The pulse throbs from the space between the eyebrows to the tip of the nose, drawing in prana (energy).

First, the preliminary stage

If the left and right nostrils, Ida (left) and Pingala (right), are blocked, open them.

While using Kecharimudra, you can also perform pranayama to ensure these channels are opened.

The "sign" of opening them is a sensation that the sides of your nose rise up. Even if only one side opens, you'll feel energy entering from the nostrils. If both sides open, the increase in energy will be clearly noticeable.

Further initial state

In this preliminary stage, it feels like thin needle-like energy enters. However, even this is much better compared to a completely blocked state. Initially, any kind of pranayama opens these channels. That's where you start.

Initially, you might feel just a slight sensation that the tip of your nose rises up.

Afterward, Ida and Pingala become further activated, and the energy passing through the space between your eyebrows increases.

Pulsation in the space between the eyebrows

When Ida and Pingala are open, you'll start to feel pulsation in the space between your eyebrows.

Bringing in and releasing prana

In conjunction with the pulsation in the space between your eyebrows, prana first enters. Prana flows from the front of your face towards the center of your head, and then further down into your abdomen.

After a certain amount of prana has entered, it starts to exit. At this time, you may feel that the area around the space between your eyebrows is rising up. There's a sensation where pressure builds from within, causing the skin on the forehead to bulge slightly, and sometimes there's also a feeling of release in that area.

The "pop" in the space between the eyebrows

According to records, about 5 months ago, an explosion occurred with a "pop" sound in front of the space between my eyebrows. At that time, I think the front part of the Ajna chakra (third eye) opened somewhat. However, it doesn't seem like it was completely open at that point.

Increased energy flow through the space between the eyebrows and the Ajna (Third Eye)

In yoga or spiritual practices, as well as in Theosophy, there are often discussions about the energy flowing through the space between the eyebrows. The route from the space between your eyebrows to the center of your head is particularly important, and I've occasionally seen descriptions in books about focusing on the space between your eyebrows and then moving that energy to the center of your head.

I've heard these stories before, but now, for the first time, I feel like I'm finally getting "that feeling."

Until now, I haven't had this sensation, nor have I felt like I was able to achieve it. However, compared to my current state, I think I wasn't even close back then.

At this point, it is naturally the case that I feel my Ajna chakra has not yet fully opened.

In the past, I was unsure whether or not I could perform these kinds of energy work, and I felt like I understood how much to do, but also didn't quite understand. However, now, I am starting to feel some progress, and it seems that if I continue on this path, then eventually my Ajna chakra will fully open. My conviction that this is the right way is becoming stronger.

Therefore, all that remains is to deepen that conviction and see what actually happens.

However, there have been many times in the past where I made hypotheses about these kinds of things, but the reality was somewhat different. So, I cannot say with absolute certainty that this is correct. However, it seems like a much more certain story than before.
