Over the past month, as the Sahasrara chakra has begun to open more firmly, the influx of energy has increased, resulting in a noticeable decrease in food intake. While I still feel hungry, simple meals are often sufficient.
Conversely, if I overeat, consume non-vegetarian foods, or use unhealthy oils in my meals, or eat foods generally considered unhealthy, the Sahasrara chakra may close slightly, and my aura may be affected. This can directly have a negative impact, leading to an unstable state of the Sahasrara chakra, making it more difficult to receive energy, and further reducing energy levels, creating a vicious cycle.
However, by meditating and re-opening the Sahasrara chakra, energy can flow again. I've been thinking that if eating, even healthy food, can negatively impact my energy levels, it might be better to eat less. I'm currently experimenting with different approaches.
In essence, the energy we consume through food is primarily material, and while food also carries auric energy, the amount of energy I'm currently receiving through the Sahasrara chakra is greater than the energy I receive from food. Therefore, if eating causes the Sahasrara chakra to be negatively affected and close, it's better to opt for simpler meals.
This is a matter of balance. Of course, nutrients are necessary for maintaining the physical body, and auric energy is also important for spiritual well-being. Previously, I relied on food for both, but now, since auric energy can be obtained through the Sahasrara chakra, I've been focusing on simpler, more basic foods for physical energy.
The aura of the person who cooked the food also mixes into the meal. Therefore, food prepared by someone with a negative aura can introduce unwanted energies. The reason why food prepared by skilled chefs tastes good is not only due to the ingredients but also because the aura is pleasant.
When eating out, there's a wide range of chefs, and the quality can vary. While it's good to become a regular at a specific restaurant, I'm starting to think that supplements and frozen foods might be safer because they don't carry the aura of another person.
Traditionally, frozen foods have been considered tasteless and of low quality, but recently, they've been improving in taste. More importantly, they eliminate the "chef lottery" and contain very little aura, which is a significant advantage.
While it's wonderful to enjoy meals prepared by skilled chefs with pleasant auras, if we're focusing on receiving auric energy through the Sahasrara chakra, supplements and frozen foods might be a safer option for nutritional needs. This is something I'm observing, and I'm not sure how it will evolve, but it seems like a viable approach.
My weight has been stable, with a slight belly, but about two months ago, I was flagged for a specific health checkup. I have a coach who monitors my diet, and I weigh myself almost every day, recording the data and viewing graphs to track trends. Over the past month, I've lost about 2 kg, so it's not just my imagination.
...After another month, I lost about 5 kg in total, with a maximum and minimum of 2 months. 90 kg -> 85 kg. It's a good pace. I feel good physically.
