After focusing on relaxing the frontal lobe and the top of the head through meditation, relax the central part again.

So far, I have been loosening each part of the head, especially the peripheral areas.

1. Loosen each part with a "mish" or "baki" sound (several times).
2. The lower half of the head.
3. The skin on the forehead, near the eyes (the surface layer).
4. Both ears, from the ear upwards.
5. The back of the head.

And in the next stage, about 10 days ago, I started focusing on loosening the frontal lobe.

During meditation, I focus on the area between the eyebrows, the tip of the nose, and the frontal lobe, trying not to use much physical force, but rather concentrating my awareness. Then, the frontal lobe naturally moves and makes a "baki" sound. I think it's probably not necessary to move the body so much, but even with this much movement, it seems to be okay, so I don't worry too much and concentrate my awareness, allowing the muscles to "baki" and "gori" (make cracking sounds).

As a result, I gradually feel that the area is loosening, and the parts that feel stiff are decreasing each day. Initially, the boundary was just above the eyes, below the eyebrows, and the area above that felt stiff up to the top of the head. Now, the boundary is just above the eyebrows.

About 10 days ago: The boundary was between the eyes and the eyebrows.
Now: The boundary is above the eyebrows.

Overall, the loosening has progressed more than 10 days ago, but there is still some stiffness remaining, especially towards the top of the head.

Parts that still have stiffness:
- The top of the head.
- The center of the head.

For the next stage, I think it might be better to loosen the center of the head before the top of the head.

Now, when I meditate, I continue to loosen the area from above the eyebrows to the top of the head, but I also feel a change in energy entering the back of my throat.

I think that previously, there was an energetic blockage in the area near the eyes, below the eyebrows, but by expanding the route slightly (by the distance between the eyebrows and the eyes), the energy is now entering the center of the head more easily.

- Between the eyebrows → The back of the throat (larynx, slightly above the larynx) → Vishuddha (throat chakra) → Anahata (heart chakra) → Manipura (solar plexus chakra)

The most noticeable change is in the back of the throat, where the energy is directed. It's not as low as the Vishuddha chakra, but I feel that energy is entering the back of the throat, near the larynx or slightly above it, from the area between the eyebrows and the mouth. A strong energy, like a slight "whooshing" sound, is hitting the back of the throat. This is especially noticeable during meditation, but even when the center of the head is stiff, it seems that energy is still entering.

And, because this energy is entering, the center of the head is becoming more activated, and the movement is gradually increasing. There is still stiffness and a feeling of "tightness," and I feel the need to loosen the center of the head further. It seems that the center of the head is trying to expand, but it is being hindered by the surrounding stiffness.

Previously, the area around my head was so stiff that there was absolutely no room for the center of my head to move. I felt like my entire head was as hard as a fossil. Now, at least, some movement has started to appear in various areas, but the center of my head still feels a little stiff. I think that as I gradually increase the movement through meditation, a hard part located at the boundary between the center of my head and the surrounding area sometimes cracks, and the center of my head becomes easier to move.

It seems that with each meditation, it gradually loosens, expands, then becomes cramped again, and then cracks and loosens again, and then, when there is more room for movement, it expands a little more, and this repeats.
