6/1

The back of the neck becomes activated.

I was meditating as usual, and today, I felt a tingling sensation like static electricity on the back of my neck, which seemed to activate something. As a result, I felt that the energy flowing through my neck and upwards increased slightly.

6/3

Loosen the inside of the forehead.

Following the previous session, I pass energy from the back of the eyes towards the forehead, diagonally upwards, while coordinating with my breath, especially the exhalation, gradually loosening the surface of the scalp. Initially, the sensation felt distant from the center of the head to the forehead, but it gradually moves closer to the forehead. Simultaneously, the loosening also spreads from the center of the head towards the forehead. Compared to the center of the head, the area near the forehead initially felt stiff, but it loosens from the inside out. The surface of the forehead also loosens accordingly. Although it is not completely loosened, this is a gradual process, and it involves repeating the process of loosening it further from the inside.

Release the lower part of the back of the head.

The location is not fixed in a specific area, but sometimes the lower part of the back of the head feels loose. In that area, there is a sensation of something bulging, and energy flows through it, further activating it.

Loosen the hat as if you were pulling it away from your head.

Actually, I am not wearing a hat, but the intention is to create movement by separating the part of the skull above the forehead, which is fused to the head as if a hat is stuck and cannot be removed.

It feels difficult to separate it by force from the outside, so instead, the intention is to use meditation to pass energy from the inside and separate the fusion from the inside.

The energy is extended from the center of the head towards the forehead, while loosening the localized area, and at the same time, the skull is expanded upwards to create a gap, thereby separating and loosening the skull or the skin.

As this continues, the stiffness in the crown is resolved, and at the same time, the eyes become easier to open. Although the eyes are not yet fully open, I feel that they are becoming easier to open than before.

6/6

The area between the eyebrows and the heart chakra began to activate in coordination.

It is sometimes said in spiritual and various fields that the Ajna (third eye) and Anahata (heart) are related, but until recently, I did not have the feeling that they were "directly connected."

Indeed, as a route, the Ajna in the head, the Vishuddha in the throat, and the Anahata in the chest are connected, and I have often felt the flow of energy in that sense, so I have long felt that they are related.

However, recently, energy has been concentrating and activating in the area between my eyebrows, and the moment that energy begins to flow through the area between my eyebrows, it literally synchronizes with the heart (Anahata). Because it is a literal synchronization, there is no distance between them, and they are directly connected as if they are at zero distance. They are individually activated, but they are directly connected, and they are individually activated while also being directly connected, accompanied by a sense of no distance and a sense of being individual, which seems contradictory.

It is a sense that, although they are individual, there is no distance. If I try to express it in words, it seems like a contradiction. The activation of the Ajna and the activation of the Anahata occur separately, but there is no sense of distance. Although they are in different locations, there should be a distance, but I do not feel that distance. This is not the feeling that the locations are the same. The locations are different. However, for some reason, there is no sense of distance.

It is through this strange state that the Ajna between the eyebrows and the heart in the chest have begun to synchronize and activate.

Perhaps this is the difference between the aura being connected as a line or being integrated as a circle. Or, to put it another way, it may be the difference between the chakras moving as individual chakras or moving as an integrated chakra.

The Ajna chakra is often said to be an "integrating chakra." In Sanskrit, it means "command," and it can be interpreted as the upper chakras integrating other chakras such as the Anahata. The Ajna also initially moves independently, but the story that the aura becomes an integrated chakra is often told in spiritual teachings. I am interpreting it that way for now.

The skin on his forehead began to activate, as if it were being peeled away from the skull.

On the same day that the Ajna and Anahata chakras began to synchronize and activate, this sensation unexpectedly started during my daily life. This morning, I felt that the Ajna and Anahata chakras were not distant from each other and were synchronized. This underlying feeling led to a sudden concentration of energy in my forehead, which happened unintentionally. As a result, the activation in my forehead began, and it felt like the skin was being pulled away from the skull.

The first thing I noticed is that the front part of the Ajna chakra has finally begun to activate. I feel like a mask is being removed, and the skin on my forehead and the front of my face is being pulled away from the skull.

This is not only an activation of the forehead area, but it also seems to be manifesting as a change in consciousness. Although it is still a little, I feel that my consciousness is becoming freer. I feel a glimmer of a new dawn. Although the night has not yet broken, I feel that it will.

Perhaps this is the awakening of the Ajna chakra. I would like to witness this.

6/8

The nasal bone broke as if it were being torn off again.

