Until mid-March.
In addition to the premonition of the head becoming "fluffy," there is a concentrated sensation of cracking and popping sounds, especially in the back of the head, as it loosens. Additionally, the loosening is progressing gradually in the crown of the head. Also, the upper part of the forehead is also starting to loosen.
- Premonition of the head becoming fluffy.
- Concentrated sensation in the back of the head. The lower part of the back of the head is the main area, with the upper part of the back of the head as a secondary area.
- The crown of the head is also gradually loosening.
- The loosening in the upper part of the forehead is becoming more pronounced.
It's not just loosening; I also feel energy flowing through the energy pathways (nadis in yoga). For example, when I focus on energy pathways that run left and right just above the forehead, I feel the forehead loosening in proportion to the energy that flows through them. I think there is a close relationship between the loosening of the body and the flow of energy.
March 21st.
In daily life, I feel that the back of the head is loosening and becoming finely fragmented, like the tip of a small, icy glacier (not cold, but a description of firmness).
March 22nd.
The area deep within the forehead is loosening further, and the area from the forehead to the front of the crown of the head is loosening particularly.
March 25th.
I feel that the energy pathways (nadis in yoga) from the neck and lower back of the head, through the center of the head, to the area around the forehead are becoming slightly thicker and stronger than before.
March 26th.
I begin to notice a sattvic state of mind.
March 27th.
As an aura gathers around the forehead, the center of the head, and the back of the head, it begins to penetrate deeper. At the same time, I feel a premonition of it starting to loosen again, one step at a time.
March 28th.
I reinforce the energy pathways (nadis) that connect the forehead on the left and right. This strengthens the aura in the deep area of the forehead. I continue to focus on the back of the head and the crown of the head to add aura and loosen them.
March 29th.
The energy pathway (nadi) that connects the center of the head to the nasal bridge is becoming stronger and thicker. Initially, I was focusing on the area between the eyebrows, the nasal bridge, and the back of the head during meditation, consciously adding aura (energy) to strengthen them. Then, I started to focus on strengthening the pathway from the center of the head to the nasal bridge, adding aura (energy) to that area. Suddenly, it felt like all the upper teeth shifted forward and downward, and at the same time, the area deep within the nose, the surrounding area, and the area around the mouth loosened. Then, the movement caused the mouth and the upper teeth to move further forward and downward, creating a slight gap above them. This gap is precisely the energy pathway that connects the center of the head to the nasal bridge and between the eyebrows, so a larger amount of energy (aura) began to flow through it.
It is difficult to express this in words, but essentially, because movement has appeared in the mouth and jaw, and it moves slightly downwards, a gap has formed above the mouth and jaw, making it easier for energy to pass through. As a result, I feel that not only the center of the head, but also the neck area connected to it, is becoming integrated and energy is starting to flow. The energy routes (nadis) from the spine, neck, center of the head, and forehead are becoming integrated. Furthermore, as a result of this, a stronger aura is penetrating the center of the head than before, which was previously difficult to loosen, and I feel that the center of the head is becoming easier to loosen.
・The inside of the mouth and nose has loosened.
・Strengthening of the energy routes to the spine, neck, center of the head, and forehead.
・Energy is starting to flow more strongly into the center of the head. There is still some stiffness in the center of the head, so it is a priority for the future.
I expect that this will accelerate the progress of future meditation.
3/29 Same day
Furthermore, a thin, string-like entanglement was released from the inside of the right eye, accompanied by a sensation of small rotation, and the energy route from the right eye to the right temple was strengthened. There is a feeling that the area from the right eye to the right temple is slightly more swollen than before. It is not clear in the photo.
3/29 Same day
On the same day, I was strengthening the route in the center of the head through meditation, and suddenly I felt nauseous and had a slight feeling of nausea. Although I am not certain, I had a feeling or image of a slight inflammation or a slow internal brain hemorrhage in the area near the center of the head, so I stopped meditating and rested. It seems that this area is still stiff, and sudden movements may cause inflammation. I will rest for a while. After about 3 to 4 hours of resting or closing my eyes and taking a break in a chair, I recovered.
Furthermore, when I observed it simultaneously during meditation, I felt that the energy route (nadi) from the neck to the center of the head and extending to the eyebrows was becoming thicker. Especially in the area around the neck, I feel that the amount of energy flowing is increasing, accompanied by a creaking sensation as the route expands.
Observing further, the center of the head has loosened to some extent due to what happened today, but it seems that the stiffness remains in the more central part. I don't know how many more stages, but there are still challenges remaining in the center of the head. However, what was previously pressing and tightly adhering to the upper part of the mouth and jaw has been loosened, so movement has appeared in the center of the head, and as a result, blood flow has become easier, and energy has also become easier to flow.
It seems that the energy that has been coming up from the neck and along the spine reaches the center of the head, and because there is still a slight blockage in the center of the head, 80% of the energy passes through the front of the face, and the remaining 20% passes through the upper part of the center of the head, and most of that energy seems to reach the nasal root and forehead. This has basically been the case before, but I think that the mouth and jaw were more tightly pressed against the center of the head, which blocked the energy more than it does now. Even though it is not complete, the fact that this tightness has been released has created a premise for the energy to flow firmly into the center of the head.
Since the beginning of this month, the area behind the nasal root has become looser, but even at that point, it was somewhat flowing, but the fact that it started to flow a little has triggered other areas to start flowing as well. I think that once something starts to flow somewhere, it is only a matter of time before it spreads to other areas.
...On the same night, the center of the head begins to loosen by another 0.5 levels.
3/30
No pain in the center of the head during morning meditation.
During the day, eating spicy food caused a feeling of inflammation or irritation in the upper part of the back of the mouth (near the center of the head). It is possible that the area is still inflamed and reacting to the spicy food, or it could simply be a cold or allergies.
In the afternoon, there was a feeling of spreading in the back of the head during daily activities.
During meditation, I relaxed the upper part of the back of the head and the frontal lobe.
From evening to night, there was occasional mild pain in the frontal lobe. It is not a problem if I remain calm.
3/31
Repeatedly loosening the tightness from the center of the back of the head towards the upper direction. I concentrate my awareness on trying to move the areas where the fascia is adhered and difficult to move, and meditate or go about my daily life.
3/31 Night
After meditation, when I tried to lie down to sleep, I suddenly felt a spreading sensation in my heart, and along with an increase in aura, energy flowed into the throat chakra (Vishuddha), and I felt a sensation of the throat opening, along with a crackling sensation. Furthermore, energy flowed into the center of the head, and after feeling the aura for a while, I felt that the aura of the entire body was increasing, and I felt an increase in aura, especially in the joints of the body. For example, it felt like wristbands were on both arms, and similar sensations were felt on both ankles, both knees, both elbows, and the waist.
- The mouth and jaw loosen, and the energy/route (nadi) expands from the throat chakra (Vishuddha) through the center of the head to the forehead.
- The lower half of the back of the head is relatively loose, but the upper half still has some tightness, but it is gradually loosening.
- Along with the sensation of the heart expanding, the aura flowing into the throat chakra (Vishuddha) and the center of the head increases, and the area around the center of the head loosens further (but there is still a tight part in the center).
- The aura of the entire body becomes stronger, and the sensation of aura in each joint of the body becomes more pronounced than before.
These areas generally correspond to the chakras in yoga. While they may not be the main, well-known chakras, they can be considered chakras in the sense that they are areas where aura accumulates. I feel that the aura is increasing in these areas.
The aura naturally fills up to the lower half of the head. The main challenges seem to be the remaining stiffness in the upper half of the head (including the center of the head) and the lack of fullness in the aura.
