According to the book I have here, STAGE 2 is described as the level of God. The explanation states the following:

Yamaoka Tetsushin: "If the mind (consciousness) cannot be transmitted to the hands, even ten thousand techniques are useless." "Tai Chi Chuan Power (by Scott Meredith)," P160.

According to the book, this state is still in the "existence" phase, and it is said that it takes a very long time to reach the final level of "non-existence."

In yoga and Vedanta, the level of God corresponds to Purusha (the individual soul), and the level of "non-existence" corresponds to Brahman, the totality. According to the description in the book, I feel that recently, energy has been flowing from between my eyebrows, through the front of my head, and down to my throat, and then spreading throughout my body, which is similar to the stage described.

I have a weaker right arm, but I am channeling the energy that enters from between my eyebrows through the Vishuddha chakra in my throat and the Anahata chakra in my chest, and sending it to my right arm in particular, believing that it has an activating effect on the whole body. I feel that this stage is very similar to the "level of God" described in the book.

However, I am still an individual existence, and I am limited. I have not yet reached the level of Brahman, the "totality," or the level of "non-existence." The stage where Purusha enters through the Sahasrara chakra is still in its early stages, and it is considered that it truly becomes the "level of God" when energy fills the entire body from the head.

Therefore, I am still in the process, and I can only say that I have entered the "level of God" as an "individual" existence. In terms of expression, I am, in a sense, God, but I am aware that I am a limited existence.
