a so-called lower level of clairvoyance. What I am seeing is just a part of their life, and I cannot see the deeper insights or the background behind that scene. It is just seeing a past scene, which is interesting in itself, but if you ask whether it is useful for the person or my spiritual growth, it probably has little use.
I think that true higher clairvoyance probably sees something deeper than just scenes from life.
It seems like it is still a long way to go.

When you have a toothache or are tired, your predictive ability seems to not work.
A few days ago, the root of my wisdom tooth started to hurt, and I have a scheduled appointment to have it removed. When your teeth hurt, your precognitive abilities become dull.
Just like when you're tired while traveling, you're more likely to be pickpocketed. Similarly, if you're energetic, your precognitive abilities work, and you can avoid being pickpocketed, but when you're tired, your precognitive abilities don't work. Or rather, I think they're working, but my perception seems to be dulled.
For the past few days, when I ride my bicycle, I can't read the movements of other motorcycles or bicycles, and I've almost collided with them, or almost hit pedestrians. This is only for distances of about 1 km, but I've had several dangerous situations during that short distance. This is happening very frequently, which is almost unheard of for such short distances.
I'm already distracted because my tooth hurts, and my usual sense of precognition isn't working, so it was dangerous in two ways.
Since the pain from the wisdom tooth removal will likely last for a few days, I'll need to be careful for a while after the removal.
I won't be able to go deep into meditation in this state, so I'll just do light meditation for now.
Illness is supposed to be a chance for spiritual growth, so I want to take it in a positive way.

Spirits and manipulation.
The area around the stomach, often referred to as the Manipura, solar plexus, or chakra, seems to have a connection with the spirit world.
The yoga master, Honzan Hiroshi, explains it as follows:
"The awakening of the Manipura chakra seems to awaken the yogi to the spiritual world." - "Zen Yoga" by Honzan Hiroshi.
Recently, particularly in the past few weeks, I have experienced a series of events, including the hospitalization, critical condition, and funeral of a close family member. There was a significant difference in my perception between attending a relative's funeral and being present during a loved one's hospitalization or final moments. Attending a relative's funeral provided fewer opportunities to deeply contemplate the concept of death. However, this recent experience has been a learning experience.
■ Feeling the spirit through Manipura
When I was present during the final moments of a person and during the funeral, I felt something gradually in the area around my stomach, and I felt that the area around my stomach was weakening. The area around the stomach is the Manipura chakra. I don't think this is simply fatigue. It feels like I am receiving a message. I felt it when I was tired and dozing off, or in dreams at night. At that time, I felt as if I had glimpsed the world that the deceased spirit was floating in. It was as if I was experiencing the scene that the deceased spirit was seeing.
Although the deceased spirit did not seem to be suffering, I saw various images related to the person's profession during their lifetime, and they continued endlessly. It continued endlessly, and I thought, "Even though it's a dream, is the deceased spirit actually reminiscing about the time they were alive?" That image seemed to be transmitted through the area around the Manipura.
It didn't seem like they were suffering, and I wondered if their soul was continuing their profession in the afterlife, even though they no longer needed to. I thought, "Perhaps this is what happens to souls that are not awakened." It was a little sad. However, the fact that they were not suffering was a relief.
Sometimes, the face of the deceased comes to mind. I think it's not just that it comes to mind, but that it is actually floating or sleeping there. Although they are not suffering, their consciousness seems to be asleep. Will they wake up someday? It is said that the spirit wanders the earth for 49 days, so what is the situation? There is also a story that the maximum is 49 days.
■ My feelings
For the first time, I witnessed the gradual weakening of the body, which had been moving slightly, as consciousness returned and then changed into a corpse over several days.
In the past few weeks, I have experienced a series of events such as a sense of loss, sadness, and memories. While studying and meditating to learn about the afterlife and the world is necessary, there are things that can only be understood by actually experiencing them.
Even though I intellectually understood that the soul reincarnates, I still feel a sense of loss, empathy, and sadness on an emotional level and at the level of Manipura. There is no such sadness at the level of Anahata or higher, but while maintaining a stable state at the level of Anahata or higher, I still feel sadness at the level of the lower Manipura. Humans are not a single entity, and sadness does not cover the entire body, but the state varies depending on the chakra. This is what I learned this time.
Perhaps some people feel the same throughout their entire body, but in my case, it was like this. Perhaps if Anahata is closed and Manipura is dominant, emotions may take precedence.
Humans do not live solely from the perspective of the high-vibration world of God beyond Anahata, but also have the perspective of the lower Manipura. They can live on this earth because they possess not only high-vibration but also low-vibration, and it is important to feel the sadness as an emotion in Manipura.
Although the balance may vary from person to person, it seems strange to have only high-vibration beyond Anahata and no sadness in Manipura. Moreover, being born into the human world is also about learning to experience various emotions, so perhaps it is a good idea to try to activate Manipura.
Even so, I believe that eventually, the growth of humanity will progress beyond Anahata. However, in the current world, the elements of Manipura are still necessary for living in this world.
■ The arrival of the welcoming party
Based on what I understood when I had an out-of-body experience as a child, a person (spirit) who is connected to you will come to welcome you when you die.
Therefore, I think that now, they are still in a dreamlike state, sleeping in the world of the recently deceased.
The yoga master, Honzan Hiroshi, explains it as follows:

