- Pass energy (prana) through the front of the face, especially around the eyebrows.
- Pass energy (prana) through the inside of the eyes. Until recently, it was flowing around the eyes, but not much was flowing inside the eyes. There is a difference between the left and right sides, with the right side being in a better state.
- Relax the back of the head again. Especially, the lower half feels loosened and relaxed. The upper half is still much tighter compared to the lower half.
- Further release the tension in the center of the head.
- In the center of the head, both vertically and horizontally, there is a sensation as if the head is splitting apart. There is a feeling of a circular or linear sensation connecting the forehead, the center of the back of the head, and the upper part of both ears, as if the head is starting to split vertically and horizontally. It's like wearing a hat, and while a hat is on the surface of the head, it feels like the circular part that passes through the center of the head, starting from the edge of the hat, is splitting apart vertically and horizontally, including the inside. However, this is just a slight change, but it feels like the head is starting to split.
- Pass energy (prana, in yoga terms) through the front (larynx) and back (back side) of the throat. As the energy intensifies, there is a sensation of something snapping or loosening, whether it's bone or muscle. Furthermore, there is a feeling that the neck is becoming slightly thicker in various places. There is a sensation of pressure being applied from the inside and expanding outwards.
- There is a sensation of pressure and swelling in the back of the neck, especially the lower part that connects to the shoulders. The back part of the throat (Vishuddha) is weaker than the front, so it is a key area to focus on.
- Strengthening of the heart (Anahata in yoga).
- Subtle vibrations in the perineum (Mula-dara chakra in yoga), a clear pulse that occurs unexpectedly.
- The aura is penetrating into the fingers (an area that I have been weak in), but this is still a major area to focus on.
- The consciousness is penetrating into the crown (Sahasrara). It feels like a buzzing static electricity (like a ghost antenna).
- The energy (prana) is penetrating into the area around the chin.
Looking at this, it becomes clear how many challenges there were in the past, and how many challenges there still are. When I look back at myself, who seemed to have progressed in meditation to some extent in the past, I realize that it was still just the beginning.
In the past, I think I valued emotional aspects, tranquility, and peace. Recently, such tranquility has become commonplace, and consciousness has penetrated, and even distractions don't bother me as much. Recently, I have a better understanding of the feeling that what I thought were distractions are actually residual thoughts. Once I recognize them as residual thoughts, I am not easily swayed by them. Recently, I have been focusing on addressing energetic challenges.