About a month ago, I also experienced something similar, with cracks appearing, and then an increase in energy flowing into the forehead and crown. However, it didn't seem to last very long. This time, I'm again loosening the rigidity of each part of the head, especially focusing on loosening the forehead and the area behind the eyebrows. Considering that the skin of the forehead seemed to be separated from the skull, I felt that the base of the nose was being pulled apart again, as if there was a hard mask on it, or as if a hard glass plate was breaking, revealing what was behind it. At the same time, I felt an increase in energy. Although it was basically the same as a month ago, a month ago, the forehead area seemed to be fused with the skull and was not moving, and while the energy was increasing, it gradually weakened and was difficult to stabilize.

This time, compared to last time, there is a certain continuity, but it seems that it still returns to its original state over time. However, it can be reopened with a short meditation, so it seems to be becoming easier to open.

It seems that the base of the nose is the key to the increase in energy, and as a result, the following areas are being activated in response:
- The inside of the nasal column (the lower part of the nose): Activation of energy in the abdomen, manipura (solar plexus, dan tien), and swadhisthana.
- The inside of the base of the nose (the upper part of the nose): Forehead, crown, and heart (anahata).

This is more noticeable than when the forehead was simply activated the other day. This is because at that time, the base of the nose was somewhat blocked, so I think that the heart (anahata) is likely connected when only the forehead is activated. On the other hand, when the base of the nose and its surrounding areas are all connected like this, it seems that the upper and lower chakras are integrated and begin to move.

6/14

Loosen the entire surface of the face and the entire back of the head in two stages separately.

The energy pathways (nadis in yoga) mainly run along the front of the face and along the spine. Based on my experience, I've found that dividing the process into two stages works better.

1. Start from the lower back of the neck, just below the occiput, and guide the energy through the upper occiput, the center of the head, the back of the eyes, the back of the nose, and the depths of the jaw and mouth to release tension.
2. Use the tip of the tongue (khecharimudra) to guide the energy through the left and right canine teeth (along the ida and pingala nadis), and then guide the energy through the base of the nose and the space between the eyebrows to release tension.

Especially when you wake up in the morning, there is often stiffness. So, I start from the stiffest areas. The lower back of the neck is often already relaxed, so I start from the center of the occiput and gradually release the tension with each breath. Specifically, during meditation, I imagine pushing the tip of the energy with my finger (of course, there is no physical finger) in sync with the exhale. When you push, the stiff areas are pushed back according to the strength of the energy. Initially, it can be difficult to get the energy to flow through the stiff areas, but by repeatedly pushing with the exhale, the energy will flow, and the area will become more relaxed. Sometimes, you may feel that an area is very stiff and the energy won't flow through, but if you keep trying, it will suddenly break through or the entire area will move and begin to relax. Previously, some areas were very stiff and didn't seem to move at all, but recently, I can usually relax them after a few exhales. However, the area around the base of the nose and between the eyebrows is still quite challenging and takes a bit more time. Nevertheless, this is just a matter of time, and I'm no longer in a situation where I have to spend a long time without any movement. So, the first stage is to release tension from the occiput to the back of the eyes and around the mouth, and the second stage is to guide the energy along the surface of the face using khecharimudra.

6/16

The nasal bridge can be activated through meditation.

For a while now, I have been channeling energy (prana) through the nasal bone, thereby activating the ajna (third eye) located on the forehead and the sahasrara (crown chakra) at the top of the head. However, unexpectedly, today, I felt a specific aura gathering from the middle of the nasal bridge, closer to the tip of the nose, but just short of reaching the very tip of the nasal septum. This aura began to flow along with a pulsating sensation, like a heartbeat. Perhaps, until now, this area had not been properly reached by the aura, and it has finally started to flow there. While it was somewhat flowing throughout the area before, there is a difference in the sense of it now flowing more thoroughly.

As a result of this, I feel that the entire area of the nose, including the nasal bone that I have been activating, has become even more activated. Consequently, energy flows more easily and the forehead and crown chakra become easier to activate.

There is still some stiffness remaining around the tip of the nose and the mouth, and even in the area that has now been activated, there are still some issues to address. Nevertheless, compared to before, I feel that the overall tension has been released to a greater extent.

The effect of Kechalimumdora increased after the nasal bridge became less prominent.

