Meditate to resolve the fine tension and tightness in your head.

Today's meditation involved focusing on the energy channel along the spine (the Sushumna in yoga) as a central axis, and extending that awareness all the way to the Sahasrara (the crown of the head). Since the flow in the area around the crown is not yet very good, I focused on further opening that area, and gradually relaxed each part of the mind.



- Small, hard lumps remain near the top of the head.
- A feeling of pressure extending from the nose to the left and right.
- A gritty, hard sensation in the center of the head.
- A gritty, hard mass remains deep inside the nose (slightly softened).
- A feeling of pressure remains near both cheeks.

I am gradually resolving these, although not completely, one by one.

As I continued meditating, the area near the top of the head first became more comfortable, and the energy of the Sahasrara chakra increased. Then, the pressure extending from the nose to the left and right lessened slightly, and the gritty, hard sensations in various areas gradually began to resolve.

Although they are not yet completely resolved, I feel that the soft areas are increasing day by day.
