In the nostalgic Super Mario game, there was a phenomenon called "infinite multiplication." Similarly, if you can get into a continuous loop of gratitude, even just once at the beginning, gratitude will easily and continuously appear.

Initially, meditate and fill your body with aura, focus your consciousness on your forehead, and when you reach a certain state of stillness, there are various triggers. For example, chanting the mantra "Om" will raise your energy, and at that moment, you will enter a loop of infinite gratitude.

1. Sit in meditation and reach a certain state of stillness.
2. Chant "Om."
3. Energy rises.
4. Gratitude arises. Return to step 3.

If you can get into the loop with the "Om" mantra just once at the beginning, gratitude will naturally arise afterward. The rising gratitude increases energy, and the increased energy causes gratitude to arise again, and the rising gratitude further increases energy, creating a repeating loop.

Once gratitude and energy arise, they settle down a bit. Then, by entering a new loop of gratitude, gratitude and energy rise again, and this process is repeated many times.

You can enter a loop of gratitude simply by sitting in meditation with a straight back, without chanting a mantra. If sitting alone is not enough to enter the loop of gratitude, a little chanting can help you quickly enter the loop. If the loop of gratitude is interrupted, chanting "Om" will quickly restore the loop.

As a prerequisite, a certain amount of energy and a certain degree of stillness are necessary. However, once you exceed a certain threshold, it seems that you can enter the loop of gratitude.

When gratitude does not arise, simply sit and meditate to calm the impurities within your body, or chant a mantra if you are energetically deficient.

Once you are sufficiently prepared and can enter the loop of gratitude, you can easily continue to feel gratitude. It's like the infinite multiplication in the nostalgic Super Mario game; once the initial trigger is activated, you can easily enter a state of continuous gratitude.

On some days, you may simply sit down and enter the loop of steps 3 and 4 without chanting a mantra. In such cases, energy rises the moment you sit down to meditate, and at the same time, feelings of gratitude arise. In that case, you are already in a loop of infinite gratitude.

When you are in a state of infinite gratitude, you not only feel gratitude but also feel gratitude for yourself for being able to feel such gratitude, and for the environment in which you are currently. You feel grateful for being able to be such a grateful person, and you naturally feel grateful for the environment that allows you to feel such gratitude.