Previously, I believe that Kecharimudra was activated by using the left and right sides of the upper teeth, which are likely the Ida and Pingala energy channels in yoga. That is how I have interpreted it. Even then, Kecharimudra was effective, and it was possible to introduce and release energy into the forehead and the base of the nose. There was some effect when the tongue was placed in the center, but it was limited.

Today, due to the aura passing through and releasing in the back of the nose, the effect of placing the tongue in the center, which was previously weak, has increased. It felt like something was blocking the flow of energy (prana) from the center, but now it is flowing through the center.

As a result, it is no longer necessary to move the tongue to the left and right, and simply placing the tongue naturally in the center of the upper teeth allows energy (prana) to flow to the forehead and the crown of the head. This is noticeable not only during meditation but also in daily life, and by placing the tongue in the center of the upper teeth during daily activities, it is possible to introduce and release energy into the forehead and the crown of the head for a long time. This means that I can now use time other than meditation more easily. While meditation has its own effects, it has also become possible to generate a certain degree of meditative effect during other times. Even before, I was conscious of the flow of energy in daily life, but it has become much easier to do so now.

The front of the face and the rest of it started to stick together.

Before the energy of the aura flowed through the bridge of the nose, the front of the face and the rest of the face needed to be activated separately. However, after it flowed through, it seems that they began to activate as a single entity.

6/17

Various interpretations of meditation ultimately lead to energy.

This is based on my understanding of the current state of affairs.

I have understood this for a long time, but I am not as certain about it now as I am now. Now, I understand that, ultimately, it is still like that, and that there are various interpretations.

There are practices like Kriya Yoga, which emphasize energy in meditation, while other schools emphasize the spiritual aspects, or thoughts and the state of tranquility and stillness. These may seem different on the surface, but ultimately, they all lead back to the topic of energy.

Even with energy, there are lower and higher levels. Lower energy is the astral energy that governs emotions, and it is related to thoughts and various emotions. On the other hand, the higher level is what is often called a state of stillness, but it is not just about emotions or thoughts, nor is it just about stillness; it is about energy.

Therefore, meditation can be interpreted in various ways, and it is often said to be "concentration" or "observation," but the underlying principle is energy. Whether it is concentration or observation is simply a matter of interpretation. When you actually look at the energy, it may not be that different.

In various spiritual schools, there are groups that are trying to eliminate thoughts, groups that are aiming for enlightenment, groups that have the goal of awakening, and even groups that are aiming for the law of attraction. Although the goals and their expressions may vary, they are ultimately talking about energy.

Energy, in terms of the human body, is like prana in yoga, or the astral body in theosophy, or the causal body (karma, cause), or other levels. In many cases, it often boils down to the problem of the astral body, which governs emotions. The key is to address this energy. Thoughts are a problem of the energy field, and emotional stagnation is also energy.

When there are problems with emotions or relationships, the aura is damaged, and the important energy channels (nadis in yoga) in the body become blocked, causing energy to stagnate. This can lead to illness. In many cases, it is related to the mental state, but it can also develop into physical problems. The state of consciousness is also closely related to energy; when energy stagnates, the state of consciousness becomes clouded and dark.

In relationships between people, the aura of the face is particularly important. I believe that if the energy channel on the front of the face is damaged, it can affect the entire body's energy.

In particular, in Japan, negative and pessimistic emotions are instilled from a young age, so I think it is often the case that the energy pathways on the front of the face are blocked. When that happens, consciousness becomes hazy, thinking becomes dull, actions become slow, and results decrease. As a result, people end up hindering each other, creating a society where abilities cannot be fully expressed. The stagnation of Japanese society can also be seen as a result of suppressing the abilities of Japanese people who have the potential to excel, using negative emotions.

To escape from this, it is important to avoid receiving negative emotions from a young age.

And recently, it is often said that "one must not fight," but if negative emotions are mentioned and block the energy of the face, it is necessary to resist and reject attacks from others. However, it can be difficult to resist when one is young, so it is important for those around them to protect them. Sometimes, even if it appears that people are getting along well, one person may be manipulating the other through codependency. In that case, the aura on the front of one person's face is open, while the aura on the other person's face is blocked. Unfortunately, in such cases, the person who is bullying often has an open aura, while the victim often has a blocked aura. In such cases, the bullying may appear to be friendly, making it difficult for those around them to recognize it. However, when looking at the aura, it is clear that if one person's aura is open and the other person's aura is closed, then they are in a relationship of bullying. This is an interpretation from an energetic perspective. Even if one does not talk about aura, if one person's expression or emotions appear bright, while the other person's expression is dull and stagnant, then even if it appears to be a good relationship from the outside, it is a relationship of bullying.

