In the past month, as the Sahasrara chakra has begun to open more firmly, the influx of energy has increased, resulting in a noticeable decrease in food intake. While I still feel hunger, simple meals are often sufficient.
Conversely, when I consume excessive amounts of food, or food containing non-vegetarian ingredients or unhealthy oils, or foods generally considered unhealthy, the opening of the Sahasrara chakra may worsen, and this can affect the state of the aura, directly causing negative effects. This can lead to an unstable state of the Sahasrara chakra, making it more difficult to receive energy, and further lowering energy levels, creating a vicious cycle.
However, even in such cases, meditating and re-opening the Sahasrara chakra can restore the flow of energy. I'm starting to think that it might be better to eat less, even if it means sacrificing a substantial meal, if it ultimately leads to a loss of energy. I'm experimenting with different approaches.
In essence, the energy we ingest through food is primarily material, and while food also carries auric energy, the amount of energy I'm currently receiving through the Sahasrara chakra is greater than the energy I receive from food. Therefore, if eating causes the Sahasrara chakra to be negatively affected and close, it's probably better to opt for simpler meals.
This is a matter of balance. Of course, nutrients are necessary for maintaining the physical body, and at the same time, it's important to enhance auric energy. Previously, I relied on food for both, but now that I can obtain auric energy through the Sahasrara chakra, I can rely on simpler foods for physical energy.
The aura of the person who prepared the food also mixes into the dish, so food prepared by someone with a negative aura can introduce unwanted energies. The reason why food prepared by skilled cooks tastes good is not only due to the ingredients but also because the aura is pleasant.
When eating out, there are various cooks, and the quality can vary. While it's good to become a regular at a specific restaurant, I'm starting to think that supplements and frozen foods might be safer because they don't carry the aura of another person.
Generally, frozen foods used to be evaluated as tasteless and mediocre, but recently they have been evolving and the taste is becoming normal. Moreover, unlike dishes that depend on the quality of the chef, which can be hit or miss, frozen foods have almost no "aura." This is the best part.
If you can have a meal surrounded by the pleasant aura of a good chef, that is a kind of happiness. However, recently, I have been thinking that if the energy of the aura is taken from Sahasralara, then perhaps frozen foods or supplements are safer in terms of nutrients. This is just an observation, and I don't know what will happen in the future, but I think this is a viable approach.
My weight has been stable, and I have a slight belly, but about two months ago, I was flagged for a specific health guidance program. I have a coach who checks my diet, and I weigh myself and record it almost every day, with a graph showing the trends. In the past month, I have lost about 2 kg, so it doesn't seem to be a coincidence.
... After that, another month has passed, and I have lost about 5 kg in total, with a maximum and minimum of 2 months. 90 kg -> 85 kg. This is a good pace. I feel good physically.
