The back of the neck becomes activated.
I was meditating as usual, and today, I felt a tingling sensation like static electricity on the back of my neck, which seemed to activate something. As a result, I felt that the energy flowing through my neck and upwards increased slightly.
Loosen the inside of the forehead.
Following the previous session, I pass energy from the back of the eyes towards the forehead, diagonally upwards, while coordinating with my breath, especially the exhalation, gradually loosening the surface of the scalp. Initially, the sensation felt distant from the center of the head to the forehead, but it gradually moves closer to the forehead. Simultaneously, the loosening also spreads from the center of the head towards the forehead. Compared to the center of the head, the area near the forehead initially felt stiff, but it loosens from the inside out. The surface of the forehead also loosens accordingly. Although it is not completely loosened, this is a gradual process, and I repeat the process of deepening the loosening from the inside out.
Release the lower part of the back of the head.
The location is not fixed in a specific area, but sometimes the lower part of the back of the head feels loose. In that area, there is a sensation of something bulging, and energy flows through it, leading to activation.
Loosen the hat as if you were pulling it away from your head.
Actually, I am not wearing a hat, but the intention is to create movement by separating the part of the skull above the forehead, which is fused to the head as if a hat is stuck and cannot be removed.
It feels difficult to separate it by force from the outside, so instead, the intention is to use meditation to pass energy from the inside and separate the fusion from the inside.
The energy is extended from the center of the head towards the forehead, while loosening the localized area, and at the same time, the skull is expanded upwards to create a gap, thereby separating and loosening the skull or the skin.
As this continues, the stiffness in the crown is resolved, and at the same time, the eyes become easier to open. Although the eyes are not yet fully open, I feel that they are becoming easier to open than before.

The area between the eyebrows and the heart chakra began to synchronize and activate.
It is sometimes said in spiritual and various fields that the Ajna (third eye) and Anahata (heart) are related, but until recently, I did not have the feeling that they were "directly connected."
Indeed, as a route, the Ajna in the head, the Vishuddha in the throat, and the Anahata in the chest are connected, and I have often felt the flow of energy in that sense, so I have long felt that they are related.
However, recently, as energy concentrates and activates in the area between the eyebrows, and when that energy begins to flow through the area between the eyebrows, it literally synchronizes with the heart (Anahata). Because it is a literal synchronization, there is no distance between them, and they are directly connected as if they are at zero distance. They are individually activated, but they are directly connected, and they are individually connected, yet they are directly connected, and this is accompanied by a sense of no distance and a sense of being individual, which seems contradictory. The activation of the Ajna and the activation of the Anahata are separate events, yet there is no sense of distance. They are in different locations, so the locations are definitely different, and there should be a distance, but there is no sense of distance. This is not the feeling that the locations are the same. The locations are different. However, for some reason, there is no sense of distance between them. Even though the locations are different, there is no sense of distance.
It is through this strange state that the Ajna between the eyebrows and the heart in the chest have begun to synchronize and activate.
Perhaps this is the difference between the aura being connected as a line or being integrated as a circle. Or, to put it another way, it may be the difference between the chakras functioning as individual chakras or as integrated chakras that are unified.
The Ajna chakra is often said to be an "integrating chakra." In Sanskrit, it means "command," and it can be interpreted as the upper chakras integrating other chakras such as the Anahata. The Ajna also initially functions as an individual entity, but the story that the aura becomes an integrated chakra is often told in spiritual teachings. I am interpreting it that way for now.

The skin on his forehead began to activate, as if it were being peeled away from the skull.
On the same day that the Ajna and Anahata chakras began to synchronize and activate, I unexpectedly felt that sensation while going about my daily life. This morning, I felt that the Ajna and Anahata chakras were not distant from each other and were synchronized. This underlying feeling led to a sudden concentration of energy in my forehead, which happened unintentionally. As a result, the activation in my forehead began, and it felt as if the skin was being pulled away from the skull.
The first thing I realized is that the front part of the Ajna chakra has finally begun to activate. I feel as if the skin on my forehead and the front of my face is being pulled away from the skull, as if taking off a mask.
This is not only an activation of the forehead area, but it also seems to be manifesting as a change in consciousness. Although it is still a little, I feel that my consciousness is becoming freer. I feel a glimmer of a new dawn. Although the night has not yet broken, I feel that it will.
Perhaps this is the awakening of the Ajna chakra. I would like to witness this.

