In a semi-meditative state at the hot spring, release the tension from the area around the right eye to the center of the head.

December 31, 2023.

I was traveling and going to different hot springs, and one morning, I went to a certain public bath and sat on the floor for about an hour, meditating and calming myself. After going to other hot springs, I went back to that favorite public bath in the evening and relaxed there for about an hour again.

What I was doing was not much different from my usual meditation; I was focusing on my forehead and trying to relax the center of my head. My current challenge is that the center of my head is stiff, so I was trying to relax the energy channel (nadi in yoga) from my forehead to the center of my head. The center of my head was making crackling sounds, which is pretty normal for me recently, but today, what was different was that the aura was concentrated around the top of my head.

The concentration and flow of the aura have different stages. A thinner aura has already been reaching the top of my head before, but on a certain round, a slightly thicker aura began to permeate various parts of my head, and the areas that were being relaxed were not yet reaching the top of my head.

I was focusing on my forehead and trying to channel it to the center of my head, so I wasn't particularly conscious of the top of my head, but suddenly, the (thicker) aura began to permeate towards the top of my head. Although the uppermost part of the frontal lobe had not yet permeated, the area around the center of the top of my head seemed to have permeated and begun to relax. However, it doesn't seem to have completely permeated yet, but even so, I felt like a crack had formed and the stiffness had broken.

And it wasn't that it collapsed from the inside, but rather, it might be more accurate to say that the aura suddenly stuck to the top of my head (I don't know what it feels like above the top of my head). This is because when I felt something at the top of my head, it initially felt like the aura was rising from below, but in reality, that aura began to descend.

Probably, the first step was that the aura around my eyes gradually rose and permeated to the top of my head. After that, once the channel to the top of my head was established, a certain kind of aura consciousness (as if it had been waiting) entered from above.

That aura, which initially seemed to be at the top of my head, soon divided into three directions: the back of my head, the right ear, and the left ear, and each moved differently.

- The energy flowed from the back of the head, curving like it was passing through a cave, from the top of the head down, through the throat, and through the chest, finally settling in the abdomen (manipura).
- The aura first moved from the top of the head to the inside of each ear.
- The aura on the left side penetrated without any obstacles, reaching the central part of the head and stopping on the left side of the head. Whether this is because there is no block, or because a block actually exists but has not yet materialized, I interpret it as likely not having a block.
- The aura on the right side initially tried to reach the center of the head, just like the left side, but it seems that there is a blockage, like a wall, on the edge of the right eye (the left side of the right eye), from the base of the right eye to the center of the head. When the aura on the right side reaches a position parallel to the space between the eyebrows and the right eye (the inside, the left side of the right eye), it cannot easily reach the center of the head.

Previously, I thought the block had been released from the center of the head to the right ear, but that was only a general impression for the right ear. The crucial part, the base of the right eye (the left side of the right eye), in the center of the head, still seems to be blocked.

Now that I know there is a block, I will try to repeatedly use my consciousness to break it.

I imagine my right hand, shaped like a palm, pressing against the right cheek (without physically moving my arm), and with my consciousness, I imagine my right hand pressing the aura from the right side, like a palm, into the center of the head, intending to loosen the area.

Even though it is called a block, it is essentially hard, so if I use the aura to loosen that area, it should work.

Normally, I meditate sitting at home, but on this day, I was sitting in a public bath in a travel destination, soaking in warm water poured from a bucket onto my body, and relaxing, which seemed to loosen it considerably.

However, it may still take some time to completely remove the block, but once I become aware of the existence of that specific block (based on my past experiences), it will probably be relatively quick to remove it from there. So, I think it was good that I was able to grasp the existence of that block and make it real.

Initially, the very existence of that block is difficult, and it's in a state where it cannot be materialized. However, based on my past experiences, I believe that once it is materialized, there are endless possibilities.

At least, I will interpret that the block in the center-right of my mind is almost solvable.
