A state of Samadhi (meditation) that transcends the zone and the state of emptiness.

Beyond the emotional ecstasy of the zone, and as it stabilizes, the body's aura, particularly the energy channels (nadis) in yoga, begins to be purified. This is accompanied by the activation of the energy known as kundalini in yoga.

Some people may experience a sudden rise in energy, causing their bodies to feel hot or other sensations. However, kundalini can awaken even before reaching a state of "no-mind," and energy changes vary from person to person. However, it is quite common for kundalini to become active at this stage.

In yoga, kundalini is considered dangerous, and it is said that kundalini practices should only be undertaken in an environment with a qualified guru. On the other hand, some schools of thought say that kundalini naturally rises and there is no need to worry about it.

Both of these are true. It is certainly true that forcibly moving energy through yoga techniques to awaken kundalini can be dangerous. At the same time, it is also true that kundalini can rise naturally.

My recommendation is to focus on work until you can easily enter the zone. The emotional ecstasy of the zone becomes the foundation of meditation, and some schools of thought teach this as "karma yoga" (yoga through action). By being passionate about your work and "serving without seeking results," you can be led to enlightenment.

The goal is to see everything as God and feel God's presence, but even if you don't reach that level, as a foundation for meditation, it is sufficient to concentrate and become skilled enough to enter the zone in your work.

By entering the zone, your mind is purified, and your emotions become filled with joy.

After the zone becomes stable, discussions about yoga practices, the study of scriptures, and the practice of yoga asanas (physical postures) begin. While doing these things, kundalini may sometimes awaken, or it may not. This varies from person to person, but at least if you have reached a point where the zone is stable, it means that purification has progressed to some extent (although I cannot guarantee it), so even if kundalini awakens, it may not be very dangerous.

However, even the state of "no-mind" before kundalini awakening is often a state of suppressing thoughts and is usually only temporary.

After that, you gradually enter a state of samadhi, which is beyond the temporary state of "no-mind," through the awakening of kundalini.
