Overflowing feelings of gratitude envelop the ego.

The feeling of gratitude overflows when the higher self connects with the core of the chest. This is simply a feeling of "thankfulness." The space, especially the core of the chest, is filled with love or warmth, and this feeling of fullness itself is gratitude.

Initially, the overflowing feeling of gratitude is recognized as the higher self, but it seems to be a passive process, especially at first. It flows out from the core of the chest, filling the space with gratitude, which naturally arises. While this is a spontaneous phenomenon, it feels passive because it's something that emerges. The ego perceives the overflowing love or gratitude and simply acknowledges it with "thank you," "thank you," "thank you."

There is only gratitude. "Ah, thank you." That's all.

For a while, this state of pure gratitude continues. When the feeling of gratitude becomes relatively stable, the fusion between the self (ego) and gratitude progresses further. The ego is enveloped by gratitude, and the ego is recognized as the core of the higher self's gratitude.

In spiritual and religious circles, the ego is often seen as something negative. However, when you experience being enveloped by the higher self, you realize that the ego is necessary as the core of the self.

Of course, the self is only an illusion, and it can be reconstituted through soul integration or fusion with a group soul. The true self is the higher self, the group soul, or the Atman. However, for the self as a soul or a sub-soul living in this world, the ego is the core.

After connecting with the higher self, I initially thought that the ego might gradually disappear and be entrusted to the higher self. However, that's not always the case. While there is an aspect of the ego disappearing, and more and more things are entrusted to the higher self (or, to put it simply, to God), it's not that the ego completely disappears. Instead, the ego is purified and continues to function as a core.

It seems that the ego is very important for living in this world, and that it is purified but does not disappear. Then, the next stage arrives.

■From passively receiving God's love and gratitude to actively expressing gratitude.

This part may be difficult to understand, so I will describe it step by step.

□First Stage

Initially, the ego passively receives the overflowing love and gratitude from the higher self in the core of the chest.

When this becomes stable, the next stage arrives.

□Second Stage

When the ego is sufficiently filled by the higher self's gratitude and love, the ego is purified, and the higher self becomes dominant. The higher self expands. At that time, the ego remains within the higher self as a core.

Even in the first stage, the ego and the higher self's gratitude are in the same physical and three-dimensional space, so they are not originally separate. However, in the first stage, there is still a sense of separation, as if the ego and the higher self's gratitude are not fully integrated, with the ego being the receiver and the higher self being the giver.

In the second stage, the separation between the ego and the higher self's gratitude almost disappears, and the ego stably exists within the higher self as a core.

The ego here is a purified ego that trusts the higher self and constantly receives the higher self's love and gratitude. This ego is fulfilled and is always grateful for the higher self's love or God's love.

In this second stage, you understand what gratitude towards God is.

In the first stage, the ego passively receives love and gratitude from God or the higher self and says, "Thank you."

In the second stage, the ego becomes active and, along with the love and gratitude from God or the higher self, recognizes everything around it as God. Then, the ego actively expresses gratitude to God.

Perhaps, in Christianity and various religions, "Let us give thanks to God" refers to this stage.

I think that receiving God's love, even in the first stage, is difficult to some extent. However, in this second stage, I also think that it is quite difficult to explain.

It is easy to say "love" or "be grateful" as religions often say, but in reality, if one cannot connect with the higher self (or Atman, or whatever the term may be), then one cannot understand God's gratitude or love. As a result, I think this is a very difficult step.

■Supplement
However, there is no need to be overly pessimistic. Even if one does not understand such complicated things, especially in Japan, women are born with a knowledge of love and gratitude and live their daily lives connected to God. Therefore, there may be no need to worry about it too much. Although there are certain logical explanations, for women who know love and gratitude, these explanations may seem like obvious things, and they might think, "What complicated things are you talking about?"
