Gratitude and love do not require reasons, objects, or actions.

To simply express gratitude to something, such as a lover, a Buddha statue, a Christ statue, or a place of worship, without a specific object. To be in a state of "gratitude" without even performing the action of "doing." This would be a state of gratitude without action, gratitude without an object, and gratitude without a reason.

This is a very simple concept, and while the state itself may be correct, it is often difficult to achieve directly through a straightforward approach.

Because it is a "state," the "method" to achieve that state is separate.

If you only focus on the state and think that the method is the same, or if someone tells you to "become that state" and you misunderstand, you may wander around and not find the answer.

The method is simple, but there are various methods. In the case of meditation, you can simply meditate. Achieving this state through meditation is both possible and not possible, as you can reach it, but how quickly you reach it varies from person to person.

It may be difficult to understand the concept of expressing gratitude without an object, or you may misunderstand and end up with a blind, unreasoned love if you are told to love without a reason.

Ultimately, these types of stories are about the "result" of achieving that state, not the "method."

If you mistake it for a method, you may misunderstand and think that you should "express gratitude without a reason," or you may misunderstand and think that you should "love without a reason." This type of misunderstanding arises from misinterpreting these things as "methods" rather than "results."

The methods are actually quite ordinary and often mentioned in spiritual teachings, such as meditating to focus, or living a moral life.

The basic principles are not much different from what is considered common sense in social life, such as living morally according to social norms, expressing gratitude with a "reason," or loving with a "reason." These are the basics, which involve actions, reasons, objects of love, and gratitude.

It is not about denying these actions, reasons, or objects.

Rather, it is about reaching a state of "reasonless" love and gratitude as a "result," and these are not in conflict with the moral teachings of society.

Spiritually, the most important thing is meditation, and the basic principle of meditation is to focus on the space between your eyebrows. As you meditate, your feelings of gratitude also increase, and this is good regardless of the reason or object. As a result, you may suddenly realize that the object or reason has disappeared, and only love and gratitude remain.
