The pubic bone or Muladhara (root chakra) is loose.
I have been having difficulty with the movement of my hip joints, but recently, the movement has finally started to improve. Lately, I have noticed a slight "crack" sound near my pubic bone, and I feel that my hip joints have become more flexible and have a wider range of motion than before.
To put it plainly, I believe that most people can achieve this level of movement from the beginning, so I must have been stiff before.
Initially, I thought this was simply a physical issue, but it seems that there have also been spiritual changes. I feel that the energy pathways (nadis, as in yoga) that connect to both legs have become more connected than before.
Previously, it felt like energy had difficulty flowing past the base of my legs (the groin area), as if it were blocked. Now, energy seems to be flowing past the groin area, and I feel that more energy is reaching my knees.
In yoga, this area is the Muladhara chakra (root chakra), and from the perspective of blockages (obstacles, granthis), there is the Brahma granthi located there. It is generally said that the Kundalini energy will not rise unless the Brahma granthi is broken. Based on my recent experience, it seems that the blockage in the connection to my legs has been released, rather than a direct rise of the Kundalini energy.
In a way, I feel that the grounding force, which is often talked about in spiritual terms, has become stronger. While grounding is often associated with focusing solely on the lower body, it is actually related to all the chakras. This seems to indicate that the energy in the lower body has become stronger.
Since the chakras are connected to multiple nadis in each location, there are many factors involved, but the improved connection to the lower body through the Muladhara chakra seems to have activated the Muladhara chakra more than before.
In yoga, it is said that the lowest Muladhara chakra and the upper Ajna chakra (third eye) are "directly connected." Indeed, with the recent increase in energy in the lower body, I feel that energy is becoming more active not only in the third eye but also in the head.
I have been working on this issue for a while, and I feel that it has become easier to relax my head. In particular, energy is starting to flow to the entire top of my head, not just the center, but also the surrounding areas, and I feel that I am gradually releasing the remaining tension.
During meditation, I felt a cracking sensation between my eyebrows and on my forehead, and my eyes started to become larger.
It sometimes occurs during meditation, and it returns to normal after a few hours. In the beginning, it happened once a month, and it would return within a few hours, but sometimes it would take a while to reopen. Recently, even without meditating in the morning, simply being aware of the area between my eyebrows causes the area to open like a thin layer of ice cracking.
Even further back, it took several hours of meditation to allow energy to flow through the area between my eyebrows. It seems that the energy is becoming easier to pass through with each step.
・(More than a year ago) Several hours of meditation to allow a slight amount of energy to flow through the area between my eyebrows. The energy channel had not yet formed.
・(A few months ago) An energy channel (about the size of a fingertip) occasionally appeared between my eyebrows, and a relatively large amount of energy would begin to flow through it, but it would quickly close.
・(In the past few weeks) Energy channels are forming around the area between my eyebrows, with a range about the size of my palm (although the center is more prominent), and the wider the range, the less likely it is to close.
・(In the past few days) The energy channels are becoming deeper. Even without meditating in the morning, energy flows like a thin layer of ice cracking, and I feel like my eyes are opening (physically).
I have only described the area around the area between my eyebrows here, but various things have also happened in other parts of my head during this period. For example, the jaw, both cheeks, the back of the throat, the back of the neck, and the center of the head have all gone through stages of loosening.
And the degree of loosening is related to how easily energy flows, and as it loosens, energy becomes easier to pass through.
This is not just a physical phenomenon, but the energy in the areas close to the physical body is also becoming more active.
However, I suspect that this is something that some people have from the beginning, and in my case, the oppressive environment of my childhood and the influence of communities that made me feel belittled may have inhibited the development of my head, and my head was not in a complete state. I think that it is gradually returning to its original state.
At the current stage, the area between my eyebrows has only just begun to open, and while the top of my head and the center of my head have also loosened somewhat, they are not yet fully relaxed.
Until now, even when the center of my head or the area between my eyebrows tried to expand, it would be blocked by other areas, preventing it from fully stretching, resulting in a feeling of tightness, discomfort, or even physical discomfort, and sometimes my eyes would become bloodshot, which I think was similar to Kundalini syndrome.
Kundalini syndrome is often mentioned in yoga, but now I think that if there is an energetic imbalance, it can lead to this condition. Kundalini syndrome affects the whole body, but it seems particularly prominent in the head. If there is a problem in the head, it is important not only to allow energy to flow through the head, but also to relax the head properly, and I think that this will resolve the problem.
