And it's not just stopping at the Vishuddha; I feel like the "center" of the entire body is moving and rising towards the center of the head, perhaps as a precursor, or maybe it's gradually becoming that way. As a transitional state, I feel like there's a central axis and a center in this intermediate area, and it's not just the center horizontally, but also the center vertically, which seems to be shifting towards that area now.

When meditating in this state, a recent challenge has been to resolve the stiffness in the area between the eyebrows and the forehead. However, as that stiffness has loosened to some extent, I feel a sensation of the area between my eyebrows becoming hollow and extending towards the center of my head. And then, the challenge arises in the central part of my head, which is not yet fully open. I feel that from the center of my head, it connects further to the throat, the Vishuddha chakra, and then towards the center and below the collarbone. However, in various areas, it feels like it is not fully open, and it is gradually opening with a "crack" sound (which is continuing).
Today, the area just below the back of the nose is particularly important, and I feel that "crack" sensation of loosening more frequently in that area. Furthermore, the flow of energy in the mouth and jaw area has also improved.
The next most common area is the upper part of the throat, where I also feel a "crack" and a loosening sensation.
* The back of the nose (slightly below)
* From the mouth to the jaw
* The upper part of the throat
As the flow of energy improves, the body also loosens, and I feel that areas that previously felt like fibers were adhered together are now, when movement occurs, that adhesion is peeling off with a "crack" sound. It is not necessarily the bones that are making the sound, but even so, since the bones are moving, sounds can occur.
I am feeling the energy channels that are in the process of opening, and the center of my body is rising.
I think that some people say that the center of the body is the dantian or the abdomen, but I have never really understood it. Now, if I think about it, the center of the body may be moving and rising, so it is not surprising that some people say that. Also, it may be that people are simply saying that the center of the body is the dantian to conform to the conventional wisdom. What I had not understood before, I now feel like I can overlook or, perhaps, the conventional wisdom is okay, and when asked, I can answer that it is generally not a mistake.