The nasal bone broke as if it were being torn off again.
About a month ago, I also experienced something similar, with cracks appearing, and then an increase in energy flowing into the forehead and crown. However, it didn't seem to last very long. This time, I'm again loosening the rigidity of each part of the head, especially focusing on loosening the forehead and the area behind the eyebrows. Considering that the skin of the forehead seemed to be separated from the skull, I felt that the base of the nose was being pulled apart again, as if there was a hard mask on it, or as if a hard glass plate was breaking, revealing what was behind it. At the same time, I felt an increase in energy. Although it was basically the same as a month ago, a month ago, the forehead area seemed to be fused with the skull and was not moving, and while the energy was increasing, it seemed to weaken over time and was difficult to stabilize.
This time, compared to last time, there is a certain continuity, but it seems that it still returns to its original state over time. However, it can be reopened with a short meditation, so it seems to be becoming easier to open.
It seems that the base of the nose is the key to the increase in energy, and as a result, the following areas are being activated in response:
- The inside of the nasal column (the lower part of the nose): Activation of energy in the abdomen, manipura (solar plexus, dan tien), and swadhisthana.
- The inside of the base of the nose (the upper part of the nose): Forehead, crown, and heart (anahata).
This is more noticeable than when the forehead was simply activated the other day. This is because at that time, the base of the nose seemed to be blocked, so I think that the heart (anahata) is likely connected when only the forehead is activated. On the other hand, when the base of the nose and its surrounding areas are connected in this way, it seems that the upper and lower chakras are integrated and begin to move.

Loosen the entire surface of the face and the entire back of the head in two stages separately.
The energy pathways (nadis in yoga) mainly run along the front of the face and along the spine. Based on my experience, I've found that dividing the process into two stages works better.
1. Start from the lower back of the neck, just below the occiput, and guide the energy through the upper occiput, the center of the head, the back of the eyes, the back of the nose, and the depths of the jaw and mouth to release tension.
2. Use the tip of the tongue (khecharimudra) to guide the energy through the left and right canine teeth (along the ida and pingala nadis), and then guide the energy through the base of the nose and the space between the eyebrows to release tension.
Especially when you wake up in the morning, there is often stiffness. So, I start from the stiffest areas. The lower back of the neck is often already relaxed, so I start from the center of the occiput and gradually release the tension with each breath. Specifically, during meditation, I imagine pushing the tip of the energy with my finger (of course, there is no physical finger) in sync with the exhale. When you push, the stiff areas are pushed back according to the strength of the energy. Initially, it can be difficult to get the energy to flow through the stiff areas, but by repeatedly pushing with the exhale, the energy will flow, and the area will become more relaxed. Sometimes, you may feel that an area is very stiff and the energy won't flow through, but if you keep trying, it will eventually "break" or the entire area will move and relaxation will begin. Previously, some areas were very stiff and didn't seem to move at all, but recently, I can usually relax them after a few exhales. However, the area around the base of the nose and between the eyebrows is still quite challenging and takes a bit more time. However, this is just a matter of time, and I'm no longer in a situation where I have to spend a long time without any movement. So, the first stage is to release tension from the occiput to the back of the eyes and around the mouth, and the second stage is to guide the energy along the surface of the face using khecharimudra.

The nasal bridge can be activated through meditation.
For a while now, I have been channeling energy (prana) through the nasal bone, thereby activating the ajna (third eye) located on the forehead and the sahasrara (crown chakra) at the top of the head. However, unexpectedly, today, I felt a specific aura gathering from the middle of the nasal bridge, closer to the tip of the nose, but just short of reaching the very tip of the nasal septum. This was accompanied by a pulsating sensation, and I felt energy flowing through this area. It seems that, perhaps, this area had not been properly reached by the aura until now, and it has finally started to flow there. While it had been somewhat present overall, there is a difference in the sense of it now flowing more strongly.
As a result of this, I feel that the entire area of the nose, including the nasal bone that I have been activating, has become even more activated. Consequently, energy flows more easily to the forehead and the top of the head, making it easier to activate those areas.
There is still some stiffness remaining around the tip of the nose and the mouth, and even in the area that has now been activated, there are still some issues to address. Nevertheless, compared to before, I feel that the overall sense of tension has eased even further.