This type of headache is also known as "growth headache" in spiritual and psychic circles, and it is sometimes seen as a precursor to the development of psychic abilities.
Yoga tends to avoid emphasizing or developing psychic abilities, so they don't talk about that, but either way, similar symptoms appear.
Similar symptoms have been present before, but they have become more prominent and larger, and as energy increases, the relaxation in the head is also progressing, and changes in the eyes are also appearing.
Compared to before, this is a significant change, but I don't think it's the end yet. I am still expecting more significant changes.
The nasolabial folds and the area behind them, as well as the overall mouth opening, have improved.
Recently, I have been focusing on releasing tension by channeling energy through my forehead during meditation. As a result, energy has started to flow more strongly not only through my forehead but also through the center of my head.
Unexpectedly, and especially at moments when I wasn't actively meditating, I suddenly felt a strange sensation, like a "bo" or a "ba" sound originating from the back of my upper lip and spreading towards my throat. It felt as if my mouth was coming apart, as if the movement around my mouth had improved, or as if a "latch" in the back of my nose had been released. This resulted in an improvement in the energetic flow around my mouth. This was not just an energetic change, but also improved the physical movement.
In this instance, the sensation was primarily focused from the back of my nose to the area around my mouth. Previously, when I experienced something similar, I felt that the movement of the upper and lower parts of my mouth, and the area further back, felt "somewhat stiff and not fully extended." Therefore, I would say this is roughly the second stage.
As a preceding stage, I also experienced a similar sensation where the area near my cheeks would "release," leading to improved movement. Including that, it would be the third stage.
Furthermore, if we include the times when the area near my jaw felt the same "release," it would be the fourth stage. And if we include other minor variations, there have been countless similar occurrences.
Comparing the before and after, here are the differences:
・Forehead
Before: A noticeable sensation of being pulled downwards.
After: The downward pull has been resolved in terms of the direction towards the inside of the face, making it easier to relax.
Unchanged: The stiffness of the nose has improved somewhat, but there are still issues to address regarding the nose.
・Center of the Head
Before: The energy route extending from the neck and back of the head to the forehead felt constricted.
After: There was a feeling that almost all blockages had disappeared just before the forehead (just above the eyebrows).
Unchanged: There has been little change from the eyebrows to the forehead, and there are still issues to address.
・Forehead
Before: Stiffness remains.
After: The stiffness has been somewhat alleviated.
Unchanged: Patchy.
・Top of the Head
Before: About half of the stiffness remains.
After: The stiffness in the downward direction has been further alleviated, and about one-third of the stiffness remains.
Unchanged: The area towards the forehead, the back area.
・Bridge of the Nose
Before: Feels constricted.
After: The relaxation has progressed in the direction towards the center of the head, making it easier for energy to flow more noticeably. The release of stiff areas has become much easier.
Therefore, the changes mainly occur from the center of the head to the area around the mouth, and these changes are primarily in the direction of loosening and becoming more energetically accessible.
While energy is becoming more accessible to the nasal root and the area between the eyebrows, I still feel that the forehead area is blocked. This will be a challenge for the future, but if we consider it step by step, the next stage may be to release the blockages in the forehead, the top of the head, or the back of the head. I will further focus on meditation with these areas as key challenges.
Just opening your eyes wide can relax the area around your eyes and your forehead.
Recently, the area around my mouth started to loosen and sag downwards, and then the area around my eyes, forehead, and even the top of my head became much more prone to loosening.
Of course, meditation has a high effect, but even without meditation, simply opening my eyes wide causes the surrounding area to crack and loosen with a "cracking" sound.
This reminded me of practices like Trataka, a meditation that involves gazing, or the meditation practiced in the Caodong sect that involves opening the eyes, or the meditation practiced in Tibet that involves looking up at the sky. It made me think that the act of opening the eyes is connected to awakening.
I think that if you do such practices or meditations too quickly, it might be too painful, but I think that when the time is right, opening your eyes like this might be effective.
If you can choose a meditation that is appropriate for the time, that would be ideal, but if you can't choose, and you don't know which one is best, then I think it's best to choose a meditation method that is taught near you or one that you know and that resonates with you.
Pass energy through the back of the nostrils to activate and relax.
The energy initially flows mainly to the left and right, near the underside of the nose and the upper teeth. After a certain amount of flow, I feel that the energy path extends to the lower part of the body, especially around the abdomen, the manipura, and the dantian.
