1. Slightly above the nose, just behind the eyebrows (for several weeks?).
2. Changes in the crown chakra (Sahasrara). A line-like structure that connected the left and right sides felt like it was detaching with a "popping" sensation, causing it to shift slightly to the left and right, and a gap appeared in the center of the crown. (Although I have done meditation to loosen this area many times, this change was instantaneous. Same day as 3.)
3. A line or structure connecting both jaws detached with a similar "popping" sensation. The blockage in that area's movement disappeared. (Similarly, I have been trying to loosen this area for a long time, but this change was instantaneous. Same day as 2.)
4. The area slightly behind point 1, closer to the center of the head, became a focal point, and the next day, the blockage in that area also almost disappeared. This was also accompanied by a "popping" sensation.
5. There is still a slight blockage in the area between the eyebrows, and that area has become a focal point. At the same time, the area near the back of the head has also become the most important focal point.
6. Gradually, the center of the head feels empty, and while point 5 remains a focal point, the area around the skull feels like it has hard spots. (This is the current state.)

I don't specifically designate certain areas, but generally, I focus on the area between the eyebrows and the back of the nose. However, while the initial focus is on that basic area, the specific areas of focus change daily. Those areas naturally become the focus.
Recently, the area that has been the most prominent has been the one mentioned, but there have also been days when, even if it was the second most prominent area, I tried to relax that area, just like I do with the main area. The same applies to the third area.
This time, as I was focusing on the basic area as usual, I suddenly felt a change similar to the second area at the Sahasrara chakra (the crown of the head), and I felt a sense of opening in the center of the crown (the top of the head). Although there are still some stiff areas around the crown, a gap has formed in the center (compared to before) due to the movement to the left and right. Also, on the same day that the second change occurred, the third change also occurred, but I think the second change happened in the morning and the third change happened in the afternoon. Both the second and third changes felt like the fibers that were connected on the left and right were suddenly released and spread out to the left and right. It was a feeling of spreading and separating at the same time. While it can be described as spreading, it wasn't just spreading to the left and right, but it also seemed to spread slightly up and down. However, the basic feeling was that it spread and separated in the left and right direction.
When I try to relax an area, I often feel a "crackling" sensation, like rubbing sand, but this feeling of the fibers releasing only happens once. Although I say "once," it's not uncommon for similar areas to feel the same release on different days. However, this "release" sensation is generally only experienced once. It's like the fibers are being released, and if I were to compare it to something, it would be like holding a bird's leg from both sides and pulling, and eventually the muscles around the joint would tear with a "crack" or "pop." However, this is just an analogy, and the actual feeling may vary depending on the condition of the muscles. Sometimes, I may have felt a similar sensation.
With that "release" sensation, the area becomes much more relaxed, and the focus shifts to a different area.
After the third area, I feel that the fourth area, which is slightly deeper than the original focus area (the first area), is becoming stiff. That's why that area becomes the focus. Even compared to the area a cycle ago, the fourth area has already moved quite a bit, and while it has moved to some extent, it feels stiff compared to the surrounding areas, so it becomes the focus. I suspect that the second and third areas were blocking the expansion of the head, and that by releasing those blocks, the relatively stiff fourth area has become the focus. I think that once the fourth area is resolved, the surrounding areas will likely become the focus again. However, at this stage, the fourth area is the focus.
Recently, I feel like I've been going through these kinds of changes repeatedly.
It seems like the fourth item became a focus, but the next day, it also started to loosen up, along with a "popping" sensation. When I feel that loosening, I initially thought it was only partially released, but when I check, it feels quite loose. It seems like there might be another cycle coming.
And after the fourth item loosens and becomes free, the fifth area, the forehead and the back of the head, became the issue. Then, after a few more days, the center of the head becomes "empty" like the sixth item. While the fifth area is still present, the problem area is gradually shifting to the periphery of the head, closer to the skull. This is where I am now.
These are separate areas, but initially, I thought the forehead was the issue. However, the back of the head seems to be moving in sync with the forehead, making a "creaking" and "cracking" sound repeatedly. Although I still have a slight feeling of "sand," that sensation is almost gone, and now it's just a feeling of being stiff and inflexible in the forehead and back of the head. The forehead feels like it's blocked by a thin plate or a wall of stones. On the other hand, the back of the head feels like it's blocked by a thicker block. However, it's much looser than before, so I understand that I can continue to loosen it by sending energy (prana) through meditation.
The "creaking" and "cracking" sounds are like this:
- It's done in sync with breathing (either exhale, inhale, or both, whichever is easier).
- It feels like pushing sand, along with a "creaking" sound.
- When a certain pressure is reached, there's a "crack," "pop," "ping," or similar sound (which may be audible to others), and a feeling that something is loosening or moving. It involves physical movement and sensation. It's not painful. It's a softer feeling than cracking bones, but it's still a noticeable sensation.
I repeat this many times. The "crack" (or "pop") sound doesn't happen just once; it happens quite often. I haven't counted, but sometimes it happens in about 80% of the attempts. Even when there's no sound, I don't worry too much and move on to the next cycle, and sometimes the sound happens in the next cycle. I'm not consciously trying to make the sound; it just happens automatically when I'm trying to loosen things in sync with my breathing.
This is done repeatedly in each location. As a result, a "boco" sensation occurs once in each location, and a significant loosening occurs, which deepens the loosening by one level.