In reality, such relationships exist not only in schools but also in companies, where there may be a superior and subordinate who appear to be getting along well. In such cases, the superior is suppressing the subordinate's abilities while telling the subordinate to produce results, which leads to a situation where the subordinate's abilities gradually decrease while the superior's reprimands increase. From the outside, it may appear that the subordinate is working hard, but in reality, the superior is achieving results while the subordinate is being used and discarded. This is what I think is often seen in many environments in Japan.

If you study spirituality, you will understand that such relationships are unproductive and, in the long run, do not yield results, or that they are systems that rely on treating people as disposable. Perhaps, during the period of rapid economic growth, there were plenty of people available, but even so, such a system would force superiors to continue achieving results by exploiting and discarding their subordinates.

From a spiritual perspective, relationships that block the energy in the front of the face are unproductive. To maximize results, it is better to allow energy to flow through the entire body to activate thoughts and actions. In that case, scolding or yelling at others to intimidate them would be counterproductive. Such actions would cause energy to stagnate, making it impossible to think and hindering results.

The topic shifts slightly. There are a certain number of people in the world who do work that involves channeling energy to heal the body. Practices like Qigong and healing, while fundamentally dealing with energy, require caution because there are various types of people in this world.

Ultimately, true healing involves exploring one's own energy pathways (nadis in yoga) and generating energy from within. This connects to the energy of the universe, but while healing from others can help to some extent, ultimately, one must be able to channel energy themselves.

In meditation, the meaning of various practices becomes clear when you realize that they all involve channeling and activating energy.

Although the breathing techniques in yoga vary depending on the school, if you consider them to be energy work, you will realize that the core is not the breathing itself, but the energy that moves in conjunction with the breathing.

The left and right energies, known as Ida and Pingala in yoga, seem to be energies that are relatively close to the astral plane and can be moved in conjunction with breathing.

On the other hand, the central energy, known as Sushumna in yoga, seems to be constantly moving, regardless of breathing.

In this way, there are differences in the quality and hierarchy of energy, and it seems that they are divided into stages: those that work in conjunction with breathing, those that move in conjunction with breathing, an intermediate level between those that move in conjunction with breathing and those that are constantly moving, and those that are constantly moving regardless of breathing.

Initially, you move energy in sync with your breath, and eventually, you will be able to circulate energy continuously without needing to synchronize it with your breath.

6/25

The lower part of the back of the head is becoming loose and starting to sag.

It feels like the looseness is progressing more than before, and it's spreading to the left and right, with a feeling of expansion.

Pass a stronger energy through the back of the head and the area between the eyebrows.

Basically, it's the same as before. Starting from the center of the back of the head, I pass energy through the top of the head, the center of the head, and towards the space between the eyebrows. Starting from the center of the back of the head is because, although energy is already flowing there to some extent, the path ahead is not yet fully open, so I start from there. If there is no energy flowing there, I would start from the beginning. However, recently, I often start from the area near the center of the back of the head. And on some days, I focus on passing energy through the space between the eyebrows from the very beginning. However, the center of the head still tends to be easily blocked, so I usually start from the center of the back of the head, then pass energy through the center of the head, and finally through the space between the eyebrows.

As the relaxation in the area around the space between the eyebrows progresses, the energy flows and activates, splitting to the left and right of the space between the eyebrows.

It seems that the area around the space between the eyebrows is still not completely open, and there are still challenges, but I feel that it has become much easier to pass energy through compared to before. I feel that a thicker and stronger energy is flowing through.

Whether something is good or bad is determined by the means used to pass energy through the chakra between the eyebrows.

In higher dimensions, there is neither good nor evil. However, in this physical, low-dimensional realm, they exist. In terms of the individual level, I think that the method of opening the third eye chakra (between the eyebrows) can be used to classify things as good or evil.

Good:
- Opening the third eye chakra without causing harm to others, or by helping others, or in order to help others.

Evil:
- Opening the third eye chakra by sacrificing others.

It is not an exaggeration to say that most things can be largely categorized into these two.

A clear example of evil is bullying. Bullies raise their own energy by sacrificing others.

A clear example of good is practitioners or people who help others and live by it.

Evil, even without conscious awareness, results in opening the third eye chakra through self-training or winning a certain competition. By interacting with evil and losing a competition, the third eye chakra closes. This may not happen directly, but indirectly, it often results in that.

