Remove the block slightly above the throat to allow Azina's energy to flow through the body.

Originally, the throat opening was not very good. However, in addition to meditating for about an hour this morning, I meditated for about two and a half hours in the afternoon, and a thin membrane that was attached in a ring shape, about half the circumference of the neck, just above the throat, was released, making it easier for energy to flow up and down.

It was like a thin curtain was attached within a ring-shaped frame, and it was like a thin net used for catching goldfish at a fair. Although it was thin, some energy could pass through it, but it felt like it was restricting the flow of energy, or rather, it wasn't like something was stuck in the throat, but it felt like the flow was generally not very good.

For a few months, a block in my head has been released, and energy, which is likened to cosmic energy, has been entering my body from the ajna chakra in my forehead, through the throat chakra (vishuddha), to the heart chakra (anahata), and then to the solar plexus chakra (manipura), and throughout my body, including my arms. However, recently, as I go about my daily life, the flow of energy has suddenly become worse, especially around the throat, and I was wondering what to do, so I tried meditating thoroughly.

Before a few months ago, when the block in my head was released and energy, likened to cosmic energy, began to fill my body, my energy state was lower than it is now. At that time, I was not even aware of the energy coming from the ajna chakra. So, I was not aware of the existence of this ring-shaped thin membrane blocking the throat.

Originally, my throat chakra (vishuddha) was somewhat blocked, so even before the block in my head was released a few months ago, compared to a long time ago, my throat chakra was relatively open. So, I thought it might be normal.

When the block in my head was released a few months ago, the energy that entered from the ajna chakra initially flowed strongly and filled my body. However, what I am referring to as a "block" this time is that the energy, likened to cosmic energy, that has newly entered from the ajna chakra is slightly restricted in the throat. So, even though the flow was restricted, the overall state was not that bad. However, once a good state is achieved, even a slight blockage in energy flow becomes a concern.

It seemed to be a subjective illusion, and I subjectively felt that the flow of energy was becoming worse for about a week, but in reality, it wasn't the case.

This time, it probably happened because I picked up a slight aura of discomfort on the train. When I sat down, I felt a heavy sensation, and my energy became unbalanced. To resolve this, I meditated thoroughly to recover my energy, and further, I was able to recover to the point where cosmic energy filled my entire body again by releasing the throat chakra today.

Although my condition was slightly disturbed for a while, when I recovered, it seemed that cosmic energy was filling my entire body from the ajna chakra between my eyebrows, more than before. The flow of energy in my arms has improved compared to before, and I feel a core sensation, like a chakra, along my spine in the area behind my chest.

・Arms (both arms)
Previously, the energy that entered from the ajna chakra flowed through my arms like a "line."
Now, I feel that my entire arms are filled with the same energy.
・Behind the chest
I have often felt this core sensation before, but it has become easier to feel.

Therefore, I think the amount of energy entering from the ajna chakra between my eyebrows has increased significantly.

This can be interpreted as simply energy being taken in from the throat to the chest, rather than energy from the ajna chakra. In fact, there are schools of thought that interpret it that way. In yoga's pranayama breathing technique, prana, or life energy, is taken in. However, it is interpreted as simply taking in prana through the breathing technique (pranayama), rather than taking it in from the ajna chakra.

In reality, the energy taken in through breathing techniques is often a type of energy that is closer to the physical body, rather than the cosmic energy from the ajna chakra. However, even so, if someone who has practiced in such a school of thought for many years begins to feel this type of energy, it is not surprising if they interpret it not as energy from the ajna chakra, but simply as prana.

In fact, when reading books, the interpretation of prana is diverse. Some yoga schools simply consider it to be energy close to the physical body, while other teachings state that prana actually includes more subtle things. This can be interpreted as the quality of prana varying widely, from relatively coarse things close to the physical body to more subtle things. However, it is more natural to interpret that there is a difference between the quality of energy that can be felt and the quality of energy that can be manipulated, depending on the process of practice.

Based on that interpretation, it might not be incorrect to say that this is not so much the energy of the Ajna universe, but rather that one has become able to sense and absorb a more subtle prana. The energy of the Ajna universe is something that I have interpreted in that way, but it is just a matter of words, so if the expression is difficult to understand, it is okay to say "more subtle prana." However, the word "prana" usually refers to something more coarse, closer to the physical body, so I think the expression "prana" is often misunderstood.

In that sense, whether it is called cosmic energy or subtle prana, a more subtle and even more powerful energy stream is filling the body from the area around the eyebrows to the throat and throughout the body, and it is also filling the arms, so I feel that a considerable part of the body has become filled with energy.
