First, Sahasrara has started to stabilize, and I can maintain a state where the "Yokai Antenna" is active in Sahasrara even without meditation, and even if not, meditation allows the antenna to activate relatively quickly. In addition, I'm starting to feel sensations in the forehead, between the eyebrows, at the back of the head, and even deeper within the head, so I think I've reached a certain period of stability in terms of filling the aura within the head.
However, I think it's possible to fill the aura even more intensely, and this may be a matter of degree. Compared to the time when there were areas where I didn't feel anything, I'm now feeling sensations throughout the entire area, so I think this is a period of stability (plateau).
At this point, it's important to have stability throughout the entire body, not just the head. I'm trying to fill the aura in the perineum (Muladhara), arms, and legs, and along with that, I feel like I'm gradually forming what is called an "integrated chakra," centered on the heart, including Sahasrara and Muladhara.
The well-known chakra system is the 7 chakras, but in reality, all the chakras are fused around the heart (Anahata), and at that time, the chakras are literally integrated and begin to move. This is what I read in a book, but I feel like I'm starting to enter that stage.
In reality, there seem to be several types of integrated chakras. Even in the initial stage when Kundalini energy begins to move and the chakras are not clearly defined, it can be described as an integrated chakra in words, but the state where the aura is fluctuating too much and the chakras are not clearly defined is quite different from the state where the aura is stable and gradually integrated. In the state where Kundalini energy has just begun to move, it's just that the energy has increased and you can live a healthier life, but at that point, you may not have reached the state of stillness. Afterwards, the aura stabilizes, connects to the Higher Self through the heart (Anahata), and the Higher Self becomes the center, integrating all the chakras and aura.
The state where my aura is integrated around the Anahata, including the Ajna and Muladhara, is what is called "Oneness." There is a sense of peace and stability based on each individual location, such as the Ajna, Muladhara, or Sahasrara, and there is also a sense of peace and stillness based on the stability of each individual location, but in this case, it's not the peace and oneness of each location, but rather, there is a sense of being grounded through the Muladhara, and at the same time, it's connected to the heavens through the Sahasrara, and the two are connected in oneness based on the heavens.
This world is originally one, but initially, I felt a sense of oneness based on the Sahasrara in the heavens, but it seems that this has been expanding, and I'm gradually beginning to understand, in the literal sense, that everything in this world is one.
