In meditation, move the prana up and down through the back of the head to relax it.

For several days, I have been focusing on moving and loosening the "prana" (energy, aura) from the forehead to the back of the head (in the way yoga describes). Initially, there was a large "cartilage-like" obstruction, but after a few days, the major obstacles in that direction have disappeared, and I have been focusing more on loosening the finer details and the areas around the route. While there is still some stiffness in the forehead, the skull at the top of the head, the area around the nose, and the back of the head are the same. However, I am particularly concerned about the upper and lower parts of the back of the head. As a next step, I decided to focus on loosening the back of the head by moving the prana up and down through it.

The back of the head is considered very important in some spiritual teachings and among some indigenous peoples, with sayings like "nothing will begin unless you reach the back of the head." In my case, I feel like I am somewhat reaching it, but it doesn't feel like it is flowing properly.

Currently, the prana that I take in from the forehead passes through the back of the head, then the throat, and into the body, and this route is much easier to navigate compared to a week ago. I feel that the changes in this area have been very significant over the past week. While the area from the forehead to the back of the head is also important, the part that passes through the inside of the back of the head and enters the throat was previously very narrow and prone to blockage. When this area was blocked, my consciousness would become hazy, and sometimes my eyes would twitch, my facial expression would become stiff, and even my eyes would become bloodshot. At that time, I would meditate for a long time to try to clear that area. However, this time, it feels like that easily blocked area has further expanded, and energy is flowing more easily. "Energy" may be difficult to understand, but it essentially refers to "consciousness." Whether "consciousness" is clear or hazy is directly related to the blockage in this area. While prana (energy) and consciousness are technically separate things, in this area, they feel like they are the same.

And this time, by allowing the prana taken in from the forehead to pass through the back of the head, this area has opened up considerably. To further open it, I am focusing on moving the prana up and down through the back of the head, with the intention of loosening the areas connected to the back of the head and improving the flow of energy (prana).

I think this is making me stronger against sudden mental shocks in my daily life. Previously, even a slight negative influence would cause a blockage in my throat, which would worsen the flow of energy in this area, and in response, my consciousness would become hazy, and sometimes my eyes would become vacant or bloodshot. While it is not yet complete, I feel that my resistance is stronger than before. Even though I still feel that my resistance is weak, I feel that it has improved compared to before.

This part has been gradually loosened in multiple stages, and it's already unclear how many stages there have been. However, it seems that the loosening is accelerating with a more subtle feeling than before, especially considering how much it has been loosened in the past.

The energy flowing through this area is also denser and has a stronger adhesive quality than before. Therefore, the areas that were previously loosened slowly have changed significantly in the past week.
