Meditation: The sensation of both eyes and the area between them being pushed forward.

During meditation and daily life, there was a sensation of the area slightly below both eyes, just below the forehead, and in the upper half of the nose, being pushed forward as if protruding from the front. It was as if the shell of an egg was cracking due to internal pressure, but not completely breaking like an egg, just a feeling of cracks. Nevertheless, there was a sensation of being pushed forward.

I had been feeling that the area around both eyes and the nose had been slightly receding for a while. It wasn't that it had always been that way, but rather that the forehead and the area around the jaw had expanded and moved, while the area around the eyes still seemed to have less movement and felt recessed. As the various parts of the head relaxed, the jaw also relaxed, and as this relaxation deepened, the area that had been pushed inward in the center of the head finally expanded, allowing the area around the eyes to protrude slightly. It felt as if parts of the head that had been recessed inside were now starting to move forward and backward. The "forward and backward" sensation wasn't just limited to the area around the eyes, forehead, or the upper part of the nose, but also extended to the back, towards the back of the head. While the back of the head had been moving to some extent, and there was some sense of expansion, this time, there was a more specific feeling of movement towards the back of the head.

This expansion from the center of the head to the front, and then to the back of the head, can also be interpreted as parts of the head that had not been moving starting to move.

However, this doesn't necessarily translate into any specific ability or change, and it doesn't seem to have reached a higher level yet; there seem to be further stages. The relaxation of the head is still not complete, and it seems necessary to relax various parts. Nevertheless, the feeling of movement forward and backward suggests that the energy channels (nadis in yoga) are becoming stronger, originating from the crown of the head and extending forward and backward.

Furthermore, based on the height of the eyes, there is a sensation of creating a "gap" in the horizontal plane from the space between the eyebrows to the back of the head, as if trying to divide it into upper and lower halves at that height. It's a sensation like cutting a sphere in half, and it also feels like the upper hemisphere is being lifted, not automatically, but rather like manually lifting it with a shutter. It's as if I'm lifting something that's sunk into the height of the eyes by holding something heavy and trying hard to lift it.

It feels like various parts of the head are not in their proper positions, are slightly misaligned, and are trying to move them little by little to their correct positions.

This has further activated the Sahasrara (crown chakra) at the top of the head, but there is still a feeling that it is not fully open.

Furthermore, there is a sensation that there is an aura surrounding the body, which is slightly larger than the physical body, and that it is working hard to resolve the blockage in the head. The area in the head is not only a blockage but also something that binds the astral body (or ethereal body) like an anchor on a ship, so it feels like the astral body cannot move properly unless that part of the head is resolved.

This is not happening only in the head, but the basic principle is the Kundalini energy rising from the lower body filling the head and pushing it upwards.

In summary:
- Various parts of the head, especially the area around the crown and the jaw, relax.
- A sensation of the area around both eyes being pushed forward.
- A sensation of trying to create a "gap" at the height of the eyes (the gap is hardly formed yet).
- A sensation of trying to lift the upper hemisphere with force at the height of the eyes (it hasn't lifted yet).
- A sensation that various parts of the head are misaligned and trying to move them to their correct positions.
- There are still challenges remaining for the Sahasrara at the top of the head.
- The astral body feels bound by the area in the head like an anchor on a ship.
- Kundalini energy is the basic principle.

It seems that there is still room for growth if we continue to resolve these various challenges.
