Loosen the muscles on the front of the face, especially from the nose to the forehead, as if breaking ice.
For the past few years, I've been working on similar issues in various parts of my head. However, for about a month now, I've particularly focused on loosening areas around the nose and forehead.
- Around the nose
- The nose itself
- Between the eyebrows
- Forehead
Especially above the eyes, there was a feeling of tightness, as if the skull were fused with the brain. My chiropractor has mentioned several times that the cranial bones are adhered to the brain and shifted, so we've been trying to separate them (similar to shoulder blade release). This has been an ongoing issue.
In recent weeks, I have successfully started to detach these adhesions by doing the following:
- Applying pressure from the inside outwards on a specific point. Over time, I feel a sensation of "popping" or expanding, and it loosens slightly.
I gradually move this process to different locations, focusing on areas with restricted movement. In addition to simply moving, I sometimes feel energy flowing into these areas. As the movements connect, they become an energetic flow. At that point, I feel a pulsating sensation, as if blood is flowing into previously stagnant areas.
I repeat this process in various locations.
Previously, similar things would occasionally happen randomly. However, recently, I can usually achieve this feeling by focusing on a specific area, even while meditating or simply sitting still. The area loosens, and energy becomes activated.
By repeating this process, I've noticed that my eyes feel more open than before. Although they are not fully open yet, there has been an improvement compared to the past.
The left and right sides of the eyebrows, the left and right sides of the nose, and the inner side of the back of the head each relax further.
At the same time, energy flows through that point and enters the body, activating consciousness.
Specifically:
- The left and right sides of the space between the eyebrows.
- The left and right sides of the tip of the nose.
- The left and right sides of the base of the inside of the nose.
- The upper and lower directions of the nose.
- The upper part of the forehead (frontal lobe).
- Various parts of the top of the head.
- The left and right sides of the line connecting below the ears, extending further to the back of the head.
These areas are where energy flows, sometimes activating in coordination with each other. At that time, a pulsating sensation is often felt. A strong pulsation is linked to the flow of energy. The body's energy becomes activated.
As this happens, changes begin to appear in various parts of the body.
- Dantian
Especially the area just below the navel, known as the dantian, becomes strongly activated. This strengthens what is called "grounding."
The face and body become linked and begin to activate.
These processes are continuously performed through meditation. It's like taking three steps forward and two steps back, but the state steadily progresses.
When I focused on meditating and relaxing the left side of my face, I came into contact with a strange and heavy aura.
I felt that the position of my left back molar was more forward than the right side, and I also sensed that the energy flow from that area was worse on the right side. So, over several days, I focused on relaxing the left side of my face with intermittent meditation for 3-4 hours each day. Initially, there were areas that seemed stiff and immobile, but surprisingly, they started to move, and energy began to flow through them.
- Left cheek
- Left side of the nose
- From the center of the eyebrows towards the left side
- Lower part of the forehead
The feeling was as if my face was expanding from left to right. When it expanded, there were parts that felt stretched but not fully released, so I used meditation and aura work to help those areas expand completely. In essence, initially, I relaxed the entire face, and then, as my face began to stretch from left to right, some muscles remained tense on the left side, preventing full expansion. By focusing on relaxing the left side of my face, my whole face started to widen (both horizontally and vertically).
The Appearance of a Heavy Aura
After I had relaxed the left side of my face to some extent, at night, around midnight, a hazy, heavy aura appeared above my face or about 10cm above my forehead. This aura felt uncomfortable, like it was constricting my breathing, but it didn't feel malicious.
I haven't experienced this feeling in probably several years. In the past, that discomfort would trigger a defensive mode, which resulted in several chakras and energy pathways (nadis, as referred to in yoga) in various parts of my face and body closing off, leading to sudden physical ailments, such as being bedridden for days or experiencing poor health.
When I sensed this aura again, I was slightly on guard. However, instead of entering a defensive mode, I consciously tried to keep the facial chakras that I had recently been focusing on opening, open.
Initially, the uncomfortable aura seemed to be floating in front of my face, but soon it spread and enveloped my entire body. As this happened, the discomfort began to spread throughout my body. However, unlike before, I didn't feel overwhelmed by the discomfort; after about 5 minutes or a few tens of minutes, the discomfort gradually subsided.
