Something, perhaps a slight loosening in my mind, has caused a corresponding relaxation and softening in various parts of my body, making it easier for energy to flow to those areas.
For example, in my arm, when something loosens in my mind, particularly in the center, it feels like a thin line is connecting that point to my arm, and that's how the arm loosens.
It's as if the strings that suspend a puppet are loosening, causing that part of the puppet to relax. There's a feeling of lines connecting from the center of my mind to various parts of my body, and when the center loosens, various parts of my body relax simultaneously.
This isn't just happening during meditation; it also happens when I wake up suddenly at night, during dozing, or even during normal daily activities.
As a result, I'm gradually experiencing deeper relaxation. When the tension in a particular area is released, relaxation occurs automatically.
So, the center of my mind loosens, various parts of my body relax, and relaxation deepens (slightly).