Yoga often mentions that the nose is connected to the chakras below the manipura and swadhisthana. From a chakra perspective, this can be interpreted in that way, but I think it's simply that the energy pathways extend to the abdomen, and that area is being activated.
Then, the area around the nose relaxes, and this relaxation deepens to the area around the eyes and the forehead. The area from the nose to the eyes and forehead relaxes significantly.
Since the area around the mouth relaxed downwards recently, the degree of relaxation around the forehead and eyes has accelerated.
This is several times more effective than when the area near the nostrils relaxed a while ago. Even with the nostrils, the flow of energy (prana in yoga) improved, and I felt that energy strongly flowed to the abdomen, the manipura, and the dantian. However, when the adhesion in the depths of the nose or just below the skin under the nose begins to peel away, and energy starts to flow into that area, I feel that an amount of energy that is incomparable to when the nostrils relaxed begins to flow. Even with the nostrils, it was a very fulfilling energy, but this is a much stronger change in energy.
Even so, it still doesn't feel like it's fully opened, and I feel that it's a transitional period.
If that's the case, I can sense a premonition of the immense effect when a chakra is properly opened.
It reminds me of the story of Kobo Daishi, where light entered his being (although it's not quite that far yet, I feel that atmosphere).
When this state is reached, perception changes. Everything that enters my vision appears more clearly than before, bodily movements become more distinct, and perception is heightened. Even so, I feel that this is just the beginning. Even in this transitional period, it's amazing. I'm really looking forward to what it will be like when it's properly opened.
The effect of the Kecharimudra has increased, and prana has begun to flow across the front of the face.
Recently, energy (prana in yoga) began to flow in a way that the area below the nose seemed to lift, which activated the energy in the lower body and the dan tien. As a result, I feel that the effect of Kechari Mudra, when the tongue is pressed against the upper teeth, has doubled.
Previously, the upward flow along the central axis was blocked, and it felt easier for energy to rise when the tongue was slightly shifted to the left and right, along the ida and pingala channels in yoga, rather than directly in the center.
However, when the energy starts to flow as if the inside of the area below the nose is peeling away, the energy flows through the center even when the tongue is placed in the center during Kechari Mudra.
This allows the energy to flow directly to the front of the face, and I feel that various areas on the front of the face, which were previously incomplete, are gradually being activated and "peeling away."
In particular, the area between the eyebrows connects to the upward flow line on the front of the face, and the area between the eyebrows also overlaps with the line from the center of the face to the front. Furthermore, I feel that lines extending from the area between the eyebrows to the left and right are connecting to the area around the temples.
This means that the vertical, horizontal, and front-back lines are converging at the area between the eyebrows.
Currently, I still feel that there is a blockage in the area between the eyebrows, but I feel that these blockages are gradually being resolved.
Furthermore, I feel changes in the entire forehead, especially in the upper part of the forehead, which is a particular area of concern, and in the upper corners of the forehead on both sides.
While the main change is on the front of the face, other areas, such as the lower and upper parts of the back of the head, are also occasionally changing as if they are being "split open," which makes me feel that the entire head is being activated, even though the focus is on the front of the face.
Even so, what is the cause of the sudden malfunction?
Basically, the prana (energy) has been accumulating and revitalizing the front of the face, but even so, there are times when it suddenly and quite abruptly becomes unwell, and I have been able to identify the causes.
・(Because of the concentration on the front of the face), the energy channels (nadis, in yoga terms) in the central axis of the head or near the back of the head become blocked. When these become blocked, the area between the eyebrows and the front of the face also become blocked.
・The balance of the aura is disrupted (recently, it has been leaning to the left).
・In terms of up and down, the condition of the opposite side (e.g., the feet, which are opposite the head) is poor and stiff.
If the main symptom is in the head, the cause is directly in the head, but there are also indirect causes (on the opposite side).
Directly, the cause is in the head, especially the back of the head or the center, but there are also causes in the feet that correspond to it. By addressing these causes, the energy in the head can ultimately be activated, and the energy and aura of the body can be balanced. It is difficult to explain this in words, but I think that recently, because I have been focusing on the area around the nostrils and under the nose, that area has become a priority, and the effects have shifted to other areas. Therefore, while focusing on one area may sometimes be necessary, I feel that it is also necessary to simultaneously work on the overall balance. To achieve this, it may be good to focus on each area through meditation, or perhaps regular daily yoga exercises (asanas) are essential. Flexibility is indispensable. However, I tend to put it off.
