You can have your Sahasrara chakra filled with energy even without doing seated meditation.

A little while ago, it was necessary to sit in a meditative posture to fill the aura (kundalini) in the Sahasrara.

Recently, even without doing so, there is a high probability that the aura will fill the Sahasrara simply by calming the mind a little or slowing down the breathing slightly in daily life. Even when simply being mindful in daily life does not cause the aura to rise to the Sahasrara, if you briefly stop breathing (what is called Kumbhaka in yoga), there is a high probability that the aura will fill the Sahasrara, making you a little sensitive, like a ghost antenna. Of course, there is no physical change in the hair, but the sensation is that the top of the head becomes slightly sensitive.

This is quite convenient. Previously, when the mind or aura became unstable in daily life, it was common to sit in a meditative posture to recover. However, with minor instability, it is now possible to recover to a stable state within daily life.

Even slight changes in awareness or aura become sensitive, and even in states with little change, fluctuations in the aura can be detected early, allowing for prompt adjustments to maintain a state where awareness is connected to the Sahasrara.

This is something I had anticipated, but I think I have finally reached a state like that.

Previously, there have been times when there was a boundary of aura between, for example, the Manipura (solar plexus) and the Anahata (heart), and at that time, the aura eventually became dominant in the Anahata (heart), and the distinction between Manipura and Anahata disappeared. Similarly, there have been times when there was a boundary of aura between the Anahata and the Vishuddha (throat chakra), and similarly, there have been times when there was a boundary of aura between the Vishuddha and the Ajna (the space behind the eyebrows, the upper half of the head).

This time, the aura is gradually filling and reaching the Sahasrara, and it seems that the changes that have occurred in the past are happening in the next stage.

1. The aura temporarily fills (in the Sahasrara) during meditation.
2. The aura fills relatively easily (in the Sahasrara) during meditation.
3. Even with a slight effort, the aura fills (in the Sahasrara) in daily life → This is the current state.
4. The aura is constantly filled (in the Sahasrara).

I think that a cycle is being repeated where a wall is broken, and cycle 1 begins in the next chakra level.

Here, it is important to note that filling the aura and the opening of the chakra sensation are not the same thing. First, the aura fills, and then, after a slight delay, the chakra sensation opens, perhaps one or two stages, or even more.

Therefore, I think it is important to first focus on filling the aura.
