Awakening to the consciousness of the higher self and connecting with the whole, achieving oneness.

Life has always been, and continues to be, perfect. The self (true self) is the creator of life.

This is the truth, and it has always been true, and it will always be true. The true self, the higher self, or the Atman, which resides within the heart, is the one creating life. Therefore, life is always perfect.

This is not just a theoretical concept; it is actually true. Questioning this is unhealthy and leads away from the truth. There is no room for doubt; it is always true, and there is no doubt about the truth.

When we consciously desire that "our life is perfect," it strengthens the connection with the heart. Conversely, wishing for the opposite leads to a feeling of tightness in the chest, a sense of something being destroyed within the heart, and a loss of connection with the heart. Therefore, it is important to take responsibility for and accept the perfection of our own lives, regardless of what they may be.

However, life can still be difficult. This may be a conscious choice made by the higher self, or it may be an unconscious choice made by the higher self who is not fully aware of the earthly realm. Even in such cases, the higher self accepts all choices. This is because what may be suffering in the earthly realm is a learning experience for the higher self.

Before awakening to the consciousness of the higher self, this is essentially just knowledge. After awakening, one realizes that it is true. However, even though it is true, thinking about this before awakening to the consciousness of the higher self is not very helpful. Therefore, it is not always necessary to teach this. Studying this before awakening to the consciousness of the higher self can lead to misunderstandings by the ego. The ego, which is the self, mistakenly believes that the ego is creating its own life. In other words, the obvious and natural thing is that the higher self is creating life, not the ego. However, before awakening to the consciousness of the higher self, there is often a misunderstanding that the ego is creating life, which leads to the expansion of the ego.

Therefore, it is okay to know this, but if you study it, you must study it carefully to avoid misunderstandings. Alternatively, simply meditating and awakening to the consciousness of the higher self will allow you to realize this obvious truth on your own, so it is not necessarily knowledge that needs to be acquired urgently.

Although there is a risk of misunderstanding, it is true that the higher self is creating life from the heart, is responsible for everything, and has created nothing that is not created by itself. Everything is a reality created by the self. Even if the ego cannot understand or accept this, the higher self is always right. However, there are indeed failures in the earthly realm, and the higher self accepts them as learning experiences. Therefore, from the perspective of the higher self, there is no good or bad in things; everything can be said to be correct. On the other hand, the ego makes choices and assigns good and bad. Even so, the judgments made by the ego are not inherently problematic. And, it can be said that the higher self has chosen everything, including the judgments made by the ego. However, such expressions are often misleading. The judgments made by the higher self are relatively high-level judgments, so they make broad choices and accept everything as perfect. On the other hand, the judgments made by the ego are detailed. This is a division of labor. Even if it is a low-level judgment in the earthly realm, it is good to make a proper judgment. With proper earthly judgments, there are successes and failures in the earthly dimension. However, from the perspective of the higher self, success and failure are both learning experiences, so everything is perfect.

It may seem like a god, but often, when meditating, one may fall into a situation where they pray to or depend on a "heaven" or a "god" that is somewhere "outside," which is a trap. In reality, the higher self is creating everything from the heart. By realizing that everything is created based on one's own higher self, one can grow.

Especially when you feel like you are not growing, when you are suffering, or when you don't know what to do, you may wish to some unknown "God" or something outside of yourself. However, such wishes are better than expanding your ego, but they are somewhat misguided, because in reality, you are the one who creates your own life. Therefore, it is better to purify yourself and awaken to the consciousness of your Higher Self so that you can realize this.

When you awaken to the consciousness of your Higher Self, you will automatically realize that you (your Higher Self) are creating your own life. At first, you may have doubts, but those doubts will quickly disappear, and you will understand that it is natural.

Even so, there are times when you feel like your growth has stopped, and at such times, you may unconsciously wish to something "outside" like "God" or "Heaven" (due to habit, etc.). However, the basic principle is that your own Higher Self is in charge of your entire life. Even if it is "God," it is often "outside," and the basic approach is to communicate with your own Higher Self. Rather than relying on something, it is essential to rely on your own Higher Self within you. Relying on something "outside" is not the first step. Even if it is God, it is outside. First, you should connect with your own Higher Self, and then connect with others. Connecting with others without connecting with your Higher Self is nothing more than dependence.

In reality, the consciousness of the Higher Self corresponds to the individual Atman, but in Vedanta and spirituality, it is said that this is actually the same as Brahman, which is the whole. In reality, it is the same. Connecting with your Higher Self is not only a higher consciousness as an individual, but it is also an entrance to a more comprehensive consciousness, Brahman, or a comprehensive existence that can be called a creator god.

Even if you connect with the consciousness of your Higher Self, you are in a state of Oneness. There are many times when you can say that you are in a state of Oneness even before that. However, at each stage, even if you feel bliss and unity with the whole consciousness, I think that to truly become One, you need to go beyond your Higher Self and connect with Brahman. Before that, you are simply feeling bliss and unity as an individual. However, compared to the previous stages, the bliss is significantly increased, so you feel an immense sense of happiness at each stage and experience "simply happiness" and "simply satisfaction." However, that bliss is the bliss of an individual. It is not a waste, because you cannot reach true Oneness without going through it. In reality, even the Oneness of the Higher Self, or the Oneness before that, is more than enough to live a fulfilling life. However, when you reach the Oneness of the Higher Self, the Oneness of the whole Brahman is not that far away.

(I have not yet reached Brahman,) If there is something called enlightenment in the world, I think that the Oneness of Brahman can be considered as enlightenment.
