Once again, the silence deepened. By silence, I mean that the voices in the mind do not disappear, but rather the quality of the space of silence becomes deeper. The place where I am sitting is the same, so it is the same place in three dimensions, but as I continue meditating, suddenly, the restlessness subsides and the silence deepens.

This has been happening gradually before, and this time as well, I concentrated on the area between my eyebrows and, in order to remove the blockage there, I used the power of my meditative consciousness to massage the hard areas, and suddenly, the silence deepened again.

Even though it is called "silence," it is a gradual process, so the silence is much deeper now than before. On the other hand, as I live my daily life, the restlessness gradually increases, so I deepen the silence through meditation.

This is literally the restlessness of the mind, and it literally feels like waves.

And then, literally, those waves subside.

When I am concentrating my consciousness through meditation, suddenly, at some point, the waves subside. This can happen quickly, or it may not.

Once you get used to it, this subsidence of the waves occurs independently of the mind's thoughts, but when you are not used to it, the mind guides you to this state. It is easier for the mind to be in this state, but it is not necessarily required to be in a state of "no-mind." The waves are literally waves, so it is only necessary for those waves to subside, but even so, it is easier for the mind to do it.
