Changes in the activation of energy pathways (nadis) in the head.

I am recording my personal history of changes.

1. A stage where I sometimes feel a tingling sensation on the skin of my forehead (a subtle dimension, a state where the physical ether is slightly moving).
2. A stage where my aura sometimes vaguely fills the entire head (especially after doing yoga asanas or pranayama breathing techniques).
3. After the ida and pingala channels begin to move, the feeling of the aura filling the entire head has become stronger than before, but there is still a sense of a boundary between the upper and lower parts of the throat chakra (vishuddha).
4. After the throat chakra (vishuddha) is opened, the aura begins to fill the entire head more clearly.
5. When the consciousness of creation, destruction, and preservation (the so-called ordinary higher self) rises from the depths of the chest, the aura of the entire head is also more activated than before, but that consciousness from the chest has not yet filled the head.
6. The consciousness connected from the chest stabilizes, rises, and partially fills the head, partially opening the sahasrara chakra. In this state, the route through which the aura of consciousness rises mainly from the back of the head has passed, but it is a narrow route that is easily blocked. I am working on opening the sahasrara chakra little by little by spending time in meditation to raise the aura of consciousness from the back of the head to the sahasrara.
7. When the Purusha (divine spirit) strongly pushes the route at the back of the head, as if to widen it, and passes through the throat chakra, along the energy channels (the so-called Sushumna) of the spine, and enters the small chamber in the depths of the chest, the back of the head is not yet fully open.
8. The Purusha (divine spirit) that has entered the depths of the chest gradually tries to enter again from the top of the head through the Sushumna, but since the back of the head is not properly open, the aura pushes strongly on the top of the head, causing the body to become unstable. I repeatedly meditate, carefully open the back of the head, and then lower the aura through the back of the head and the throat chakra (vishuddha) to the anahata in the chest and the manipura in the abdomen, to properly fuse the aura.
9. As the aura of Purusha becomes established, the aura begins to reach the top of the head, and the head suddenly begins to loosen (expand?). At this stage, the energy channels of various parts of the head are relatively opened.
10. Frontal lobe (April 4th). At this stage, the flow of energy in the forehead and around the forehead has improved. At that time, I think the routes were open in the front and top of the head. (However, this part is still prone to reverting to its previous state, probably because it is not connected to the anahata in the chest, so it is in a divided state. After that, it became less active, but it was reactivated after the center of the head was opened.)

11. Lower jaw (April 5th): (Until then, my speech had been bad, but it suddenly improved to a normal state.) At this point, it felt like the energy was flowing through a path from the throat to the lower part of the head.

12. From the center of the back of the head to the hairline, and the top of the head (inner side) (April 14). At this point, it seemed that the energy route passed from the back of the head to the top of the head.

13. Center of the head (April 18th). At this point, I felt that a pathway had opened from the space between the eyebrows, through the center of the head, to the Vishuddha in the throat. This seems to have reactivated each part of the head overall, resolving fragmentation. There are still some areas that feel like lumps, and the pattern is still uneven, but basically, the entire head seems to have become more active.

14. (In the future), the thorough implementation, stabilization, and further activation of this state are the next challenges.

A diagram that is relatively close to this route is included in the "Flower of Life" book, so I am quoting it for your reference.

In this diagram, the connection from the throat to the back of the head is not shown, but in the general understanding of yoga, it is said that the Sushumna, which runs along the spine, extends relatively straight. Both seem to show a certain truth. It would be good to add a line from the throat to the back of the head in this diagram. The back of the head is a place that is somewhat understandable and somewhat unclear, so I understand why it is expressed as "half a step" in that book. I think that is the case.

In this diagram, I feel that I have experienced a certain flow from the body, through the neck, to the area around the eyebrows. I feel that energy enters through the area between the eyebrows, and that energy channels (nadis) pass through the throat to the Anahata in the chest and the Manipura in the abdomen. This feeling became more noticeable, especially after the area around the middle of the head relaxed and the pulse beat emerged.

Probably, this is different for each stage. Initially, it may simply rise relatively straight through the Sushumna. And, at a certain stage, a route like the Flower of Life may appear. By the way, in books related to the White Brotherhood, there is also a description of a route from the area between the eyebrows to the back of the head, and there are also such stories in yoga, so it may be that this route becomes important at a certain stage.

In my case, it doesn't feel like everything is completely activated yet, but overall, I think it is something like this.

Until I reached this point, the meaning of the Flower of Life diagram mentioned above was something that I understood but didn't quite understand. Now that I have reached this point, I finally feel that I understand the meaning and that it is like that in terms of experience.
