Even so, while my consciousness wakes up around that time, it seems my physical body is still tired, so I probably should lie down more. I often meditate when I wake up early, and if I do that, it means my consciousness is resting during meditation. So, even though I'm sitting, it's a state close to sleep, and perhaps it's not that different from before.
For example, I might go to sleep around 10 o'clock and wake up around 2 o'clock. That's too early, so I'll sleep a little more. It varies from day to day, and when I'm tired, I often sleep until 4 or 5 o'clock. However, that tiredness is mostly related to my physical body, while my consciousness seems to feel better after about 4 hours. I often wake up once after 4 to 4.5 hours.
This change occurred after the block in my mind was released, and energy flowed from the Ajna chakra through the Sushumna energy channel to the Vishuddha, Anahata, and Manipura chakras. Before that, I needed about an hour more of sleep. So, in recent times, I've shortened my sleep time by about an hour.
The explanation is simple: when energy is strengthened, sleep time decreases. Even if I wake up after 4 hours, I still look a bit sleepy, but perhaps it will get better with practice. For now, I don't really have anything to do if I wake up too early, so I often lie down for about 6 hours.
However, even after sleeping for 6 hours, my state of fatigue doesn't really change. In fact, sleeping for 6 hours sometimes makes me feel subtly tired, as if I've taken a second nap. So, it might be better to wake up after sleeping for 4 hours, even if I feel a bit sleepy. I want to try various things and compare them to see how it goes.
When I'm tired from being out and go to sleep around 9 o'clock, I often wake up around 1 o'clock at night. I might wake up again around 2 o'clock, so I get up once, but there's usually not much to do at that time. Even if I try to study, I can't concentrate well during that time. So, when I wake up around 1 or 2 o'clock, I usually just do some writing and then lie down again to rest my body until morning. In that case, my sleep is the same as usual.
I should probably think more about how to use my time. There are many ways to use it for studying or other activities.
When I was a child, I was always tired, and even when I was young, I was constantly tired. Even if I slept for 9 or 12 hours, I would still feel tired. Now that I think about it, the average sleep time of 6, 7, or 8 hours varies from person to person, and the average is not a reliable measure.
I think that if I had noticed this condition earlier in my childhood, I could have had a more fulfilling and enjoyable life, whether it was in my studies or anything else. I feel that I wasted a lot of time. However, that wasted life itself was the intention of this life, so I was able to experience and understand, to some extent, the root cause of mental problems.
Now that I have reached the stage of understanding, I would like to go back to normal. Currently, I feel fully conscious with just 4 hours of sleep, although I end up sleeping for 6 hours or more for the sake of my body. Most of the time, I wake up once and then go back to sleep.
