When I slightly loosened the left side of my head, my left shoulder and lower back also loosened.

There is still some stiffness on the left side of my head, so I tried loosening the left side by focusing on it during meditation, but also by moving my jaw from side to side, and by opening and closing my left eye to move the area around it. I didn't spend a long time doing it; I just lay down in the morning while feeling drowsy and suddenly focused on that area and moved it. Just that simple action caused my left shoulder and lower back to gradually loosen.

Initially, just moving my jaw and loosening the gritty feeling in the left side of my face, especially in the back of my left jaw, caused my lower back to loosen and stretch slightly. Even though I only moved it a little, I felt a significant change, although it seems like a very small difference physically. Nevertheless, there was a noticeable difference that I could feel. I think it means that the unconscious tension in my lower back has been slightly released.

Furthermore, in addition to my jaw, when I opened and closed the area around my left eye (while keeping my eyes closed, in the morning drowsiness), my left shoulder loosened a little, and my lower back loosened a bit more.

Compared to the right side of my face, the left side still has some stiff areas. When I compare the same areas on the left and right sides, such as the jaw, the area around the eye, and the outer area of the eye, the gritty feeling remains on the left side. While the right side moves smoothly without any gritty sounds, the left side still feels like I'm touching sand with my hand.

This may seem like a relationship between the left side of my face, my left shoulder, and my lower back, but since the right side is already somewhat loose, it's probably because the loosening is due to the reduction in the difference between the left and right sides. Even with this much stiffness remaining on the left side, it has loosened this much, so I feel like it will loosen even more.

It seems that there was tension in various parts of the left side of my body, not just my lower back, and even a slight loosening on the left side has caused a temporary "imbalance" in various parts of the left side of my body. It seems like some adjustment is needed. However, since it's a temporary effect of the loosening, I don't think it's a problem. I also feel like it will stabilize and settle into a loosened state.

Until now, I thought the left side was "stable," while the right side was unstable, and that the left side was more stable and active. However, it seems that was not the case.

Indeed, quite some time ago, the right side was weak, especially the right shoulder, which was causing problems. However, if focusing on activating the weak right side led to neglecting the left side, resulting in the opposite side difference, then in the future, I will make an effort to be more conscious of maintaining balance and working on both sides equally to avoid such differences.