At first, I thought that aura might be something bad.
However, the aura didn't go away and instead started to settle on the left half of my body.
I wondered how long it would take for it to fully settle. Then, suddenly, a voice told me, "5 hours." It was still late at night, so I decided to go to sleep.
...And then, the next morning. The aura was more firmly settled than it had been last night.
Based on your physical condition, it seems that the aura was stronger on the right side compared to the left until recently. However, this morning, the left side appears more vibrant. This could be because an aura entered the left side. Furthermore, there is a possibility that this feeling is merging with your own past aura.
In the past, when I felt something similar, I seem to have been afraid or rejected it. This may indicate that I was not ready to accept such a heavy aura. Now that my facial chakra has opened to some extent, I think I was able to receive it relatively well.
Now that the left side is dominant in terms of aura, and the right side feels weaker, I would like to focus on meditation to relax the right side more.
Not so long ago, "past"
It seems that an aura that peeled off about 1-2 weeks ago when a problematic subordinate directed unfair anger towards me has now merged. Since then, the left side felt weak in terms of aura, but it appears that this painful aura has returned. If that's the case, the source of that pain lies with the subordinate who expressed unfair anger, and it was not caused by me. While it can be difficult to distinguish at first glance just by looking at the aura, there are many cases where a painful aura originally separated from itself for a reason.
By the way, regarding that subordinate, after consulting with my superiors, I have arranged for him to leave the team as soon as possible, so there is no problem now.
An aura filled the space above the head, higher than the eyes.
While a stronger aura fills everything, I meditate while feeling the difference between the tightness around my eyebrows and the openness at the top of my head, as if there is a ring-like restriction at eye level.
An aura filled the area from the neck to the mouth and jaw.
The aura has become much stronger.
Initially, I suddenly felt a strong aura on the inside of my lower mouth and jaw, and I thought that part had been activated.
The next day, it continued, but not only that, I also felt a strong aura rising from my entire neck, especially the front side of my neck.
It doesn't feel like it suddenly expands, but rather like water overflowing from my neck, gradually permeating my neck and surrounding areas, as well as around my eyes.
Furthermore, this begins to spread throughout my head, but there are still some stiff parts. However, with the intense aura filling those areas, each part of my head relaxes a little more.
Now that I'm in this state, it seems like before, the upper and lower bodies were somewhat separated at the neck level. The aura spreading from the heart (Anahata) in my chest was also reaching my arms and legs, but it wasn't really going up to my head. This time, it has started rising and is beginning to fill various parts of my head.
During meditation, an adhesion deep within my coccyx separated.
First, I felt a tingling sensation on the left cheek and wondered what it was. Shortly after, there was a reaction in the back of my nose, initially higher up inside my mouth, like something similar to an iceberg breaking apart, or a gap forming and splitting open, like cracks appearing in an iceberg.
The area around the nasal bridge has been a problem for me before, and I had attempted to pass energy through it from left to right, with some success. However, this time, the significant separation of adhesions is considerable progress.
Previously, after long meditations, there would be a slight peeling sensation allowing energy to pass between the sides, which lasted for a relatively long time. However, I felt that there was a solid mass in the back of my nose, like an oval-shaped plate of bone or calcified material. When cracks formed in it, energy could flow through, and that's what I think has been perceived as an energy flow so far. It felt like a crack had appeared in the iceberg.
This time, however, it started to break down from the edges.
Although there is still some stiffness remaining in the center, for now, the adhesions have begun to separate, and movement has emerged in my nose.
Back of the Head
The back of my head has also been showing signs of loosening recently, but with this relaxation around the nose, the back of my head suddenly became even more loose. It seems like it was being pulled by something related to the area around the nose. With the tension on the front of my face resolving, the back of my head, which had already shown some looseness, has become even more clearly flexible.
Along with the resolution of stiffness in the front of my face, a feeling of tightness that seemed to be pulling from somewhere in the back of my head has been significantly relieved.
The front and back of my face are now showing increasing signs of loosening.
