1. Zone (Joy, Action, Concentration, Work)
2. Emptiness (Stillness, Peace)
3. Silence (Tranquility, Quiet Movement, Observation)
4. Love and Gratitude (Oneness, Love Beyond Sexuality, Sharing, Action Without Self, God)
5. Prayer and Meditation, Healthy Lifestyle, Service (Cleanliness, Simplicity, Manners and Etiquette, Healthy Diet, Moderate Exercise, Yoga Asanas, Quiet and Deep Breathing, Pranayama)
This is both an element and a hierarchy. By diligently performing your work and improving, you will reach the zone, experience joy and a sense of unity with the subject, and maximize results and efficiency. And as your concentration increases, you will occasionally experience the peace of "emptiness." Through this joy, you will feel yourself being healed every day.
As you continue to meditate, your consciousness will gradually become clearer and more expansive. As your consciousness awakens, you will eventually reach the realm of tranquility and silence. At first, it will occasionally visit you, but eventually, you will be able to live in that state of tranquility and silence.
And eventually, you will awaken to love and know oneness. Then, feelings of gratitude will arise, and you will reach a feeling of sharing. This is also the consciousness of God.
In this way, people will spiritually awaken and find happiness even while living in this world. No longer troubled by feelings of superiority, nor harming each other, you will become deeply connected with each other, and the increase of such people will be the foundation for true peace in the world.
This is something that anyone can achieve. The basic principle is to work hard at your own job. And by reaching the zone and becoming happy, that will eventually lead to a state of silence, knowing love, and feeling gratitude.
When you reach the end of your life, you will truly feel that it was a very satisfying and fulfilling life, and it will be a true completion. If that is the case, you will undoubtedly be surrounded by happiness and ascend. For Buddhists, it will be liberation from the cycle of reincarnation and freedom. For Christians, it will be entering the Kingdom of God. For Shintoists, it will be becoming a god. Regardless of what you believe in, these elements and paths can be used in common, and they will undoubtedly lead you to a satisfying and happy life.
The basics of spirituality should aim for this, and all actions and understandings are connected to these.
