Answer: You don't need to worry too much about it. If it progresses too quickly, it will become strange. It is progressing gradually, so there is no problem.
When viewed spiritually, the Sahasrara is more prominent than the Ajna (in terms of energy).
Swadhisthana: Almost not moving
Manipura to Sahasrara: Open
Currently, the balance between masculine and feminine energy is not good.
A weak Muladhara represents masculine energy.
A Swadhisthana that is almost not moving represents feminine energy.
Generally, there is a theory that Kundalini originates from either the Muladhara or the Swadhisthana. However, in reality, both the masculine Muladhara and the feminine Swadhisthana are necessary for the full awakening of Kundalini. Currently, although the upper chakras have opened through meditation, if you don't ground these, you will not achieve a stable, 24-hour awakening. Even if you temporarily achieve complete awakening during meditation, it is not stable. You can work on these two (Muladhara and Swadhisthana) through meditation over time, but it can be achieved more quickly with the help of a specific female partner. Currently, my masculine and feminine energy balance is 4:6, with feminine energy being slightly stronger. I want to strengthen the masculine energy to achieve a 5:5 balance. At this stage, the presence of a female partner would be very helpful.
Impressions: The Swadhisthana is said to be the chakra of the unconscious, and indeed, I have been avoiding it, but perhaps this is the time to overcome it. In this context, the yoga concept of Brahmacharya (celibacy) is understood in a completely different context. Indeed, activating the lower chakras in a state where the upper chakras, especially the heart, are not open, can lead to a life dominated by sexual desire. Therefore, Brahmacharya (celibacy) is effective for spiritual growth. However, when the Sahasrara or the heart are somewhat open, the upper chakras control consciousness, so it is better to activate all chakras, including the lower ones, so that consciousness can spread evenly to both higher and lower levels. I think that the universe of the Sahasrara, the intermediate dimension of Ajna and Vishuddha, the passion of Manipura, the sexuality and grounding of Swadhisthana and Muladhara, and these dimensions are integrated by the love of the heart (Anahata). Here, sexual love seems to be understood as something beyond mere lust, as something sacred. These are based on the understanding of the heart's love.
In my case, I intend to learn the steps to awaken gradually. I saw that person, listened to their story, and glimpsed the final image of awakening, but my approach is different, so it is best to understand the story with that premise in mind.
Avoid accumulating karma. If you fail, you will have to redo your life.
Impression: This is consistent with what I am aware of. Because I am recovering clues related to karma that I left undone in various lives, my life feels fragmented. To others, my life may be difficult to understand, but I am careful to avoid leaving karma that I will have to carry over to the next life, and I am recovering clues. This awareness is consistent with the counseling I have received.
Impression: Both of these are consistent with what I am aware of. I recognize that I was in a place that was Buddhist, near the western coast of the Noto Peninsula, but the direction (northwest of Nagano) matches the counselor's information. I was a temple priest. The Hindu Swami also almost perfectly matches what I am aware of. I am aware of it in multiple lives. The one that was pointed out was a life that seems like a certain Swami.
A story with spiritual elements that intersects past and present, where old and new understandings intersect, sounds interesting.
Impression: Indeed, that is also a possibility.