While adjusting the areas that are far away, I also loosen the areas directly related to the front of the face, the area between the eyebrows, the nostrils, and the area under the nose.
At the same time, I loosen the stiff areas around the forehead, the upper part of the forehead, and the top of the head. This is a comprehensive adjustment. Then, the area that was blocked between the eyebrows is released, and energy begins to flow. The symptoms improve significantly. Furthermore, I balance the left and right balance of the aura. Specifically, I intend to consciously move my aura and adjust it by actually moving the aura. As a result, energy suddenly flows into areas where it had not been flowing before, and the sensation returns.
In summary:
・The central axis of the head becomes blocked → Opens and resolves.
・The energy channel in the back of the head becomes blocked → Opens and resolves.
・Relieves the stiffness in the feet (especially the right foot).
・Adjusts the lower back → Resolves.
・The front of the face, the area between the eyebrows, the nostrils, and the area under the nose become blocked → Opens and resolves.
・Adjusts the left and right balance of the aura (moves the imbalance from the left to the right).
In my opinion, stories like this are quite delicate, and in the past, I may have misinterpreted the cause because I had been made to believe various spiritual falsehoods. For example, I might have thought it was the work of spirits or that I lacked understanding, or I might have been made to believe lies spread by cults or spiritual teachers. If you get caught up in such cults, there is a possibility that you will become a victim and be forced to take expensive seminars.
In this case, I think it's likely that I picked up a strange aura on the street, which caused the problem on the right side. However, that is just a strange aura, and while it could be considered a spirit, it is a strange black aura that does not have a clear will, and I think that may have been the root cause. However, there are times when such things can cause immediate problems. This is an energetic imbalance, so it needs to be addressed energetically. However, if you listen to cults or spiritual teachers who don't understand, they will try to entice you to take their expensive seminars using their own logic. Therefore, it is probably better not to talk about your physical problems to strange people. Some people will blindly chant phrases like "think less, stop thinking," which are usually far from the root cause. However, spiritual teachers and cults say these things with 100% confidence, and you may end up feeling like you are the problem, or even feeling self-doubt. This is how cults try to undermine your confidence, and once you are caught in their trap, they will force you to take expensive seminars. Therefore, how you deal with such problems is very important. If it is an energetic imbalance, it should be addressed energetically. It is definitely not a solution to take expensive seminars from cults (in most cases). Cults are thieves of results, so they will claim that the improvement is due to their efforts, even if it is due to other factors. However, do not be misled by such things, and energetic imbalances should be addressed with energy.
It felt like a slight popping sensation, similar to when there's a pressure difference in the left ear.
This is not necessarily related to meditation, but it may be due to changes in air pressure, such as low pressure. However, I will record it for now.
Previously, there was a difference between the left and right eyes, with the left eye slightly more closed. There was also a feeling that the skin near the left eye was being pulled. However, since the blockage in the left ear was resolved, the degree of opening of the left eye seems to have improved slightly. Basically, it is a change in the left eye, but I also feel that the central part of the head has become easier to open.
Because of this, I feel that the area behind the eyebrows has become slightly easier to move forward. There was a feeling of being blocked when moving forward, but now I feel that it has become easier to move forward. As the eyes become easier to open, the area behind the eyebrows, and the central part of both eyes, seem to be able to move forward from the inside, or expand.
A while ago, when the center of the head moved downward, there was still tension on the left and right sides, and it felt like it was being blocked. Now, not only downward, but also in the left and right directions, there is a feeling of expansion. The left side has loosened significantly, while the right side has loosened to some extent, but there is still a feeling that it is not enough. Nevertheless, both the left and right sides feel like they have loosened.
Although there is still tension and tightness in the upward direction, I feel that as the downward and left-right directions are resolved, the upward direction will gradually loosen simply by opening my eyes or living my daily life.
The pubic bone or the area near the iliac crest felt loose, as if the cartilage was stretching.
In the morning, just before waking up, there was a sudden movement in that area, and along with that sensation, energy moved up and down.
I thought that this might have loosened my lower back somewhat, but when I got up and checked, it doesn't seem to be reflected physically yet, so I'm observing. At least, it seems that some of the blockages in the area have been slightly released.
The flow around the Muladhara (root chakra) has been improving in several stages for some time now, and I think that this flow may have further loosened things and made it easier for energy to pass through.