The difference between a spirit bound to a location and a guardian spirit is very slight.
Here is the continuation of the previous text.
After death, if one is bound by desires for the earthly realm, they become a spirit bound to the earth, unable to return to the heavens. If, however, one can transcend earthly desires and return to the heavens, they become a guardian spirit or a higher spirit.
A spirit bound to the earth is surrounded by a black aura, which appears like the black flames of hell. This may be what is described in Buddhism as the fiery hell, but to me, it looked like flames due to the black, flickering aura.
■Connecting the Spirit
When a close family member is about to die, if they simply pass away, their spirit may wander aimlessly in a dreamlike state, becoming lost and unable to be saved. I intuitively felt that this must not happen, so I decided to wear a wooden bracelet that I bought in Rishikesh, India, as a charm to connect my aura to theirs, and have them cremated while wearing it.
As a result, the family member was cremated and became an urn, but their soul was properly connected.
This family member, as they say, was not particularly virtuous, but rather a fairly ordinary person who lived according to worldly desires. I thought that perhaps this was normal for society, but I intuitively knew that if they passed away in such a state, they would likely face considerable difficulties.
As mentioned above, there is a very high possibility that they will become a spirit bound to the earth because they still have lingering attachments to the earthly realm after death.
Even if one has desires, if they are not excessive, the family member can come to greet them and help them ascend to the heavens. However, those who are unwilling to listen, or who do not accept the afterlife, may struggle. They may insist that they are not dead, or believe that they should cease to exist after death, and therefore may not respond to the calls of their family members.
■Black Aura
In this case, the spirit of the family member was surrounded by a black aura, appearing like the black flames of hell. If this continues, they may not be able to see their surroundings and may fall into a loop of seeing images or dreams that resemble a state of sleep, making it difficult to escape.
Some people seem to reflect on their lives, but this is only in cases where they are already stuck in such a loop. Souls who have a certain level of enlightenment complete their life reflections while they are still alive, and can therefore easily ascend to the heavens.
In this case, I connected the spirit with the wooden bracelet, so when I returned home after the funeral, I felt a sense of connection. This was as expected.
■Dreamlike Loop
That night, I went to sleep, and my dreams were connected to the images that the spirit of my deceased family member was likely seeing in the afterlife, creating a continuous loop. This was intense (laughs).
I am glad that the spirit was not suffering or feeling sad. However, if this loop continues, they may fall even further into a dark abyss where they can see nothing. I thought there was a risk of that happening.
■Determining the State Through Meditation
Therefore, the next day, I decided to meditate to determine their state.
As I expected, the soul was surrounded by a black aura, appearing like the black flames of hell, and its size was enough to cover my entire field of vision. Furthermore, the aura was quite murky, and I intuitively felt that if I left it as is, it might become a spirit bound to the earth. It was a murky black aura that made my skin feel a chill.
I was a little startled when I saw this immediately after entering meditation.
Normally, one would create a barrier or use a technique called "Kuji-in" to repel such a spirit. However, since it was a family member, I decided to try various methods to purify their aura.
■Purification
The first thing I tried was to emit light from my own aura to see if there would be any change in the spirit that was about to become a spirit bound to the earth. As a result, there was a slight change in my skin sensation, and the feeling of chills that I had initially felt lessened. It seemed that the aura had been slightly purified.
Next, I tried chanting a yoga mantra in my mind. This also seemed to have some effect, but not a significant one.
Then, I tried to visualize emitting light from my Ajna chakra. I was unsure whether this would have any effect.
Finally, as I have been doing recently, I channeled heavenly energy and directed it not to myself, but to the black aura surrounding the spirit. This had a significant effect. It took many attempts before any change was visible, but I think it was a fairly effective emergency measure.
The unpleasant feeling of chills that I initially felt has almost disappeared.
Although it is not yet complete, and it is unlikely that one would achieve enlightenment in a single day, I think it is sufficient to prevent the spirit from becoming bound to the earth, at least for the time being.
■The spirit's appearance becomes clearer
When the spirit was surrounded by a black aura, I couldn't see its face at all. But now, I can see a thin face with half-closed eyes, as if it's still asleep. However, it seems that the aura is being purified. Since I filled it with a certain amount of heavenly energy through meditation earlier, the spirit of my family seems to be doing relatively well.
Well, I think the spirit will probably remain in this sleeping state for a while, so until someone comes to take it, I think I will continue to fill it with heavenly energy from time to time to prevent it from becoming a wandering spirit.
■The role of the priest at a funeral
I think the original role of a temple priest in chanting sutras at a funeral might be something like this, but it doesn't seem like everyone has that ability. Even if they do have the ability, chanting the sutras a few times might not necessarily save someone. It might be better to do something than nothing. I don't think it would be effective just to chant by imitating others.
■Consuming aura
People who have this kind of black aura cannot absorb energy from the earth or heaven, so they have no choice but to receive aura from others. That's why, while they were alive, they ate meat or plants. But after death, I didn't know what to do, so I felt like they were becoming more and more black. It seems that if they get used to the state after death, they can receive energy from the surroundings in the same way, but it seems that if the aura is closed or the path for energy to flow is blocked, they cannot absorb it properly.
So, the reason why they became a spirit with a black aura is because they couldn't absorb energy after death. However, the energy supply from the temple priest or when praying at a funeral might be surprisingly important.
It seems that it doesn't matter much if you are enlightened, but if you are not enlightened, receiving energy supply immediately after death might be important, I thought about this during this experience.
■A thin line
Therefore, I think that perhaps there is only a thin line between a wandering spirit and a spirit that ascends to heaven (which will eventually become a guardian spirit or a higher spirit).
■It's difficult to do it as a profession
This is fine because it's for my family this time, but if it were for someone else, the auras would mix, and I would pick up all sorts of things, which I don't like. Skilled priests or spiritual healers sometimes do things like this, but it seems very difficult because it's extremely hard work and the other person doesn't understand it.