The effect of Kechalimumdora increased after the nasal bridge became less prominent.
Previously, I believe that Kecharimudra was activated by using the left and right sides of the upper teeth, which are likely the Ida and Pingala energy channels in yoga. That is how I have interpreted it. Even with that, Kecharimudra was effective, and it was possible to introduce and release energy into the forehead and the base of the nose. There was some effect when the tongue was placed in the center, but it was limited.
Today, because an aura passed through the back of the nose and relaxed, the effect of placing the tongue in the center, which was previously weak, has increased. It felt like something was blocking the flow of energy (prana) from the center, but now it is flowing through the center.
As a result of this, it is no longer necessary to move the tongue to the left and right, and simply placing the tongue naturally in the center of the upper teeth allows energy (prana) to flow to the forehead and the crown of the head. This is noticeable not only during meditation but also in daily life. By placing the tongue in the center of the upper teeth during daily life, it is possible to introduce and release energy into the forehead and the crown of the head for a long time. This means that I can now use time other than meditation more easily. While meditation has its own effects, it has also become possible to generate a certain degree of meditative effect during other times. Even before, I was conscious of the flow of energy in daily life, but it has become much easier to do so now.

The front of the face and the rest of it started to stick together.
Before the energy of the aura flowed through the nasal bridge, the front and back of the face needed to be activated separately. However, after it flowed through, it seems that they began to activate as a single entity.
Various interpretations of meditation ultimately lead to energy.
This is based on the current understanding of the state of affairs.
I used to have that understanding, but I wasn't as certain about it as I am now. Now, I understand that, ultimately, there are diverse interpretations, and it's about that.
Some practices, like Kriya Yoga, emphasize energy, while others focus on the mental aspects, or on eliminating distractions and achieving a state of peace and tranquility. These may seem different on the surface, but they ultimately boil down to the concept of energy.
Even energy can be categorized into lower and higher levels. Lower energy is associated with the astral realm and governs emotions, and is related to distractions and various emotions. Higher energy, on the other hand, is a state of tranquility, but it's not just about emotions or thoughts; it's about energy.
Therefore, meditation can be interpreted in various ways, and it's often described as "concentration" or "observation," but the core concept is energy. Whether it's concentration or observation is simply a matter of interpretation. When you look at the actual energy, it's often not that different.
In various spiritual traditions, there are groups that aim to eliminate distractions, groups that seek enlightenment, groups that have the goal of awakening, and even groups that pursue the law of attraction. Although the goals and methods of expression may vary, they are ultimately talking about energy.
Energy, in the context of the human body, can be referred to as "prana" in yoga or the "astral body" in theosophy, or even the "causal body" (karma, cause) or other levels. However, in many cases, it often relates to the astral body, which governs emotions. If you can somehow influence this energy, you can address distractions, and even emotional stagnation is a matter of energy.
When there are problems with emotions or relationships, the aura is damaged, and the important energy channels (nadis in yoga) in the body become blocked, leading to a stagnation of energy, which can result in illness. This often involves mental aspects, but it can also develop into physical problems. The state of consciousness is also closely related, and when energy stagnates, the state of consciousness becomes clouded and dark.
In interpersonal relationships, the aura of the face is particularly important. If the energy channels on the front of the face are blocked, it can affect the overall energy of the body.
In Japan, negative and restrictive emotions are often instilled from a young age, so the energy channels on the front of the face are often blocked. This can lead to a sluggish state of mind, impaired thinking, slow actions, and reduced results. This can create a society where people hinder each other, preventing them from fully utilizing their abilities. It can also be seen as a situation where the potential of the Japanese people is suppressed by negative emotions.
To break free from this, it's important to avoid receiving negative emotions from a young age.
Recently, there's been a trend of saying "we shouldn't fight," but if someone says something that causes negative emotions and blocks the energy of your face, it's important to resist and reject that attack. However, it can be difficult for children to resist, so it's important for those around them to protect them. Sometimes, what appears to be a friendly relationship is actually a codependent relationship, where one person is manipulating the other. In such cases, the front aura of one person is open, while the aura of the other person is blocked. This is a very unfortunate situation, but in some cases, the bully's aura is open, while the victim's aura is closed. In such cases, the bullying may appear to be a friendly relationship, making it difficult for those around them to recognize the problem. However, when you look at the aura, it's clear that one person's aura is open while the other's is closed, indicating a relationship of abuse. This is an interpretation based on energy. Even if you don't talk about the aura, if one person's expression or emotions appear bright while the other person's are dull and stagnant, it may appear to be a friendly relationship from the outside, but it may actually be a relationship of abuse.
In reality, this kind of relationship exists not only in schools but also in companies. There are cases where a boss and a subordinate appear to be getting along well, but they are actually in this kind of relationship. In such cases, the boss is suppressing the subordinate's abilities while demanding results from them. As a result, the subordinate's abilities gradually decline, while the boss's pressure increases. From the outside, it may seem like the subordinate is working hard, but in reality, the boss is reaping the rewards while the subordinate is being used and discarded. This is a common situation in many environments in Japan.
If you study spirituality, you can understand that such relationships are unproductive and that, in the long run, they do not yield results, or that they are systems that rely on treating people as disposable. Perhaps, during the period of rapid economic growth, there were plenty of people available, but even so, such a system would force superiors to continue achieving results by exploiting and discarding their subordinates.
From a spiritual perspective, it becomes clear that relationships that block the energy in the front of the face are unproductive. To maximize results, it is better to allow energy to flow through the entire body to activate thoughts and actions. In that case, scolding or yelling at others to intimidate them would be counterproductive. Such actions would cause energy to stagnate, making it impossible to think and hindering results.
The topic shifts slightly. There are a certain number of people in the world who conduct workshops to provide healing through energy. Practices like Qigong and healing, while fundamentally dealing with energy, require caution because there are various types of people in this world.
Ultimately, true healing involves exploring one's own energy pathways (nadis in yoga) and generating energy from within. This connects to the energy of the universe, but while healing from others can help to some extent, ultimately, one must be able to channel energy themselves.
The meaning of various meditation practices becomes clear when you realize that they all involve channeling energy and activating it.
Although the breathing techniques in yoga vary depending on the school, if you consider them to be energy work, you will realize that the core is not the breathing itself, but the energy that moves in conjunction with the breathing.
The left and right energies, known as Ida and Pingala in yoga, seem to be relatively astral energies, close to the dimension that can be moved in conjunction with breathing.
On the other hand, the central energy, known as Sushumna in yoga, seems to be constantly moving, regardless of breathing.
In this way, there are differences in the quality and hierarchy of energy, and it seems that they are divided into stages: those that work in conjunction with breathing, those that move in conjunction with breathing, an intermediate level between those that move in conjunction with breathing and those that are constantly moving, and those that are constantly moving regardless of breathing.
Initially, energy is moved in conjunction with breathing, and eventually, one will be able to channel energy that moves constantly, even without breathing.

