The meditation of love becomes more stable.

The foundation is a state of stillness, and from that, feelings of love and gratitude arise. However, the meditation after addressing trauma seems to be more stable.

In meditation, the internal fluctuations that hinder the process seem to decrease further, leading to a more stable state of stillness, which is the foundation of meditation. Consequently, the depth of meditations focused on feeling love or expressing gratitude seems to increase.

The practice itself is quite simple. I sit in a cross-legged position, place my hands in front of me, and repeatedly say phrases like "thank you," "I am grateful," or "thank you very much" in my mind, choosing words that feel natural. As a result, a feeling of love emanates from the depths of my chest, and the layers of the aura become thicker, deeper, and brighter.

Chanting mantras like "Om" is also effective, as it deepens the sense of the aura.

Both the "Om" mantra and the simple expression of gratitude, "thank you," are effective.

As a result of these practices, the aura fills each part of the body. For example, tension in areas like the arms is released. Simultaneously, sensations become more pronounced in those areas, allowing for the perception of more subtle sensations. Movement also becomes slightly more agile.

While a state of stillness initially exists, meditation deepens that stillness, making it more stable, and allowing for the perception of subtle nuances.

There are concepts like Kundalini in meditation and yoga, but when one reaches this point, those things seem relatively minor. Although they are still important, they are starting to drift away from the core interest. Instead, the essence of "only love" becomes directly, more certainly, and naturally understood.

The health of one's diet, the activation of prana (life energy) in yoga, and Kundalini as a fundamental energy are all important foundations for meditation and achieving a state of stillness. However, the core interest shifts to "only love."

There are discussions about what is important in meditation, but beyond meditation, it becomes clear that "only love" exists in everything in this world.
