During a spiritual event recently, a similar thing happened, and it felt relieved when the pressure moved from the back of my head and along my spine, through the throat chakra, and was absorbed. However, this has happened again in the past few days. This pressure-filled aura sticks to the crown chakra (Sahasrara), which significantly disrupts my balance. It's not Tamas, but it's simply a pressure that makes me feel dizzy. When I look in the mirror, I look like a tired person, with dark circles under my eyes, similar to the character L from the manga Death Note (though not as dark), or like the economist Okahama, with his dark circles. It's a very intense look, and I'm startled to see my own face.
The other day, while I was meditating, this aura suddenly appeared and it became painful. I've been doing a form of meditation recently where I release the center of my head with each breath, and I've also been using the Kechari Mudra to release the center of my head and the surrounding areas, including the Sahasrara, which helped a lot.
Before and after that, the upper jaw and eye muscles relaxed, but at the same time, this pressure-filled aura made me feel unstable.
Initially, I thought about opening the Sahasrara and letting the energy flow upwards, but the moment I thought that, I felt like I was told "stop," so instead, I decided to absorb it. I tried to draw it in from the back of my head, through the throat chakra, and down to the Anahata, but unlike the last time, when the aura itself seemed to have a will and was forced in, this time it was just sticking there, and it wasn't coming in on its own. So, I tried breathing exercises in my throat to draw the aura from the crown chakra, but it didn't work immediately, and I couldn't figure out why it wasn't entering. I thought maybe the pressure aura was a little dirty, so I mentally chanted a light "Om" mantra, and I felt like dust-like impurities attached to the aura were rising and disappearing. In that state, I tried to absorb it again, but this time I decided to do it gradually. First, I intended to move the pressure aura to the back of my head, and I strongly focused on the back of my head, and a little bit of the aura moved. After it reached the back of my head, I tried to draw it in through the throat chakra again, and it started to move a little, so I slowly drew the aura from the back of my head, through the throat chakra, and down to the Anahata.
▪️Ingesting a pressurized aura through the back of the head and the Vishuddha.
The Vishuddha is also said to be a chakra of purification. Instead of suddenly inhaling through the Vishuddha, I moved it relatively slowly, and after feeling the aura around the Vishuddha become lighter, I inhaled it towards the Anahata.
I performed this process gradually, several times, and as a result, the pressurized aura at the crown disappeared, and my head became clear. Also, there seem to be no particular problems or discomfort in the areas below the Anahata that I inhaled. The items I inhaled immediately after the spiritual event the other day caused some problems, but this time it seems to be fine.
I suspect that a spirit that left my body during my childhood is intentionally injecting and adapting the aura to my future self (my current self) in several stages. What do you think? This is just a hypothesis.
After feeling relieved like this, I looked in the mirror and noticed that the dark circles under my eyes have significantly reduced. Although the feeling of recovering from an illness is still slightly visible in my expression, it seems that the worst is over. I somehow understood the method, so even if something similar happens again in the future, I think I can deal with it in the same way.
It was a blind spot and difficult to notice, but once I realized it, it wasn't that difficult. It was simply that the back of my head (which I thought I had opened a little while ago) had closed. The back of the head is connected to the Sushumna along the spine, so it's natural that problems occur if that part is blocked. Originally, I didn't have this area very open, and even then, I basically didn't have any problems, but perhaps the amount of energy I handle has increased, and if this area is not open, it becomes a problem and unstable.
This state of a pressurized aura being stagnant may seem like Tamas, but it's more like an energy blockage, a problem caused by energy being stuck. So, I first check if there is anything strange attached to the Sahasrara. Specifically, I chant the mantra "Om" to give it a fine vibration, like raising dust and removing it, to remove dust-like impurities and attachments, leaving only the aura. In that state, I check how it feels to confirm that there is nothing strange. If there is nothing strange, I first lower it from the back of my head to the Vishuddha in my throat. While purifying the aura through the Vishuddha, which is a chakra of purification, I gradually familiarize it, and then I swallow it through my throat. I repeat this several times until the pressurized aura at the top of my head almost disappears.
As a precaution, it is generally not recommended. Because if strange entities enter from the Sahasrara chakra, it may cause discomfort or strange behavior. There are also lower-level entities that try to deceive you, and you need to be careful of entities that persistently persuade you with skillful words. In this regard, it is similar to the persistent solicitations in human society, and the stranger the entity, the more persistent and clingy it tends to be, and sometimes it is very clever. The higher the level, the more it only says what is necessary and does not say anything that could mislead you. If you cannot decide, it is generally better not to accept it. It is basically safer to keep the Sahasrara chakra closed. If something is trying to enter, it is necessary to clearly express your intention, such as "Please protect my guide. I will not accept anything other than my higher self that is connected to me." In the case of higher levels, they will enter without your consent with tremendous power, but basically, lower-level entities cannot enter without the consent of a human with a physical body, but there are cases where strange entities possess you and force their way in, so you need to be careful of various things.
