Recently, following the lower jaw, I have been repeatedly relaxing the center of my head with each breath through mindful meditation. As a result, while the center of my head is not yet completely relaxed, the surrounding areas have become more relaxed. For the past week, I have been in a period of intense effort, and I have been meditating more than usual, for at least 3-4 hours, and sometimes close to 5 hours, focusing on relaxing the center of my head.
The previous time it was the lower jaw, but the day after that, I noticed that my speech had become slightly clearer. And the day after that, the area around the upper jaw and the area around my eyes felt like a slight blockage had been released, and they were just a little bit easier to move.
However, it doesn't seem to change much when I look in the mirror.
The center of my head remains unchanged, and when I meditate, I still feel a crackling or rustling sensation, and sometimes I hear a popping sound, but the center still doesn't seem to be relaxing.
As the surrounding areas become more relaxed, it seems that the center is also starting to move slightly, and occasionally, I feel that the center of my head is loosening a little, and the left and right sides of my head move slightly outward. The left side of my face moves to the left, and the right side of my face moves to the right, creating a slight sense of space in the center of my head. However, I can't see any difference when I look in the mirror.
The other day, after the blockage in my lower jaw was released, it seemed like my face was slightly more elongated, perhaps it was just my imagination. And with this recent development, it seems like the balance has returned to about the same as before. It might just be my imagination.
As the left and right sides become more relaxed, and the tension around my eyes is slightly reduced, I feel that the muscles around my eyes are also slightly widening to the left and right. Correspondingly, the area around my mouth also seems to be widening slightly on both the left and right sides, and the upper jaw also seems to be loosening slightly.
The center of my head is still not relaxed, but it may be loosening from the surrounding areas.
In this state, I feel that the loosening in my head is accelerating without me having to consciously focus on it, and I hear a crackling or rustling sound in my head. Even now, the loosening in my head is not stopping, and recently, I hear that sound not only during meditation but also during my normal daily life. However, in some areas, it has stopped, for example, it no longer crackles in the frontal lobe. Therefore, I think that if I relax it enough, the crackling sound will also stop in the center of my head.
