In daily life, live in a happy meditative state while activating the back of the head.

In the past, when I meditated, the Sahasrara chakra would sometimes activate, leading to a state filled with happy and loving feelings. After meditation, when returning to daily life, the activation of the Sahasrara would gradually subside, and the feeling of happiness would diminish. This cycle repeated itself. Initially, the connection to the Sahasrara was just a faint line, and the feeling of happiness, although immense at the time, did not last long.

Gradually, the Sahasrara chakra began to activate more strongly, and not only there, but also along the energy pathways, from the spine to the neck, and from the back of the head to the crown of the head (the Sahasrara). This pathway, known as the Sushumna in yoga, began to open. As it opened, the activation of the Sahasrara lasted longer.

Recently, the area at the back of the head has become relatively open, although it sometimes closes. However, even without seated meditation, simply focusing on this pathway allows energy to flow, activating the Sahasrara. When I go to crowded places or experience chaotic situations, it tends to close, but even then, it opens again when I become a little calmer, even while going about my daily life.

I feel that I am now spending more than half of my daily life with the Sahasrara chakra activated. Although there are variations in my condition from day to day, compared to before, it is in a state that is quite open regardless of my condition.

Occasionally, if I am tired the day before, the Sahasrara may be closed the next morning. When it is closed, my consciousness becomes blurred and I feel drowsy. However, when I open it, my eyes become clear and my consciousness sharpens.

In this way, I have been spending more time in a state of happiness recently.

When the Sahasrara chakra is activated, the next area that activates is the area from the forehead to the space between the eyebrows. There is still some stiffness in that area, which I feel is a challenge. The order seems to be that the Sushumna at the back of the head opens first, followed by the center of the head and then the area from the forehead to the space between the eyebrows.

In my current stage, the area at the back of the head is relatively stable, so I want to further deepen that stability, and also focus on the area between the eyebrows, and the throat, which is still prone to blockage, and work on making it easier for energy to flow through those areas through meditation.