The lower part of the back of the head is becoming loose and starting to sag.
It is becoming looser than before, and it feels like it is expanding to the left and right, and stretching.
Pass a stronger energy through the back of the head and the area between the eyebrows.
Basically, it's the same as before. Starting from the center of the back of the head, I guide the energy towards the top of the head, the center of the head, and then the area between the eyebrows. Starting from the center of the back of the head is because, while energy is already flowing to that point, the area beyond it is not yet fully open, so I start from there. However, if there is no energy flowing there, I would start from the beginning. Recently, I often start from the area near the center of the back of the head.
And sometimes, depending on the day, I focus on guiding the energy to the area between the eyebrows from the very beginning. However, the center of the head still tends to be easily blocked, so I usually start from the center of the back of the head, then guide the energy to the center of the head, and finally to the area between the eyebrows.
As the relaxation in the area between the eyebrows progresses, the energy flows out to the left and right of the area between the eyebrows, activating it.
It seems that the area between the eyebrows is still not completely open, so there are still some challenges, but I feel that it has become much easier to guide the energy through it compared to before. I feel that a thicker and stronger energy is flowing through it compared to before.
And sometimes, depending on the day, I focus on guiding the energy to the area between the eyebrows from the very beginning. However, the center of the head still tends to be easily blocked, so I usually start from the center of the back of the head, then guide the energy to the center of the head, and finally to the area between the eyebrows.