Meditate to release the stiffness from the area above the forehead to the top of the head.
The basic practice involves focusing on the area between the eyebrows, and by pulling the skin from the nostrils to below the nose, as if peeling it off, energy (prana in yoga) is channeled throughout the body, filling the abdomen, particularly the manipura and swadhisthana chakras. As the central part of the forehead relaxes to a certain extent, the next challenge becomes the forehead itself. The area below the center of the forehead relaxes to some extent due to its proximity to the nostrils, but to address the area from the center of the forehead upwards, focus is directed there, and it is stretched by applying pressure from the inside, in sync with the breath. This creates a feeling of pressure and tension, but by repeating this process, a sensation arises as if the cartilage is stretching, and the skin and the area where the skin adheres to the skull separate and expand, allowing energy to flow and providing relief. As a result, relaxation deepens. Initially, tension is used to stretch, and then, finally, it leads to relaxation.
Of course, the kechari mudra is used at this time.
This type of technique can be performed throughout the body even without feeling much stretching, but in meditation, it is often forcefully applied, with specific areas emphasized, and those areas are forcibly loosened.
Previously, the area around the eyebrows and the area from the nostrils to below the nose were the focus, but as that area has been sufficiently resolved, the focus has now shifted to the area from the forehead to the crown of the head. However, it is still necessary to re-examine the areas on the front of the face, as they are fundamental. Furthermore, if too much emphasis is placed on the front of the face, the center of the head or the back of the head may become congested, so adjustments are also necessary. With these basics in mind, the focus has shifted to the area from the forehead to the crown of the head. Even with all of this, there may still be imbalances, and if too much focus is placed on one area, it can create unnecessary tension and congestion in the important areas of the center of the head or the upper and lower routes of the back of the head.
While keeping these basics in mind, the current focus is on the area from the forehead to the upper part of the head.
Through meditation, a sensation traveled from the back of my right eye, passing through the right side and reaching my right ear.
I feel that the energy channels, which in yoga are called nadis, have become thicker, and I feel that the channels connecting the third eye to each ear have become thicker.
A little while ago, there was a change on the left side, and I felt a channel connecting the left ear to the right eye. However, this time, the right side seems to have become thicker. The left side is thinner compared to that, but it is still connected.
There are channels connecting the front of the face, both vertically and horizontally, and they intersect at the third eye. With this experience, I feel that the third eye has become thicker, more prominent, and more tense.
Some schools of thought say that the channels originate from the center of the head, extending to the left and right, and up and down. However, based on my current experience, it feels like the change is happening on the surface of the face, slightly beneath the skin, rather than in the center of the head. However, this may just be a difference in expression, and it could be the same thing.
In yoga, two petals extend from the left and right of the Ajna chakra, resembling the infinity symbol, and they also spread horizontally. This is probably a symbolic representation, and perhaps there is such a movement in a certain dimension. On the other hand, there are also channels that run horizontally from the ears. Perhaps, in the physical layers of the ether, there are horizontal cross-shaped channels, and in a slightly higher dimension, but still continuously connected layers, there is a movement similar to the horizontal infinity symbol represented by the Ajna chakra.
During meditation, the area between my nose and upper teeth (?).
The expression for what kind of place it is is a bit subtle, but it's in the area behind the skin on the underside of the nose, just above the upper teeth, but not in the center of the head, and it's behind the nose, below the eyes, but not close to the eyes. The upper teeth themselves haven't changed, but there was a feeling of something like cartilage attached to the upper teeth, or something connecting the upper teeth to the underside of the nose, that felt like it was stretching or bulging. As a result, the adhesion in the nose area seems to have separated by another level. Until now, I have often meditated and opened the energy channel (nadi in yoga) that passes through the nose, but with this, the degree of openness seems to have become more stable.
Until now, I have meditated to open the area from the nose to the space between the eyebrows, but it tends to close over time, so I meditate again, and overall, it has become easier to open. However, this is a more advanced state, not a sudden breakthrough, but it is somewhat easier and more stable to open.
Similarly, in other areas, I have repeated the process of temporary opening, then a thin but relatively stable opening, and then partially opening it further, or opening unstable areas further. So, this is the same process, but one step further.
Although the words may sound similar, the amount of energy is clearly changing at each stage.
Meditation can cause the energy channels in various parts of the neck to become thicker.
