During meditation, the center of my head begins to change, like iron filings turning into clay.

It is not yet complete, but the central part of the brain is also starting to move little by little. The area around the head already has a certain degree of movement and feels like clay (it has no odor). However, the sensation is refreshing.

This is progressing in stages, where the surface layer loosens while the deeper parts remain firm, and this process is repeated to loosen the next layer. It's like peeling the skin of an onion or cabbage, where even after removing the surface, new firmness appears from the inside.

Therefore, to loosen the surface layer faster than it can be peeled, a lot of meditation is necessary. However, recently, the brain and the entire body have begun to relax, and a virtuous cycle has started, so it feels like it is progressing naturally without much effort.

Previously, I focused on breaking through a single point, but now, once a certain amount of energy flows, the loosening progresses automatically. Even now, it progresses somewhat with effort, but eventually, a chain reaction will occur, and the loosening will progress naturally. There are already signs of this, and I feel that the brain and the entire body are relaxed in my daily life.

By maintaining this cycle and accelerating it when necessary, the sensation in the head will expand, and I will be able to perceive subtle stimuli.
