By focusing your attention on your heart, you enter a state of observation.

It seems that thoughts arise when consciousness is in the ajna chakra between the eyebrows, and when consciousness is in the heart, one observes.
Here, the "thoughts" I'm referring to are not the logical thinking of the conscious mind, but rather consciousness that arises in the space.

In that sense, the knowledge that has been talked about in terms of chakras since ancient times applies directly. The area between the eyebrows is the third eye, or the third eye chakra, which allows one to see things. However, "seeing things" includes perceiving thoughts in the astral dimension. Therefore, when consciousness is focused on the ajna chakra, thoughts arise (in the space), or (thoughts that arise in the space) can be perceived.

On the other hand, when consciousness is in the heart, thoughts do not arise much (or the thoughts that are arising are not perceived), and in the heart, there is basically a consciousness of observation (such as in the five senses).

In a state where one is not very familiar with this, the distinction is not so important, and the effect of suppressing distractions by focusing on the ajna chakra is higher, so that tends to be dominant. However, after the basic distractions have disappeared, in the remaining thoughts, it seems that thoughts arise (and can be perceived) when consciousness is in the ajna chakra.

In the conscious mind, thoughts are very clear, such as A or B, or AxB, but the thoughts that can be perceived in the ajna chakra are basic thoughts that arise in space, so they are quite like dreams. They may have a context or not, but astral thoughts in four-dimensional space are often like that, and are not often organized like in three dimensions. Many of them are meaningless thoughts that pop up and disappear. In such a state, it becomes important to search for and identify necessary information, but the first step is to perceive the thoughts.

As mentioned, thoughts are perceived in the ajna chakra, but they are often unreliable, because astral thoughts do not have a context. Even if you perceive them, there is a hint, but many of them are like dreams.

On the other hand, when consciousness is in the heart, one is liberated from those chaotic thoughts and can see reality more clearly. However, this is not about living only with the heart, but the ajna chakra is also important for perception. In the state where consciousness is in the heart, one enters a state of observation, similar to Vipassana, where one can see the "as is" of the surroundings.