When I meditate, the energy flowing through my neck increases, and I sometimes feel a sensation as if the bones in my neck are widening, and I also hear a "crack" sound. Today, I felt a "crack" and a release in the right lower part of my neck, the center left side, and other areas, accompanied by a feeling of swelling.
During meditation, I strongly sensed auras entering the area above my eyebrows, my right ear, and below my eyebrows.
If I were to say that they are linked, I would be correct, but it could also be said that they are not. However, when meditating and focusing on the space between the eyebrows, loosening each area, suddenly, a strong aura appears as a "horizontal line" above the eyebrows, in the upper part of the forehead, and gradually, a feeling of loosening in that area occurred.
Then, without any particular sensation, not only in that area, but also in the right ear, a feeling of expansion, slight numbness, and a trembling sensation occurred.
In that way, with the sensation of a horizontal line in the upper part of the forehead and the feeling of expansion in the right ear, furthermore, in the lower part of the forehead, just above the eyebrows and slightly above the eyes, a similar "horizontal line" appeared, and a feeling of loosening occurred.
In all of these cases, it was a state where a "crack" appeared, which was the initial trigger for the loosening. The sensation is slightly different, with the forehead feeling like a horizontal line and the ear feeling like a crack in the aura, but in both cases, there is a feeling of something starting to split or a trigger for expansion occurring.
During meditation, the connection between the space between the eyebrows and the left and right ears becomes stronger.
Meditate focusing on the space between your eyebrows, and eventually, it will open, allowing energy (prana) to flow more freely.
Then, suddenly, you will feel a sensation of energy gushing out from your right ear, and you will feel that the space between your eyebrows and your right ear are connected. You will feel a strong flow of energy entering the route that connects the space between your eyebrows and your right ear, deep within your eyes. The energy that enters from the space between your eyebrows passes through the back of your eyes and exits from your right ear, and it feels like it is shining, like light. However, you are not feeling light, but rather, the way it shines is similar to light, and what you are feeling is energy.
As the connection with your right ear becomes activated, and you continue meditating, you will feel a strong energy in the back of your left eye, and your left ear will also become activated.
The right ear seems to be more activated than the left ear.
This is directly related to the thickness of the energy routes that connect the space between your eyebrows to your left and right ears. It seems like a straightforward relationship: the thicker the route, the stronger the energy.
The area behind your right eye seems to have become thicker recently, but it doesn't feel fully open yet. Similarly, the area behind your left eye seems to have started to open up a little recently, but it still feels somewhat blocked.
Perhaps, the feeling of blockage in the space between your eyebrows is because there is a lingering feeling of tension and adhesion in the areas behind your left and right eyes. It may be that opening the space between your eyebrows involves releasing this tension in the areas behind your eyes, rather than simply opening the space between your eyebrows itself.
Since the areas behind your left and right eyes have loosened a little, and the tension and adhesion have been alleviated, if you continue to release the space between your eyebrows and the areas behind your eyes, the amount of energy entering the space between your eyebrows will likely increase, and your left and right ears will also become more activated.
The block inside the forehead area has come loose slightly.
I wasn't necessarily meditating, but I was consciously relaxing various parts of my forehead and face. There was a cartilage-like structure or a feeling of tension extending from the back of my forehead, from the area behind my eyebrows, diagonally upwards at a 45-degree angle. This seemed to be inhibiting the upward expansion or relaxation of my forehead. This "block" of cartilage-like material, although not completely, had some parts that "cracked" or felt like the cartilage was stretching, and then released. This allowed my forehead to relax diagonally upwards, and the upper part of my head became easier to move.
As a result, the force that pulls the area between my eyebrows closed weakened, and the energy in that area became easier to flow. This also made it easier for my eyes to open. Furthermore, my lower jaw opened slightly to the left and right, and my mouth felt slightly pulled to the sides. This may be because my face expanded not only upwards but also slightly to the sides.
Before this happened, I was gradually stretching various parts of my face and head. There were many such small movements, but finally, my forehead moved significantly diagonally upwards.
Similar things were happening gradually in the area around my jaw and mouth. Therefore, I think that such movements are likely to occur in stages in other areas as well, such as the forehead, and gradually move and relax.
As a result, the area from the Swadhisthana chakra (second chakra) to the Manipura chakra (third chakra) also became activated. It is said in yoga and various spiritual practices that there is a relationship between the upper and lower chakras, but even if it is not exactly the chakra itself, there may be situations where it is partially related to them near the chakras. In this case, it felt like a blockage in the lower body was also released, and there was some emotional release.
