The conditions that occur can vary from day to day, and the time frame is also varied. Therefore, there is no need to necessarily experience the same thing, it is just an example of what can happen.
For example, when meditating, the initial stage of a state of stillness may occur within the first 10 to 20 minutes, or it may be a deeper level of stillness than the original state. For example, it may be like a slight "shock wave" centered in the head, and at that moment, the stillness deepens by one level, centered in the head, and extending to the upper part of the chest.
If you continue meditating for 20 to 30 minutes, the next stage of deeper stillness may occur. For example, stillness may spread around the chest and abdomen, and a slight "shock wave" may occur, deepening the stillness at that moment.
If you meditate further, and after about 10 to 20 minutes, the stillness may deepen further. For example, a slight shock wave that envelops both the head and the heart in the chest may spread, deepening the stillness over a wide area. At the same time, the muscles relax.
As the stillness deepens, things become clearer. This literally means that the visual perception of the body deepens, and the mind becomes aware of subtle movements. The sense of smell and touch also become more sensitive. At the same time, the stillness and calmness deepen, and the sense of happiness increases.
However, although the perception deepens, it does not seem to change much when looking at your own reflection in a mirror. Rather, it seems to appear as a slightly blurry image after meditation. There seems to be a slight discrepancy between how you perceive your own state of consciousness and how others might see you. This may be because it is slightly different when you are standing up rather than sitting down.
After finishing meditation and entering daily life, this state of stillness tends to continue for a while. Although the state of consciousness gradually decreases over time, it will eventually be raised again through meditation. This is a repeated process.
By repeating meditation in this way, the stillness gradually deepens, and the stillness and happiness also spread to daily life.
