Prana, as mentioned in yoga, is what is commonly referred to as "energy," a type of life energy that works in the areas closest to the body and is the fundamental energy of a person. This can be replenished by eating food, and it can also be enhanced by being close to nature.

On the other hand, Kundalini is a fundamental energy that arises from within a person, emerging from the Muladhara (root chakra) and rising to the Sahasrara (crown chakra).

Although they are sometimes expressed as similar things, they are different. Prana exists from a relatively early stage, but in the case of ordinary people who have not undergone training, prana is weak and not fully developed. By practicing or eating good food, prana can be enhanced, allowing one to live a healthy life.

Prana is important not only for healthy living but also for the awakening of Kundalini. By first enhancing prana, the foundation for Kundalini to move is created.

When Kundalini begins to move, it connects with the fundamental energy and enters a different state of aura.

Kundalini initially starts from the Muladhara and gradually rises to the dominant area, but when it reaches the Sahasrara, it leads to a state of tranquility.

This does not happen immediately, but rather changes gradually over months or years.

The activation of Kundalini allows one to achieve a certain level of spiritual maturity, but after that, the Higher Self descends and merges with the conscious mind.

These are all recognized as different "auras," namely, the aura of prana, the aura of Kundalini, and the aura of the Higher Self, and they are recognized as separate entities.

When it comes to aura, it may be a misnomer, but everything is recognized as something that "can be felt," and it is recognized as "that" with different states and different sensations.