For about a week, I have been experiencing stiffness on the right side of my body.
Problem areas:
- The entire right side of the body
- Right hand (slight numbness, limited movement)
- Right foot (vague sensation)
- Right side of the face (difficulty turning to the right)
- Right side of the neck (feeling of tightness)
- Back of the head, from the center to the neck (feeling of tightness)
The problem was particularly noticeable in the face. While I could turn my face to the left, turning it to the right was very painful, and there was a significant difference in the range of motion.
I gradually resolved the issue. First, I performed meditation focusing on the space between my eyebrows, aiming to relax the area. However, it felt tighter than usual, and it took more time to resolve.
I felt a sensation of pressure in the back of my head, from the center to the upper part, so I applied energy through meditation again.
I also felt a similar sensation of pressure in the center of my head, extending to the forehead, so I applied energy in the same way.
Through regular meditation, I managed to resolve about half (50%) of the problem.
Then, last weekend, on Friday evening, I felt a slight "click" in the back of my head, and at the same time, the problem improved further (total 75%).
This morning, while dozing off in bed, I felt a similar "click" on the "upper right cheek (below the right eye)," and at the same time, I felt a thin beam of energy, like a light, passing from the center of my head to my right ear. After that, almost all of the problems on the right side of my body were resolved (total 90%).
The underlying cause was likely a blockage in the energy channel (nadi, in yoga terms) that runs from the center of the head to the right side.
Now that I have recovered, the movement on both sides is relatively normal, and the pain I experienced last week has disappeared.
There are still some lingering sensations, but overall, I can say that the problem has been almost completely resolved.
This was likely due to two factors.
First, in order to resolve the problem in certain areas, the strain may have shifted to other areas. Recently, I have been focusing too much on the forehead and eyebrows, which may have caused unnecessary tension in the back of the head and other areas, leading to blockages.
Furthermore, it is possible that the overall expansion of the head has increased the pressure around the head, and that the skull could not expand immediately, causing a temporary feeling of tightness. This temporary discomfort and the sensation of expansion (in the back of the head, etc.) may have been a result of this.
I believe that it is also useful to not only resolve the problems in specific areas of the head but also to relax the various parts of the body that are connected to the head. Problems in the head are related to the feet, hands, abdomen, and other areas, and relaxing these areas can help resolve problems in the face and head.
In this way, there seem to be two methods: one that directly focuses consciousness on the face or head, and another that indirectly resolves issues by checking if any discomfort is present in other parts of the body related to that area.
In yoga, there are also methods that directly pass through the chakras and methods that stimulate the opposite areas. Although this situation is not exactly the same as what is described in yoga, it generally follows the same principles, and I believe that the descriptions in yoga are correct.
During meditation, both eyes appear as if seen through glasses or goggles.
Previously, there have been similar movements, but the surrounding skin was tight, preventing it from protruding. Even now, it hasn't fully emerged, but there's a gradual sensation of cracking around the eyes, as if the eyes are popping forward.
Specifically, in the energy channel (nadi) that runs from the center of the head to the space between the eyebrows and the forehead, it had been blocked in the area between the eyebrows and the forehead.
Even now, that blockage remains, but it's starting to feel more like something is popping out compared to before.
In the channel that runs from the center of the head to the space between the eyebrows, the surrounding area is being pushed outward, and it's trying to reach the forehead.
As if in response to this, the energy rising from the neck towards the center of the head is increasing, and I feel it expanding towards the back of the head. I also feel a sensation of cracking in the back of the head. The energy of the entire head is increasing.
This is making the eye movements even more active, and the perception of the field of vision is becoming clearer. I can see things nearby, such as the shredded cabbage during a meal, more clearly and distinctly. This structure of visual perception has been gradually occurring for many years, but it has deepened again. I have talked about similar things before, but it can be said that it has progressed one step.
Through meditation, one can begin to experience music in their hair more intensely.
During meditation, various parts of the head, especially the top of the head, become activated, and this alone creates a buzzing sensation. When listening to music in that state, I feel an unprecedented level of buzzing and excitement. Simply listening to music activates my head in the same way as when I meditate.
I thought it might be the effect of the music, but I haven't felt this way before with the same music. I believe that my head is activated during meditation, making my senses more sensitive.
Music therapy exists, and its effects may be present to some extent in everyone, but it seems to be influenced by the recipient's condition.
