Initially, I focused my awareness on my third eye, following the meditation I've been doing recently. I visualized a path from both ears to my third eye, and also imagined a pillar of light or mist rising from below, filling the aura around my head and flowing into my third eye.
After meditating for about an hour, energy began to flow through areas that were previously blocked, and my aura began to fill the area around my third eye. However, there were still some rigid areas remaining. Continuing in this way, I felt that a "starting point" or a "gap" appeared near my third eye, as if I could grasp it with my hand or pry it open. When I focused on that point, I felt a slight movement and that the energy flow improved a little. This was a precursor to what happened next: I felt that a gap appeared, and then the areas around both eyes began to synchronize and loosen. Soon after, energy pathways opened from both eyes, going upwards through my eyebrows.
I had felt something similar with these pathways leading upwards from my eyes before, but I hadn't felt them so clearly. Now, I feel that the energy is flowing more clearly than before. And, not only above the eyebrows, but after continuing to meditate in that state for a while, the area around my third eye became more relaxed overall, and energy began to concentrate more on my third eye than before.
Although there is still rigidity around my third eye, it feels far from being fully open. Nevertheless, I feel that it's the first step, as energy has begun to flow into my third eye.
In my daily life, I think that focusing my awareness on the area above my eyebrows makes it easier for my aura to enter my third eye. Perhaps this is not a general phenomenon, but rather a temporary one, because the pathway is weak, and focusing on it makes it easier for energy to enter my third eye. I'm sure that as time passes, the places where I should focus my awareness will change.
That same night, after continuing meditation, an aura gathered near the hairline on my forehead, and the area around my eyebrows began to relax even further. Although it was not completely relaxed, I felt that the stiffness on my forehead suddenly began to loosen. At the same time, not only the forehead but also various parts of the head began to relax in unison, and I felt that the head became softer again by one more level overall. Although it is not perfect yet, it is like a crack in an eggshell, but I feel that there is movement in my head, as if the stiff muscles are beginning to loosen, or the cartilage is beginning to loosen. For example, the area behind my nose or the upper part of the back of my head, which were already relatively relaxed, seemed to be moving even better.
It feels as if not only the forehead, but the entire head has become looser by another level, and above all, the "tightness" in the head has been alleviated. Until now, the feeling of tightness was particularly concentrated around the forehead and frontal lobe, and while the overall tightness in the head was not completely gone, this time, the tightness around the frontal lobe has been significantly alleviated, and compared to yesterday, the overall tightness has been considerably reduced. There is still some "hardness" like lumps in some areas, so I would like to gradually resolve them.
12/17
Until recently, an aura was passing through the center of the forehead in a circular pattern, and it was not entering the center itself very much. Now, an aura is passing through the center from the right side, crossing the center horizontally, and along with that, I feel that the area around the forehead and other parts of the head are becoming even more relaxed.
12/18
Today, I also feel that an aura is entering the center of the forehead, and I feel that a strong aura is also entering the lower jaw.
12/19
As I was meditating to allow an aura to pass through the forehead, as I did recently, an aura began to pass through the left and right sides of the neck, up and down. It feels similar to the sensation when the lymph nodes were swollen, so it may be near the lymph nodes.
12/20
Today, as I meditate to allow an aura to pass through the forehead, an aura naturally passes through the left and right sides of the neck, and today, in addition to the left and right sides of the neck, a little aura has also begun to pass through the front of the neck, near the throat.
I originally have a weak Vishuddha chakra in my throat, but I would like to strengthen it if possible, so I would like to observe.
12/22
Along with the increased pressure in the center of the head, the area between the eyebrows feels slightly pushed forward (although it's only about 0.2cm), and along with that, the eyes feel pushed outward to the sides, and it feels like the left and right sides of the forehead are starting to move independently, and there is a sense of movement.
12/23
As the sensation in the area between the eyebrows intensifies, I feel that the stiffness in the forehead is being alleviated (although it still feels stiff). Not only the forehead, but also the center of the crown, the left and right sides of the center of the crown, the back of the crown, and the left and right sides of the back of the crown, all feel like they are becoming more relaxed.
As a result, I feel like the upper half of the head is enveloped in static electricity or a white aura, and I feel that not only do I feel it, but I can also see it. I feel a tingling sensation in the Sahasrara chakra at the crown.
12/26
Mainly, I feel a cracking and breaking sensation in the area around the crown.
12/27
The back of the head mainly begins to relax. Immediately after starting meditation, the area between the eyebrows and forehead crack and break, and after 10-15 minutes, the crown feels the same cracking and relaxing. Then, after another 5-10 minutes, the back of the head begins to feel the same cracking and relaxing.
This kind of relaxation in the back of the head has not been completely absent before, but this time, it feels like the relaxation is deepening by several levels.
Probably, the front of the face is relaxing more, and next is the crown, and the area that is not relaxing is the back of the head. The energetic pressure in the head comes from the center, and it is likely that the energy entering through the area between the eyebrows is strong. First, the energy in the area between the eyebrows and forehead becomes stronger, creating pressure, which then spreads, and next, the center of the head and the crown accordingly relax, and finally, the back of the head, which is the least relaxed, is cracking. I think that is the case.