A clear example of evil is constantly insulting or belittling others. Even if there is no basis for it, the act itself becomes energy and opens the third eye chakra of the evildoer. For the victim who is insulted, the chakra closes. This is a very clear phenomenon, where the chakra opens or closes in exchange for the evil karma. People with karma are increasingly involved in competitions, so as a result, they often end up hindering each other. Even if they initially win and their chakra opens slightly, their chakra often closes in the end. If they cannot continue to win, their chakra will close.

While goodness only exists in the lower dimensions, from the perspective of power and chakra, evil tends to be stronger than good. This is because sacrificing others can easily raise energy in the short term. However, on the other hand, if a stronger being appears, you may lose. It is a world of survival of the fittest. There is no guarantee that energy will increase in the long term.

Ultimately, even if you open your chakra, if you only have a low-dimensional understanding, you will be drawn into competitions and devoured by evil. In spiritual terms, this is like having your aura eaten. In rare cases, it can even lead to the disappearance of the soul.

Because people don't understand what the true goal is, they end up pursuing things like using certain techniques or seeing things that are normally invisible, which are low-dimensional goals. And they are deceived, and in the end, they are consumed by a greater evil.

In many cases, what people call "spiritual" is actually about power, and if that's the case, they will eventually be consumed by evil. That is a huge power, and the destruction of the soul is one of its destinations. So, how can we avoid that? It is by changing the value system that believes that being strong is good. Power is a low-dimensional concept, and we must avoid the low dimension and reach the high dimension. However, even if we say that, it is not easily understood, and few people are seeking it. Moreover, most people in this world don't even understand what energy is, and they just want to live happily, so showing them such an answer would not be valuable.

There are a certain number of "spiritual" people in this world who have a disgusting aura, like they are living by sucking the aura of others, and they are living by strengthening their aura with that. It is important not to associate with such people. Such people may have their chakras somewhat open, but if they lack personality, then there is not much value in that.

6/27

Apply an aura from the top of the forehead and let it flow down.

As a preliminary step, the energy is passed through the back of the head and the center of the head, and then towards the forehead and between the eyebrows. Previously, it took time to pass the energy through the back of the head and the center of the head, but recently, that area is either already open or can be opened with a little time spent in meditation. Therefore, the main challenge has become loosening the front of the face.

When trying to pass the energy from the center of the head towards the forehead, it often doesn't go through easily. I interpret this as something that will gradually resolve, but for now, it's difficult to pass the energy through the front of the face, so I'm finding a breakthrough point and passing the energy through there.

For example, previously, I would loosen the left and right sides of the mouth, along the Ida and Pingala routes, and pass energy through them to loosen the nasal bridge. Recently, the central nasal bridge and the back of the nose have become looser, allowing the energy to pass through from the center. Therefore, the key points are the nasal bridge and the back of the nose.

In addition, when loosening the area between the eyebrows, it connects to the heart, but in addition to the heart, energy is also coming down from above, which is used to powerfully loosen the forehead.

In addition to the forehead, when a strong aura passes through the center of the head, I deeply loosen various areas, including the back of the nose and the jaw.

Here are the characteristics of these three stages:

Stage 1:
- The left and right sides of the mouth, Ida and Pingala.
- Nasal bridge, Manipura, and Dan Tian.

Stage 2:
- The nasal bridge, the back of the nose, Manipura, and Dan Tian are more activated.

Stage 3:
- A strong aura in the back of the head (from bottom to top).
- The penetration of a strong aura into the center of the head (from back to front).
- The penetration of a strong aura around the mouth, and the areas around the nose and jaw are deeply loosened.
- The penetration of a strong aura into the forehead (from top to bottom).

This strong aura, which I've tentatively labeled as Stage 3, actually feels like it has more than 10 stages, but for now, I'm classifying it as Stage 3 based on the characteristics described above.

In this way, I feel a strong aura penetrating and deeply loosening various parts of the head.

6/29

It transmits deeper energy through the neck.

Originally, my throat chakra (Vishuddha) was weak, but now, a deeper and thicker energy has flowed through it.

Release several muscles on the back of the face.

We gradually loosen the stiffness of the face from the inside. Through meditation, we repeatedly move energy back and forth, left and right, to resolve muscle stiffness. Although it doesn't completely resolve everything at once, I can feel that the muscles are gradually decreasing every day. Correspondingly, the stiffness on the surface of the face is also gradually and appropriately being resolved.
