You can simply express gratitude without thinking about complicated things.

Some people may not be satisfied unless they understand the logic behind something, but in reality, understanding the logic is not essential. You can understand it if you want, but simply expressing gratitude is also fine.

Even if you don't understand, you can simply express gratitude and live a life filled with gratitude. That is often quite sufficient.

The same goes for meditation.

There are various types of meditation, some of which involve discussing logic and truth and contemplating them. However, simply repeating "thank you" is also quite sufficient as a form of meditation.

There is also mantra meditation, but you can repeat "thank you" instead of a mantra. In some cases, "thank you" may be more effective than certain mantras.

Simply repeating "thank you," "thank you," "thank you" will gradually activate your body, fill it with energy, purify impurities, and fill it with light.

Especially at first, saying "thank you" itself may be very difficult. You may suddenly feel pain when you try to say "thank you," and you may only be able to say it once or twice. This may be due to past traumas that are stored in your heart, so you don't have to force yourself to say it. Just say "thank you" as many times as you can, even if it's just once or twice.

Eventually, the words "thank you" will naturally flow out of you, and you will be able to say them repeatedly.

In that sense, it is quite remarkable that etiquette is highly valued in Japanese society. In general media, teaching such etiquette is often criticized as "bullying" or "power harassment," and expressing gratitude to employees is becoming taboo. However, originally, etiquette and saying "thank you" are not bullying, but rather, the inability to express gratitude in the first place may cause personal traumas to surface and cause suffering.

Of course, there are certainly cases where the environment is truly harassing, but when teaching basic principles or employee education, it is necessary to return to the original concept of gratitude. Otherwise, gratitude may seem like harassment.

In Japan, gratitude and society are closely linked. However, living according to Japanese customs can deepen gratitude, purify it, and increase its radiance. It can be said that the traditional Japanese society was a society where things could be resolved simply by expressing gratitude.

It is a much better society than the current society where people are discarded if they do not produce results.
