Emotional spirituality and logical spirituality.

Emotions correspond to the astral plane, and logic corresponds to the causal (karma, cause).

And the form of spirituality also changes depending on which stage is being addressed.

This is not a matter of which is right and which is wrong, but simply a difference in which stage is emphasized. However, certain stages must be followed, so there is a facade that everything is the same, but in reality, there is basically a hierarchy.

It starts with the physical. The body is the foundation of everything, so even spiritual people cannot neglect their bodies. For example, there are yoga asanas (postures, exercises) that emphasize physical health.

Then, the astral plane is dealt with as emotions. Counseling is a good example. Spiritual practitioners who conduct counseling are dealing with the astral plane. The astral plane is sometimes called the astral plane, and sometimes called emotions (body), but this stage involves spirituality that aims to overcome emotions and move on to the next stage.

It starts from a state where emotions cannot be controlled, and it learns how to control emotions. At the same time, it learns about rich emotions.

Even in the same yoga, the stage that each organization emphasizes is different. Some schools aim to overcome emotions. For example, there are organizations that provide yoga-like counseling and teach it, and they are dealing with the astral plane, which is emotions. In that stage, they often base their practices on yoga's "ahimsa" (non-violence), and the purpose of controlling emotions is "to avoid being hurt" and "to avoid hurting each other with emotions." Therefore, they learn how to control their own emotions, how to express themselves without hurting others, and how to control the emotions of others through counseling.

For people who are in the astral stage and dealing with emotions, emotions are a big deal. They try to control their own emotions because they don't want to be hurt. In organizations, they educate people to be careful of others so that they don't get hurt, and some organizations also seem to be trying to obtain "consent" regarding expression methods. In such cases, if consent is obtained through similar methods to avoid hurting each other, a community is formed among those who have obtained that consent. However, since it is a community of people who are in the astral stage, they can only be careful of each other, and communities that exist based on a certain degree of caution and "consent" tend to have frequent emotional conflicts, and it is a characteristic of people and organizations in the astral stage that they cannot completely overcome emotions.

In the astral stage, many "agreements" and "rules" are created, and most religious organizations are usually at this stage. Therefore, they focus on the agreements and rules within the organization, and they reject those who do not agree. The reason for this rejection is often based on something like "Let's ignore those who are not virtuous," as mentioned in the Yoga Sutras and Buddhism. In this way, in the astral stage, people tend to avoid interacting with others and pursue individual paths. This is sometimes described as a bad habit, but it is not necessarily a bad thing, and while it is not essential, it may sometimes be necessary to be protected by a small group of people who understand oneself and oneself, at least until a certain stage is reached. This is like the stage where sheep are protected.

The next stage is the logical stage, which corresponds to the causal (karana) level. At this stage, one directly recognizes the logic underlying things, the cause of them. At this stage, emotional discussions tend to disappear, and logic overwhelms emotions.

For those who have reached the causal level, the astral yoga, which deals with emotions, feels roundabout, and it feels like it takes many turns to reach the truth. This is the reality.

The causal recognition is very direct, and from the perspective of causal recognition, the things that people at the astral stage are doing seem incredibly roundabout. For example, when they see people trying to overcome their emotions or being careful in their expressions to avoid hurting others, they may feel that it is too much and become frustrated with the slowness.

People who have reached the causal recognition sometimes do not consider emotions much, so for those who are still at the astral stage, people at the causal stage may sometimes seem a little scary. However, I don't think this is the case for people who are normally educated.

These are understood as spiritual aspects of emotions and reason, among several stages.
