In meditation, expand the aura around the neck.

Originally, I have always been prone to having a constricted throat. In my 20s, when I broke down mentally and was in a state of mental collapse (because my job in IT involved little speaking), my throat became so constricted that I could barely speak, and there were times when I couldn't make a sound at all, to the point where it was impossible to convey what I was trying to say. However, it gradually recovered, and even now, the situation where my throat is easily constricted has not changed. Recently, I have finally felt that an aura has spread around my neck, as if I am wearing a collar that tightly wraps around my neck.

As a result, the flow of energy along the pathways in the upper and lower parts of my neck, which in yoga is called the central Sushumna, and the energy flowing through the left and right Ida and Pingala, seems to have become more stable and increased.

Even so, compared to women who have been talking a lot since childhood, I still feel that it is still weak, but compared to when I was young and my throat literally constricted when I tried to speak, I think it has improved considerably.

This seems to be because I was moving prana (the life energy in yoga) up and down through the back of my head as part of meditation, and I was also moving it through my throat, which seems to have activated my throat as well.

I think that the throat chakra probably becomes more activated the more it is used, so I think I will try to use it a little more.