Whether something is good or bad is determined by the means used to pass energy through the chakra between the eyebrows.
In higher dimensions, there is neither good nor evil. However, in this physical, low-dimensional realm, they exist. In terms of the individual, I believe that the method of opening the third eye chakra can classify actions as either good or evil.
Good:
- Opening the third eye chakra without causing harm to others, or by helping others, or for the purpose of helping others.
Evil:
- Opening the third eye chakra by sacrificing others.
It is not an exaggeration to say that most things can be largely categorized into these two.
A clear example of evil is bullying. Bullies increase their own energy by sacrificing others.
A clear example of good is practitioners or people who help others and live off of it.
Evil, even without conscious awareness, results in opening the third eye chakra through self-training or winning a competition. Contact with evil and losing a competition can cause the third eye chakra to close. This may not happen directly, but it often happens indirectly and as a result.
A clear example of evil is constantly insulting or belittling others. Even if there is no basis for it, the act itself becomes energy and opens the third eye chakra of the evildoer. The person who is insulted has their chakra closed. This is a very clear phenomenon, where karma associated with evil causes the chakra to open or close. People with karma are often drawn into successive competitions, so as a result, they often end up hindering each other, and even if they initially win and their chakra opens slightly, their chakra often closes in the end. If you don't continue to win, your chakra will close.
Good only exists in the lower dimensions. However, from the perspective of power and chakra, evil tends to be stronger than good. This is because sacrificing others tends to increase energy in the short term. However, on the other hand, if a stronger being appears, you may lose. It is a world of survival of the fittest. There is no guarantee that energy will increase in the long term.
Ultimately, even if you open your chakra, if you only have a low-dimensional understanding, you will be drawn into competitions and consumed by evil. This can be described spiritually as having your aura eaten. In rare cases, it can even lead to the extinction of the soul.
This happens because you don't know what the goal is, so low-dimensional things like being able to use certain techniques or see things that are normally invisible become the goal. You become misled, and eventually, you are eaten by a larger evil entity.
In many cases, what people call spirituality is about power. If that is the case, you will eventually be consumed by evil. This is a huge power, and the extinction of the soul is one possible outcome. So, how can you avoid this? The answer is to change your values and not think that being strong is good. Strength is a low-dimensional concept. You must avoid the lower dimensions and reach the higher dimensions. However, even if you say this, it is not easily understood, and few people are seeking it. Most people in this world don't even understand what energy is, and the majority just want to live happily, so showing them this answer will likely be meaningless.
There are a certain number of people in this world who have a disgusting aura, like they are living by sucking the aura of others, and they are living by strengthening their aura. Avoid such people. These people may have their chakra slightly open, but if they lack personality, there is not much value in them.

Apply an aura from the top of the forehead and let it flow down.
As a preliminary step, the energy is passed through the back of the head and the center of the head, and then towards the forehead and between the eyebrows. Previously, it took time to pass the energy through the back of the head and the center of the head, but recently, that area is either already open or can be opened with a little time spent in meditation. Therefore, the main challenge has become loosening the front of the face.
When trying to pass the energy from the center of the head towards the forehead, it often doesn't go through easily. I interpret this as something that will gradually resolve, but for now, it's difficult to pass the energy through the front of the face, so I'm finding a breakthrough point and passing the energy through there.
For example, previously, I would loosen the left and right sides of the mouth, along the Ida and Pingala routes, and pass energy through them to loosen the nasal bridge. Recently, the central nasal bridge and the back of the nose have become looser, allowing the energy to pass through from the center. Therefore, the key points are the nasal bridge and the back of the nose.
In addition, when loosening the area between the eyebrows, it connects to the heart, but in addition to the heart, energy is also coming down from above, which is used to powerfully loosen the forehead.
In addition to the forehead, when a strong aura passes through the center of the head, I deeply loosen various areas, including the back of the nose and the jaw.
Here are the characteristics of these three stages:
Stage 1:
- The left and right sides of the mouth, Ida and Pingala.
- Nasal bridge, Manipura, and dantian.
Stage 2:
- The nasal bridge, the back of the nose, Manipura, and dantian become more activated.
Stage 3:
- A strong aura in the back of the head (from bottom to top).
- The penetration of a strong aura into the center of the head (from back to front).
- The penetration of a strong aura around the mouth, and the areas around the nose and jaw become deeply relaxed.
- The penetration of a strong aura into the forehead (from top to bottom).
This strong aura, which I've tentatively labeled as Stage 3, actually feels like it has many more stages, perhaps even ten or more. However, for now, it falls within the three stages I've described.
In this way, I feel the strong aura penetrating and deeply relaxing various parts of the head.

It transmits deeper energy through the neck.
Originally, my throat chakra (Vishuddha) was weak, but now, a deeper and thicker energy has flowed through it.
Release several muscles on the back of the face.
We gradually loosen the stiffness of the face from the inside out. Through meditation, we repeatedly move energy back and forth, left and right, to resolve muscle stiffness. Although it doesn't completely resolve everything at once, I can feel that the muscles are gradually decreasing every day. Correspondingly, the stiffness on the surface of the face is also gradually and appropriately being resolved.
